Belle Patrimoine Artistique duplex de gothique catalan

L'appartement de 100 m2 a une grande valeur historique car il est classé par l'UNESCO comme patrimoine artistique du gothique catalan s. XV, et était la propriété du célÚbre écrivain Miguel de Cervantes dans l'une de la vision de la ville vue.

Il est entiÚrement rénové et transformé en un duplex lumineux préserve les anciens murs et des voûtes donnant l'espace un charme particulier pierre.

En bas se trouve une chambre double avec salle de bains privative, un Ă©vier avec bain Ă  remous, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, congĂ©lateur, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire Ă©lectrique, lave-vaisselle ...) et salle Ă  manger. Cette plante a aussi un espace annexe au salon, sĂ©parĂ©s par des rideaux Ă©pais arc et oĂč vous pouvez Ă©galement dormir, car il a un canapĂ©-lit confortable.

À l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur est la chambre double de maĂźtre.

Excellent location! We loved staying in a historic building in the gothic quarter. Just bring some ear plugs, the streets can be load. But so worth it. Fabulous apartment.

We arrived and met by host who had been in contact with us regularly in the days leading upto our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.It is in an excellent location and within walking distance of most attractions. I would highly recommend this property for a city break.Thanks

The apartment was as described , everything you would need right down to umbrellas and beach chairs . Restaurants right outside your door . Air conditioning was great ! Alex was amazing to deal , quick to respond and explained how everything worked. It was an amazing get a way with family !!

Excellent location and really spectacular architecture! Alex greeted us and gave a wonderful history lesson of the building and area. Barcelona was fantastic and the apartment was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment also had a little balcony that was perfect to sit outside and watch all the people. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect having two bathrooms so each couple had their own. We walked to the markets, rented bikes and toured the coastline, and ate a lot of delicious food! Gio’s restaurant, Sedna, located right below the apartment, was a wonderful place to hang out for tapas, Vermut and espresso. Highly recommend this rental and we can’t wait to go back!

Birthday Trip

We spent three nights with our family of 5 (kids 8-4) and absolutely loved this place. The design and architecture of the apartment was captivating and a great location. The host was flexible with our late timing due to the train delay and provided a good list of restaurants as well as a history of the spot. Great walking distance to local spots and Publix transportation. Our family loved staying here and would return.

Our host met us at the apartment and showed us around the apartment it was as pictured on . The apartment is in a great location in Gothic Quarter, steps to elBorn area and walking distance to the beach . Alex was very receptive to any inquires always got back to me immediately. The apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a long stay . Just a fabulous overall experience

Wow, what a great place

We (2 adults, 2 kids) had an amazing time in this rental. The apartment is as described: a great blend of old and new. The ancient walls combined with modern comforts like air conditioning. And the location was perfect: in the midst of the Gothic Quarter, the neighborhood is beautiful and you’re surrounded by things to do. The hosts were great and helpful too. Highly Recommend!

Perfect Location! Charming Apartment!

My husband, 2 adult children and I enjoyed this apartment. The apartment was as described and the location was perfect..in the midst of the Gothic Quarter, which was a great location to walk almost everywhere (we did take a taxi to visit La Sagrada Familia). Please note, it was a little loud at night and if you're not used to that be prepared with earplugs (we used earplugs and they tuned out the noise perfectly). The host, Alex, was great and helpful too. Highly Recommend!

Spectacular apartment in a great location

Beautifully styled and spacious apartment in a 15th C building located close to the port and in the oldest part of Barcelona. Many good restaurants and shops nearby. Owner was very accommodating. We hated to leave such a lovely home away from home.

Gorgeous historical apartment

Location was great. Beautiful interior with plenty ofspace for a family of 4. Our host Alex communicatef well. Also, location close to the beach, Picasso museum just on the edge of the Gothic quarters. Would stay there again!

Very accommodating checkin and check out. Only 15 minutes from cruise terminal. Great location in Gothic Qtr. On busy street but quiet inside when balcony doors closed.

Wonderful historic setting

Well equipped kitchen and very attentive host. Alex made sure we had everything we needed. 2nd bedroom was a little noisy but all in all we would come back. Great location!
