Ce condo est situé à Summer Beach sur Amelia Island, situé à côté du Ritz. Ce condo est au quatrième étage du bâtiment un sur le côté nord. Ceci est un condo récemment rénové de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec une décoration raffinée et des draps luxueux. Cette unité a un roi, reine et deux lits jumeaux. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre avec AT&T U-verse. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. La cuisine est bien approvisionnée si vous voulez préparer un repas fabuleux ou n'hésitez pas à vous aventurer dans l'un de nos nombreux restaurants locaux incroyables. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique et des sièges à l'extérieur pour que vous puissiez profiter de la plage à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Idéal pour le café le matin ou un bon dîner romantique avec vue sur l'océan. Que vous soyez ici pour le plaisir, la détente, la romance ou le travail, cet appareil est parfait pour vous.

Beautiful, spacious, convenient condo

Beautifully decorated condo right on the water with plenty of space to spread out. Plus it's an end unit so the balcony is extra big! We loved our stay and Mock's was great to deal with.

Fantastic property!

We loved our stay at this beautifully decorated and renovated condo! The owners have thoughtfully supplied everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation. The new kitchen is wonderful, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The Mocks were very helpful and quick to respond to any minor issue. We hope to stay here again soon!

absolutely lovely in every way

BEAUTIFUL OCEAN PLACE 16 SEASCAPE

WE LOVE THE UNIT. WONDERFUL APPOINTMENTS! ESPECIALLY LOVED HAVE TEMPUR-PEDIC BEDS IN ALL THE BEDROOMS. THIS IS THE ONLY UNIT WE HAVE RENTED THAT HAS A SAFE. THE OCEAN VIEWS WERE FABULOUS. WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED AGAIN!!! MOCK MANAGEMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Not perfect

Don't say it comes with beach chairs, only a small child could use them. Towels need replacing, paper thin. Kitchen is very well appointed, you won't need a thing.

A perfect FL condo

The condo is on the 4th floor corner unit that feels very private. On the beach! Great pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The views of the beach are wonderful, there is lots of turtle and bunny activity to entertain right below the balcony. The condo is beautifully appointed, kitchen offers every appliance, dish, glass or utencil you could want, it's very tastefully decorated, lovely bedding and soft towels. We wanted for nothing!!

Good physical location with a few things lacking

The floor plan and physical location were great, loved being next to the Ritz and beautiful view of the ocean, great deck. However, for this type of rental, I was disappointed in a few things: no toaster (or cookie sheet), would not consider it a fully loaded kitchen (but enough to get by), several pillow choices, but no extra pillow cases, the mattress pad and some of the pillows were stained and old (need replacing), barely enough paper products to last for 2 days.

Front door punch lock didn't work or the new one that was installed. Light switch for kitchen overhead light is electrical hazard (replace). Checked out at 9:00 am. Cleaning staff was there & began.

Spring Break 2013

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful condo!! First of all, it was nicely decorated, very well stocked with everything You need and desire while away from home. The views were Gorgeous....great spot next to Ritz. Saw dolphins every day! We appreciated all of these things more than you know, since we had record low temps for a few days the week we were there! (Would have loved a heated pool or outdoor hottub!) Although if temps were normal...water would have been plenty Warm from the sun. Started the week off with a rain storm and power outage, but of course they had all you needed: candles, lighter, flashlights and battery Backup wifi so kiddos could still watch a movie on the iPad. Very easy access to the beach. Nice and clean....Will definitely revisit!!!!!

Great trip and awesome service

We booked a reservation through Elisha Mock many months back at Ocean Place. A couple of weeks before our planned trip she contacted me about continued construction/improvements to our unit exterior that could affect our stay. After much deliberation we decided to change units and would arrive a day later. Elisha tried to arrange us accommodations at another venue for the 4th but was unsuccessful. On July 3rd she notified me about another client needing to change which would allow us to accomplish our goal of arriving on the 4th. The trip and accommodations were awesome. We have been traveling to Amelia for over 20 years. Mock vacation rentals (Elisha) is the best. She went beyond what she had to do and for that I am appreciative. Probably the most relaxed trip I have been on. The property was beyond expectations with super upgrades-very nice.
