The condo was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed it, but we're not prepared for the repair work being done next door. It was annoying to have the noise of construction and trucks beeping particularly in the morning. One night a piece of equipment beeped all night long.

You will not be disappointed by the wonderful beachfront and sunset views from this beautifully decorated condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and the beds were very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

Well worth it!!

Everything was as advertised! Beautiful condo with wonderful furnishings. We felt pampered during our stay yet felt at home as well. We hated to leave. We would love to stay here on our next visit.

Excellent, well-appointed unit with fantastic beach views of the sunrise!

A 3BR 3BA unit that is in excellent shape. The kitchen is especially good if you cook and plan to eat in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all well appointed and luxurious. The main suite is quite good as are the two other bedrooms. There is also a laundry room. There are TVs in every room and plenty of puzzles and board games as well. Overall an excellent experience over the four nights we spent here.

Ocean Place 31 - Splash by the Sea

OP 31 was a very nice place in which to spend a week in Amelia Island. A beautiful, well equipped kitchen made creating vacation meals a breeze. High end furnishings complemented the penthouse location and endless views. We definitely will return. Thanks to the owners for putting together such an excellent vacation environment.

2nd time in this condo!

This was our 2nd stay in this condo & we still love it! Its very, very clean, has a beautiful view and has all the amenities. A couple unfortunate issues this visit … we couldn't use the dryer b/c it was flashing an error and the water was shut off for ~8 hours one day. Lastly, the master bedroom was very hot. The rest of the condo was cool - so not sure what the issue is/was. Overall, still a wonderful place.

Splash by the sea

Everything was wonderful. The beds and pillows are great. (Any chance you could tell me the name and model of the beds/mattresses?) There were 4 women. We went out to dinner 4 nights. The last night we all had only warm water in our showers. No one was able to have hot water. That truly was the only under par moments we had. Your property is glorious and the service handling the rental, etc. was very well done. Thank you, it was a great week.

The unit was very nice and we enjoyed our stay! One of the nicest units we've stayed in at Ocean Place. A couple of things to address 1) There were bugs and ants inside the unit, you would see them in the window seals, walls and crawling on the ceiling. (enough this unit needs to be sprayed for insects) 2) The patio area needs to be swept and cleaned, there were dirt, ants, and debris caked in the corner areas of the patio. Thank you!

Nice But Far From Great

This unit has terrific views, comfortable beds, a great ice maker and is nicely decorated. But after three weeks annoyances were plentiful: Because of its exposure the unit gets very little sun in February. Its location near the backside of the Ritz Carlton's loading docks and pickleball courts makes the back bedrooms quite noisy. The beach chairs were unusable and had to be replaced by Mocks. One TV kept shutting down. The remotes were broken or out of batteries. The two bar stools were in disrepair and unstable. We did not use them.The master BR window facing the ocean needs repair. Small comforts were missing: only one cheap dish towel, very few cleaning supplies, empty soap dispensers in bathrooms,four beach towels for a six person unit, one pair of broken scissors provided, no thoughtful touches like a convenience drawer of bag clips, baggies, batteries, flashlight, extra toilet paper, dishrags, etc like we got with our much better outfitted unit the year before.Someone needs to walk through this rental and refresh it. For the price would likely not return.

Ideal location in penthouse unit

We stayed here for our daughters wedding next door at the Ritz. Perfect location on top floor of complex overlooking the Ritz property and expansive views of beach, Ritz and island. Updated and upscale property with high end finishes and everything you need for a stay. Property stayed open despite Tropical Storm Nicole (Ritz actually closed) and allowed us to wait out the storm. If you are looking for a multiple room high end unit with unmatched views, this is the place.

What a great week!

What an awesome condo! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, perfect location and perfect view of the ocean/beach. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and very easy. No keys to have to pick-up / drop-off. It was also an added bonus to have an outdoor storage area with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Plan to return next year!
