Cet appartement spacieux et climatisé (100m2) dispose de 3 chambres, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, et de toutes les commodités pour un séjour agréable. Il se compose de 3 chambres doubles, une avec un lit king-size, une chambre avec 1 grand lit et une simple et 1 chambre avec deux lits simples. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le grand salon avec une capacité pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. L'appartement dispose également d'une grande terrasse avec vue sur le bâtiment spécial Torre Agbar, le gratte-ciel illuminé est la dernière attraction de Barcelone.
L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble à seulement 10 minutes de la célèbre Sagrada Familia, juste sur la rue Mallorca, un boulevard confortable menant de la Sagrada Familia à Avda. Gaudi Il y a de nombreux restaurants avec terrasses, ainsi que des magasins, des supérettes et des épiceries dans le même quartier.

This was actually our second stay here, and we enjoyed it just as much. All the facilities are nearby, shops, restaurants, and the walk to the main attractions of Barcelona is doable if you are reasonably fit and healthy, though the buses and metro are practically on the doorstep. The apartment itself is basic, clean, well equipped and maintained. Dolors, the host, is communicative and informative and easy to keep in touch with if necessary.

Amazing apartment in an amazing city!

Property was perfect, just what we needed. 3 girls away for a sightseeing weekend. 3 decent sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it really comfortable for the 3 of us. Situated in a great location which made it really easy to get to all the sights, by foot or metro.

First trip to Spain

The apartment was the perfect size with all the amenities provided. It was close to markets and cafes with great pastries. Air conditioning was only available in the living room so sleeping at night during warm season could be uncomfortable. The host was very helpful and personally met with us at checkin to help getting us situated.

Visit to Barcelona

Great location next to the metro making it easy to get around Barcelona. Little confusion with check in by 20:00 which we were unable to keep due to a delayed flight. Doloros met us and showed us all we needed to know about apartment. Responsive when we asked for a trash can for our bathroom.

Great time had by all

I stayed here with my 2 adult kids and it was perfect for us, good basic accommodation, it was clean, functional and well equipped with plenty of amenities on the doorstep, cafe/bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and lovely fruit and veg shops. There is plenty of public transport, but if you're fit and healthy you can put on your comfy shoes and walk most places, la sagrada de familia is closer than we thought! We walked everywhere. We found Dolors to be communicative, accommodating and overall a very good host. Would certainly stay here again if we were to return to Barcelona.

Pros and Cons

Pro: Apartment itself was very clean. Communication was very good.Con: Not centrally located. Had to take subway to go anywhere (Navas Station). Nothing at all in neighborhood except for a few cafés; downstairs there’s a homeless center. - “Bare bones” … no paper towels, napkin, kleenex or any supplies for food for leftovers, i.e., no plastic containers, tinfoil, baggies (nothing). No spices. Living room has no coffee table, no suitcase racks in bedrooms (luggage on floor). Bedroom w bunkbeds has nothing at all but wall. Broken cutting board, stained mugs, old bathroom and kitchen towels.

I have a new cutting board, Thanks for tell me that. The apartment is not a luxury hotel , I Don’t have a coffee table but I have a big table in the dining room and in the kitchen. The apartment is located in front of the metro station called Navas and next to Glorias Square the new center point of the city.

Very nice apartment

Pros: Very clean. One block from Navas metro stop (L1). Apartment was well equipped for a family of 5. Hot water with good pressure in the shower. Cons: Master bed was very thin and I woke up with back pain daily. Hot shower definitely helped. Master shower allows for water to be splattered on floor continuously. Shower curtain is needed. Also, there is a social welfare center a few doors down that congregates needy people in the area.

Camp delarp

Good apartment in a very convenient location but very noisy since it faces Ave Meridiana with a lot of traffic. They provide only one towel per person, so if you stay for a while there is not a spared one. The frying pan is old and there are not bowls for salad except a plastic container. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable

At least it was clean

One small air conditioner in living room. Opened other windows which helped immensely. We had to empty a small tub of water from the air conditioner which would be full in the morning. One towel per person for 4 days. View from windows terrible. Homeless people at night yelling and dogs barking. View of ghetto from bedrooms. Bedroom advertised with bed, not bunkbeds.

There are 3 double rooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite for 4 people in the heart of the city, on one of the main avenues of the city and in front of the metro. I don't understand the ghetto. Air conditioning in the main room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. 1 individual towel plus the bathroom towel as indicated in the description.

Excellent location - poor directions

The apartment was clean and as pictured on VRBO. Dolors, did not seem to know the local area or metro. When asked about directions from airport, she advised taking taxi for 50 euros. When I asked for metro directions, she told us to get out at Clot and gave us a street address of a street that doesn't have a street sign. The correct directions would be get out at Navis, go across the street to the Cafe, and then down the block until you reach the business OCASO, Turn right and it is the first door on your right. There is no street name posted anywhere. We advised that our arrival time would be between 2-3pm, based on her poor directions it was 3:10pm and Dolores scolded us. Advertised as air-conditioned but the remote was hidden. When I called to inquire was told it is not hot enough yet to have AC. I explained that it was 25C in apartment, the unit was advertised with AC and one of the reasons we chose it. In the end she relented and told us where to find the remote was hidden. We enjoyed the apartment, and the location is very good, easy access to metro and quick to get anywhere. There is an excellent very affordable bakery/coffee shop Cafelumnya. One night we stopped at Aladdin Doner Kebab Pizzeria on Valencia and got 2 donairs and they were cheap and fabulous.

Disappointing

While the condo was spacious and the building was safe, the neighborhood felt a little sketchy and was not very convenient to most of the sites. There was a very convenient metro stop less than 5 minutes away. The place had been cleaned before we got there but the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, there were no paper towels and only one wash cloth despite there being 4 of us. We ran out of toilet paper as well and there were no extra supplies. The place was quite noisy and we had to keep the windows open because it got quite warm even though it was only early June. Fan in first bedroom had a cord going from the fan to high up on the wall. When we turned on the fan, it caught the cord and ripped it out of the wall. It does not seem to be to code and we had no fan the first night. She fixed it the next day but accused us of breaking it. The smaller of the shower is extremely difficult to use as the shower head won’t stay in place and it had to be used as a handheld. It was difficult to shower without getting water on the floor. The most frustrating issue was the night before we left, we came back super grimy to the condo and wanted to shower before getting an early flight. There was no hot water. She told us the previous renters had broken the hot water heater and it was being fixed the following day. She advised we heat up water on the stove and try to fill up the tub. This is for a family of 4! I suggested she give us a discount on the rate which she refused to do. She never warned us in advance so that we could conserve hot water. Overall, the owner was not very responsive. She asked me to not text her but I couldn’t use What’s App when I didn’t have internet. Despite me sending her several messages about my arrival, I had to call her before I could figure out how we were getting a key. We are very laid back travelers and have rented VRBOs all over the world. This was one of our more frustrating experiences. For the cost of this place, I would look for better options closer to the center of town.
