Recently renovated and exquisitely decorated, this 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath unit occupies the 5th floor of Building 2, South side. Master bedroom mattress is worn out with sags where people sleep on both sides Had to sleep in other bedrooms and they weren't much better I would not rent this condo again unless mattress was replaced with a high end mattress that reflex's the high cost of rent

Awesome ocean front condo

The condo met all of our families needs. The view was beautiful and the location was convenient. The condo looks great and the beds were comfortable. We are former residents of Amelia Island and we love coming back “home” for vacation. This is our second time using Mock's and everything was perfect each time.

Of course great view of the Ocean and convenient to pool swim for Grandchildren. Interior very well appointed and lots of instruments for the kitchen. Our family very much enjoyed this home!

Our yearly family vacation is to Amelia Island and will remain to be. We love everything about it. This was our at least 3rd time staying in Ocean Place 60. Great location and great condo but it has slipped some since our last stay. I called maintenance yesterday after we left and spoke to Mark thinking maybe he could address some problems there before the next reservation. He was very appreciative and interested in what I passed along.

Excellent Stay

BEAUTIFUL, oceanfront condo, huge balcony, clean with many well-thought-out touches. Had everything we needed for cooking, extra games, comfortable beds. Even had a chest in one of the bedrooms for beach toys that we didn't notice until we were leaving. Loved the condo and highly recommend!! The only negative if I had to come up with one is that when it is windy outside, the hall in front of the door is like a wind tunnel, so there is a constant noise hissing through the crack between the door and door panel that you can hear pretty loudly. Maybe better sealing would help but definitely not a big issue for us. Anyway, the condo is immaculate , the beach is gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out. Pool is onsite as well, but did not use. Would definitely stay here again!

Waves

Overall, the property was very nice and located right on the beach so we enjoyed seeing the sun rise and set every day. Since she property almost next to the Ritz, we saw the awesome new year eve's fireworks from the balcony. Mock's management company was very professional and stayed engage with us constantly. Happy New Year and Thank You! Trung Ps. Hallway lights outside the front door need to be replaced because it was very dark at night. We also putted a towel to stop the hissing sound came in underneath the door because the noise was so loud. Toilet paper holders in both restrooms need attention before they fall off.

Dream Vacation

Spent a week at the beach with our grandkids. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely well maintained and the location was perfect for access to the beach. Communication was excellent - we will definitely book again on a return trip!

We loved this place! This is our second visit to Ocean Place and were not disappointed! Our balcony was so big and comfortable. There is nothing better than listening to the ocean at night while we slept. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and was very clean upon arrival. A tennis racket, 2 beach chairs and some sand toys were also there. The place was perfect to enjoy the week after our daughter's wedding. We hope to stay here again

Great!

We enjoyed the loveliness of the condo. The beds were comfortable, the view was gorgeous and every one we encountered was helpful. One of our group could not find her Bible when she returned home and Darcy went out of her way to look for it. Our group would like to come again. Everything was lovely!

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway!

This condo was everything and more ! We loved everything about it...and the view is spectacular. Morning sunrise is spectacular and worth getting up for :) The rooms are cozy and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend and we will be be back !

Our stay at Ocean Place #60 couldn't have been better! The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. It has AMAZING views, comfortable beds, clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Owners have thought of everything to ensure a wonderful stay. We love Amelia Island!!

Christmas Family Trip

The view and decor are beautiful. The furniture upholstery needed cleaning. The return assistance with the rental agency, Mock, was timely but did not follow through. We needed Wi-Fi to connect with our work, called for help, we’re told they would notify the supplier for assistance, we never received a follow up. It was the router that was faulty. We were able to connect independently. As for the pricing for the amenities. I expected less housekeeping requirements for the rental fee. The pool area was unattended with sand on the pool area tile, washed onto the deck from a storm and remained so the entire week. The common hall areas were poorly maintained. Overall, the condo was newly renovated and a nice live in space, but I would look elsewhere.

Thanksgiving in Amelia

The property was clean and nicely laid out. Unfortunately there was construction and renovation of the pool immediately outside and below the property which was SO LOUD during the day and created so much dust and particles from cutting the new stone for the pool area that we couldn't use the patio while the work was being done. It would have been nice to know that was going to be happening. The location was convenient and the size of the space worked for our group of 7. Beds were less comfortable than expected and pillows could stand to be updated. Overall a good experience despite these things mentioned. View was amazing from patio when we could go out there!
