With spectacular white water ocean views, this home includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and soaring open-beam ceilings. A movie room can be converted to a 4th bedroom to house extra guests. After enjoying the secluded backyard with a pool and hot tub, you can enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the beach.

If you have energy after the beach, you are walking distance to the vibrant Cedros Design distract, with amazing restaurants, the world famous live music venue the Belly Up, and a unique shopping experience. During racing season, you can walk across the street to bet on the ponies at the famous Del Mar Race Track! This home provides everything you could possibly need for the perfect getaway, whether you want to relax by the pool, walk to the beach or explore the lovely town of Solana Beach.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am every day and night. After 10 pm, noise needs to be under 40dB, which is library quiet. This means that we do not permit any congregating outside (even in the hot tub) after 10 pm. You will be fined $1000 if we receive a citation from our city or if the police are called

There is a daily fee to heat the pool of $250. If guests want to heat for multiple days we can arrange a discounted rate.

We love animals and they are always welcome. Please note we do require a none refundable pet deposit of $500 for 1st pet and $200 for each additional. We kindly ask that animals are not allowed on any of our furniture.

We have eero boxes throughout the property, offering an advanced WIFI service for our guests to enjoy.
GUESTS ACCEPT THAT THERE IS AN UN-FENCED POOL ON PROPERTY AND OWNER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY.

POOL SAFETY
Guests acknowledge that there is an un-fenced pool on the property. The owner is not liable for any personal injury.

POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available for an additional $250 per day.
If guests would like to heat the pool for multiple days, a discounted rate can be arranged upon request.

PETS
Pets are allowed only with prior authorization.

Pet fee: $500 for the first pet

$200 for each additional pet

Undisclosed pets are strictly prohibited. A $1,000 penalty will apply for any unauthorized or undisclosed pets, in addition to applicable pet fees and any remediation costs.

NO PARTIES
This is not a party house.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, every day.
After 10:00 PM, noise must remain under 40 dB (library-level quiet).
