Ce condo est situé à Ocean Place à Summer Beach sur Amelia Island, situé à côté du Ritz. Ce condo est au septième étage du bâtiment deux sur le côté sud. Ceci est une unité Penthouse incroyable avec une belle décoration et des vues incroyables et un grand balcon. Cette unité a un roi, reine et deux lits jumeaux. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre avec AT&T U-verse. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. La cuisine est bien approvisionnée si vous voulez préparer un repas fabuleux ou n'hésitez pas à vous aventurer dans l'un de nos nombreux restaurants locaux incroyables. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique et des sièges à l'extérieur pour que vous puissiez profiter de la plage à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Perfect!

Ocean Place 70

Enjoyed our week in this condo. Decorated beautifully and kitchen is well stocked. Would recommend carpets in bedrooms to be cleaned and tile floor in master bath to be repaired. Otherwise a very comfortable condo. Mock's rental is great to work with. Wonderful vacation.

Beach stay

My daughter and family enjoyed this unit. The decor and furniture are very nice and the location was perfect down the hall from us. Some of the appliances were challenging-the dishwasher and the dryer. The middle bathroom had a shower door issue that needs some work. We look forward to next year there as well.

Ocean Place Condo

We had an excellent vacation at Ocean Place Penthouse. The condo was excellent, the best that we've stayed at in the 6 years vacationing at Amelia Island. Being very close to the Ritz, this showed to be an excellent choice and showed to the standard that Ritz requires. Beautiful decor, excellent appliances, and high quality linens. The condo unit was excellent, my only suggestion to Ocean Place Condo's they need to have better air condiitioning on elevators. My only suggestion or negative comment is that the elevators were hot and stagnant.

Great location but needs attention.

Great loc on the ocean with large balcony on 7th floor. We stayed for a week and found the unit was not quite as advertised. It needs a bit of work and lacked some items we expected to be there like beach chairs and more kitchen items to make cooking in the unit easier. Overall, it was ok but I have rented other units at Ocean Place and found this one a bit lacking.

Unit 70

Overall a great condo, gorgeously decorated, felt like a vacation. Some items to note, One of the chairs on the porch was broken, the back piece to the ice maker swings open every time you open the refrigerator, think a piece is missing. Also, not enough pillow cases in the master, dish towels/drying rack in the kitchen, and the lights over the sink are out. Further, in the queen bedroom, my daughter found ants and boogers on the throw pillows .

Unit 70

We enjoyed our week at Ocean Place. The views from Unit 70 are amazing. A couple of things to note: The drains in both bathtubs (not the master) did not work well. Sand accumulated in the tub and did not drain well. The unit needs a new dryer. It would take several cycles and several hours for loads to dry. Especially with bulkier loads like beach towels. The mattress in the master might need replacing. Overall, it's a nicely appointed unit, just showing signs of wear and tear.

Two Star

The condo was a great size and layout for our family and a great view. Unfortunately not worth the price we paid. One bed had blood on the sheets and a random sock, several beds comforters had holes, the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. I almost felt like it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The queen bedrooms' bathroom has obviously had a major leak and needs to be fixed. The wallpaper had mold on it, rust all on the tile, the cabinet was buckled and warped. The washing machine smells terrible and dryer takes forever to dry. We had to buy drano for the twin bedroom bathtub to get it to drain. I'm not one to usually write a bad review but I felt like this condo needs some maintenance and TLC. I will say there was ample seating in the den area and very comfortable. Lots of seating for dinning as well.

Unacceptable Conditions

While the decor and view in this condo are nice, I found it quite disappointing. Our initial impression was that it smells very musty. The carpet and area rugs are dirty and need to be replaced. There are many cracks in the floor tile. The appliances in the kitchen are outdated except for the refrigerator, but the ice dispenser in the door does not work, as mentioned in other reviews. The Keurig coffee maker did not work. The mattress in the master bedroom is very hard and uncomfortable. Most concerning was the evidence of extensive water damage in the queen bedroom bath. There is rust along the base of the tub where it meets the floor tile. The wall paper is peeled away from the wall beside the tub and toilet and the side of the vanity is blistered and peeling from water damage. These conditions are not acceptable in a unit at this price point. All of these conditions have been mentioned in previous reviews of this unit since 2017. Maintenance items and repairs need to be addressed.

The property is clean and well-furnished. A few items need repair, but I would stay here again tomorrow if traveling in this area.

The view was magnificent

The view was magnificent and being right next door to the Ritz was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were in the unit. All said it was a great stay.

What a Blast!

The trip was a blast from beginning to end, 70 summer salt only made it better. The condo was extremely nice and very clean, great views, amenities and more! This is our favorite condo to stay at hands down you are in prime beach location located next to the Ritz Carlton and only a few miles from downtown. If I could give more than five stars … I would!!

Beautiful balcony view!

We've been staying at Ocean Place since it opened in 1997 and I have to say I was disappointed in unit 70. This unit was outdated compared to the other units we've stayed in recently. All of the appliances were the origianl except for the refrigerator. The kitchen cabinet doors wouldn't close properly. The dininig room set was completely different than what was advertiesed on the website. The chase lounger on the balcony was completely falling apart. The mattress in the master was very uncomfortable and was camouflaged by a feather duvet comforter that did not help with comfort. It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring with a feather topper on it. There was custom curtains, wallpaper, and decor that were all beautiful, but there were some things that need to be updated. Mock Realty is a wonderul management company and always very helpful, but we won't be staying in unit 70 again.

Comfortable, Relaxing Vacation

My family spent a week here and loved it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the view from the balcony is amazing, and the beds were comfortable. The property is located in an area with running/cycling trails, and is very close to a Harris Teeter grocery store. I read other reviews describing the plumbing and the condition of the outdoor furniture - having just stayed there myself I wouldn't let those things prevent me from staying again. They were very minor things which were far outweighed by everything else. Another family joined us for dinner two nights and there was plenty of room for us to socialize, even on the balcony.

Wonderful place to stay

We have a wonderful time at this spacious penthouse apartment overlooking the sea. It is spacious, well stocked and we saw pelicans flew by eye level on the balcony every day. A magical place to stay.

New Years Eve Trip

Spectacular view! Large balcony overlooking ocean and beach with nice table and chairs. Spacious condo with good seating area for 4 adults. TV was disappointing because the color couldn't be adjusted...everything was green. Ice Maker not working. When reported, manager brought ice trays. Asked them to bring ice as well; however manager refused to bring ice. Hair dryer didn't work and manager did bring new hair dryer. There was a problem with water pressure in all the showers. Plumber came and found a valve had been partially shut off above the water heater. When booking this condo we were required to purchase a non refundable insurance policy for possible damages. The king and queen beds were not comfortable. The best thing about this condo is the location and the view.

Lovely place but had some issues

We loved our stay and the condo was absolutely beautiful. However, the fridge and ice machine did not function properly the whole time we were there. The refrigerator did not get cold enough and had condensation on the inside. And we never were able to get the ice machine to make ice .very unfortunate as we went deep sea fishing and needed ice for our coolers to bring it back. Also, we only had half a roll of paper towels, and about 10 tissues for our entire stay. And no kitchen sponge. That is totally unacceptable for a place at $550 a night.

Stay at Ocean Place 70

We enjoyed our stay at unit 70 for GA/ Fl weekend. It is a very comfortable and well stocked condo. I would like to bring to your attention plumbing issues in two baths. The pulls on faucet for shower are difficult to stay up for shower mode. Also refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced. Mock's Amelia Vacations was wonderful to work with and very helpful on our updates.
