Location, location, location. The apartment is in the center of it all. Multiple Metro line stops all within short walks. The apartment has everything you need. The washer/dryer makes an extended stay so convenient. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

This is the second year in a row that I’ve stayed in this apartment. The location is tops. There wasn’t anywhere that we wanted to go that wasn’t available by the Metro stop which is two minutes away. The apartment is exactly as the pictures present it. The bed and the couch are both very comfortable. Since we ate out most meals, we hardly use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. I certainly hope to stay there again.

Apartment is in a terrific location, as soon as you walk out the door you are in the Place de la Concorde. You can walk to every landmark or take the metro which is right outside the apartment, lined 1, 8 and 12 all meet at Concorde. Apartment had all the essentials

The apartment is in a perfect location, with many favorite sites within a 10 minute walk. Easy access to the metro and a coffee shop literally around the corner. The apartment was well stocked, clean and had everything we needed/wanted. Jean-Pierre is a perfect host!Thank you for a terrific 4 day stay - I would definitely come back!

After having 2 cancellations and being stranded "homeless" in Paris with my husband and kiddo- JP really came through- I think they never showed up originally since my dates were different to start with. THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST! - I am so happy we landed in this apartment. The check in was SO easy! (we even were able to drop off our luggage early) The apartment manager was so sweet and the little touches of hospitality were REALLY felt! Location was key- right across the street from the Metro and a fabulous park/playground- lots for kids to do! It really ended up being a top notch experience- don't sleep on this place! Book today! :)

Great little place near multiple restaurants. Close to the Concorde metro stop which made it very convenient to get around (lines 1 and 8). Bed was comfortable. Only 1 minor issue involving the keypad access but a solution was offered quickly that worked for the remainder of the stay. Recommend.

The location was perfect. The Concorde Metro is nearby but there were lots of things to see and food choices within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. It didn’t take long to figure out how it all worked. The neighbourhood is quiet at night. We enjoyed staying in a historic building in a historic area. Would stay here again.

2nd bed was a fold out humped & gapped sofa and cannot be described a bed to sleep on. Never had a restful night’s sleep on that contraption. Has 1 good bed and one makeshift piece of furniture labeled as such. Great location though and responsive host.

My wife and I rented a VRBO property at Rue de Rivoli, Paris, France, 750008. It is a first floor apartment (US second floor) located immediately across the rue from the Tuilleries Garden adjacent to the Place de la Concorde. VRBO advertised it as an apartment that sleeps four that is accessed by an elevator. The property was said to have two bedrooms, an oven and a dishwasher. The actual property had no oven nor dishwasher. Outside of a small kitchen and small bathroom, there existed a bedroom and a living room that contained a couch that could be rolled out for a bed and a small table pictured on VRBO’s site. The living area also featured a hard plastic coffee table, and some other incidental items. There was no second bedroom. Using this facility for eating any meal save a single person for breakfast is a challenge as the pictured table was useless. Although this apartment is not an interior flat, the lighting is extremely poor. Windows in the living room and bedroom for light were obscured by a building across the backstreet. Accessing the apartment is made through a courtyard and twenty-three steps. The elevator does not service the property we rented.Martin B.

The location of this property is excellent and the check in process was super convenient! It is a small apartment but worked well for 4 travelers. Jean-Pierre was a very responsive host.

This cozy little apartment near the Louvre was the perfect home base for our Paris stay. Whether getting ready for a day of exploring or relaxing afterward, it had everything we needed — all neatly arranged and perfectly sized for city living.

Great property in a great location. We wanted to stay somewhere we could walk out the door and be right there amongst it. The family loved our time in Paris and the kids said it was their favourite place; strolling on the Champs Elyse in the evenings, morning runs along the Seine, the Louvre across the park and cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Looking forward to going back and staying there again.

Wonderful Apartment in a prime location

My parents and I loved staying at this apartment! Very central location, close to the Concord and Louvre, and a couple metro stops from the Eiffel tower. The bed is very comfortable, and the small kitchen was great for making simple meals when we didn't want to eat out. Would stay again!

The kitchen was fully equipped, but we chose to go out for every meal. We were there to vacation and see as many museums and sites and neighborhoods as possible. This location is on one of the busiest streets of Paris, but inside the apartment we heard little noise from the street or others. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location

Extremely comfortable bed and cute apartment in an amazing location for tourists. We walked almost everywhere. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Host gave us a very helpful house manual too.
