The neighborhood was terrific! We relied on the property manager a lot. She was amazing. We did have trouble with locking and shutting the door when we were leaving each time. Having no doorknob was difficult. Paris itself was an awesome experience!

This is a beautiful snd very cozy apartment, very clean, we had everything we needed. The check in, check out, and communications were very easy. Location is perfect and within walking distance from Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Latin Quarter, Le Marais. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood

This apartment worked out well for our family of four. It was a convenient location, and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen space that allowed us to prepare a quick breakfast before heading out to explore for the day. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This apartment was very centrally located, which was perfect for us! We walked everywhere within 30 min and loved seeing all the neighborhoods as we wandered through. Our neighbourhood had everything we needed too. Shops, amazing restaurants and cafés, fruit stands, grocery stores and gorgeous architecture. The apartment itself was so cute and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, lots of natural light, well stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom and tastefully decorated. It would be great for a couple or small families, it was perfect for my mom and I.

Large, clean and comfortable

Four of us stayed for nine nights and had a great time. A nice comfy apartment one block from L'Opera and a dozen restaurants, two blocks from a grocery store, and a 10 minute walk from the Louvre. Friendly, helpful owners too. Highly recommended!

Great location. 3 subway lines in close proximity. It is easy to get anywhere you want in Paris. Large space, perfect for us, a couple and 12 year old. The hosts were very responsive when the wifi was down and organized a workaround. We would happily stay there again when in Paris.

First visit to Paris

Excellent location and hosts. Everything was as advertised, which was ideal for our first trip to Paris. Carmen and Mauro made sure we were taken care of from the start. The property is perfectly situated allowing for quick walks to the best restaurants, stores, and the train. Highly recommended!

Nice place

Nice place, clean, bed was comfortable. Only complaint was we could have had more amenities like more toilet paper and extra towels for a week stay. We couldn’t figure out how to get the jets to work in the tub or the stove but we did not do any cooking there so we didn’t need it. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Quiet, spacious and well equipped in great neighborhood

Although we did not meet the owners, their spirit was everywhere in the apartment, with considerate amenities and well thought out provisions. The bed is set far away from the windows, so the street noise, to the extent there is any, is minimized. The bed was comfortable and the shower very strong and refreshing. The location is away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the Louvre and the Seine. Best of all, the Opera Garnier is just minutes away and must be visited. Shops such as Galeries Lafayette are nearby, as are some very good restaurants. It was a perfect experience for us.

Great space and location

The space and location of this property are both wonderful. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It is larger than I I thought and has a ton of charm. The property worked really well for my daughter and me. It would also be perfect for a couple. The owner and I had a bit of miscommunication checking in. I would just make sure to reach out and coordinate several days before your stay starts.

Fabulous location!

After a week in the Dordogne area, then Provence, we ended our 3 week trip to France in Paris. This VRBO was the perfect location for us in Paris ... near shopping, the Metro, & within walking distance of sights we wanted to visit. The apartment was more fully equipped than we anticipated, & we appreciated the information the owner provided... especially the use of the washer/dryer & the Nespresso machine. The instructions for check-in with the concierge were excellent, although it made me a bit nervous to receive them only a week before our arrival. I was greatly relieved to have received such excellent instructions. We also had asked to leave our baggage there if we could not check in early & were very pleased that we were actually able to check in a few hours earlier since the VRBO was not booked the previous night. We loved the location, the decor, the amenities! We really felt we were in the "real" Paris and would rent this apartment again in a heart beat!

Chicly Elegant, Charming, and Centrally Located

Our stay at CaMallo Paris was everything we expected it would be, and was consistent as described in the property’s description. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet Carmen & Mauro personally, but they had made arrangements for our arrival and stayed in touch with us during our delay to ensure someone would be there to greet us. Although there is an elevator, we always walked up the wide staircase the one flight. The living area is well furnished, decorated, and appointed. The bath is very modern, spacious and clean. The separate kitchen area is well laid out and ingeniously organized providing everything anyone would need in a small amount of space. Although we didn’t cook any meals, everything that might be needed seemed to be available. We did breakfast in every day, which made having three boulangerie within a few blocks awesome, one just a half a block! As coffeeholics we appreciated the wide variety of coffee machine options, especially the Nespresso machine which was constantly in operation. There happens to be a Nespresso store conveniently located on the west side of the Opera. The bed was very comfortable and we found ourselves being uncharacteristically lazy in the mornings. The Louvre Museum, Opera, and a ton of high-end shopping are only minutes away by foot. The Paris Galeries Lafayette had spectacular shopping and is stunning to see. Their lower level food store is something to behold. The Opera Metro station which has three lines is two blocks down, and a short bit further you could catch the Madeleine station for two others. Absolutely perfect for exploring both near and far. We felt very comfortable and safe, and look forward to our new stay there when we visit Paris again!

Bonjour, Nous étions quatre amis et avons dormi 3 nuits sur Paris. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement sans difficultés. Le quartier est très joli (A côté de l'Opéra) avec de nombreux restaurants, bars et surtout une bouche de métro juste à côté. L'appartement était parfaitement propre. La grande salle est spécieuse, le lit confortable et le canapé également. Pas de bruit. La machine à laver le linge fonctionne très bien ainsi que la machine à café Nespresso. L'appartement est très joliment décoré et romantique. Je conseille cette adresse.

Great apartment. Had everything you need. Great location near lots of transportation, restaurants, easy walking to many sites. Lots of little touches like some snacks in refrigerator, stocked pantry, music for the CD player, appliances, comfortable bed. Concierge helpful in getting in apartment, but never heard from owners in spite of multiple texts trying to confirm everything was set prior to our arrival.

Perfect Location

We had a fabulous stay in Paris. The flat is ideal for a weekend getaway and has all that is need for your stay. The place has a perfect mixture of old world Paris with modern amenities. The owners, Carmen and Mauro are very responsive. The check in process can seem daunting due to there being multiple coded doors to enter before you reach the 2nd floor flat, but in reality it made us feel so secure we never worried about our safety once. The flat is located only one block from the "Opera" with easy access to the subway. We walked to the Louvre from the apartment twice. We would definitely stay again. A special thanks to the Carmen and Mauro for allowing us to store our luggage before our check-in time. We had just come off a long trip from a river cruise and wanted to start our Paris site seeing right away and didn't know what to do with our luggage. They were so accommodating. There is a mile of cafes just around the corner from their place. We started and ended each day at one of them. Thanks for a fantastic trip to Paris! Sean Self

Living with Parisians

Great studio! This was an optimal location, walking distance or metro to everything, every little thing we could have wanted was in this lovely apartment. Great restaurants nearby, walk to Opera and Louvre, d’Orsay, l’Orangerie, Petit and Grand Palais, Eiffel Tower, etc. great amenities and it was truly quiet. Good WiFi which is hard to come by in Paris apartment buildings. Lovely place, all around!

They have many interests: they love cooking, biking, jogging, art exhibitions, traveling and they are fond of vacation rental and home-exchange. They love to know new people and they are completely satisfied when their guests become their friends.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The owners always had the dream to buy an apartment in Paris. The dream came true on 2005. At the beginning, they would have liked to keep the apartment only for themselves, but the maintenance costs are quite expensive in Paris! So they have decided to rent or exchange the apartment during the periods they were not there.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Every property is special for the owners but in this case the owners have dedicated a big effort in furnishing and decorating their apartment by themselves. Every detail was chosen with an eye to style and design. The owners are very proud of all their properties and on the basis of the several reviews they have received, it appears that the guests appreciate their efforts.
