The perfect space to come back to after a long day spent wandering in Paris - so warm, welcoming and comfortable. And the perfect location. Josette was the best host we've ever had, and the easiest check-in, and check-out process. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Josette was a fabulous host! She explained everything and welcomed us warmly. The apartment was spacious and clean and in a perfect location in Paris. We went to the boulangerie on the corner about a dozen times. We would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful, welcoming apartment that was beautifully decorated. Loved the welcome cake and wine and that the refrigerator was stocked. Walkable to Luxembourg gardens in a truly neighborhood, untouristy location. Loved seeing the children walking from school and the daily life of the area. The host, Josette, was always available.

We loved our stay at Josette’s apartment! Josette was kind and responsive from the moment of booking and was flexible with meeting us the day we arrived. She kindly provided some treats, wine and items in the fridge to get us started. She was easily reachable during our stay and checked in to make sure we were doing ok. The apartment itself is a work of art in a beautiful area of Paris. It was so convenient to be on a quiet street off a main boulevard, and our kids loved the parks and playgrounds nearby. We would love to return!

Josette's apartment was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to Paris! Great neighborhood. Near bus and metro. So close to the Luxembourg Garden. We had the best time. It was very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. Josette is so kind and greeted us at the apartment to go over how everything worked, it was great. She also bought us a delicious baked good for the local bakery.

This property was as advertised!! The place was extremely comfortable and Josette was a pleasure. Highly recommend this place. We had 2 couples and we had plenty of space and the neighborhood is wonderful and away from the craziness of a tourist spot.

Fabulous apartment with a superb host

Josette made sure she welcomed us and provided us with a personal tour of her beautiful apartment as well as a general orientation to Paris. She went above and beyond and you really can’t beat the location. Would definitely stay here again!

As others have said, the layout of this apartment is terrific for a family, with private and communal spaces, a luxury within the city. Comfortable and fun and lovely, and in a true neighborhood. Communications with Josette were excellent and we would love to come back.

Like everyone else, I was so touched by Josette's kind, warm welcome. I needn't have worried about where to pick up groceries, there was fresh milk, juice, cake and even beer and a delicious wine in the fridge. It's truly the best equipped kitchen I've been to in terms of herbs, oil, vinegar, coffee etc and all the cleaning products and loo paper you could need! That said there's a supermarket and chemist very near by and the jardins de Luxembourg a 3 minute walk away. The flat is spacious and comfortable but unfortunately regulations for these lovely, old, historic buildings do not permit the usual type of air conditioning and we were there in a heat wave! But it was a wonderful stay with some delicious meals at local restaurants, the 38 bus taking us straight down to near Notre Dame, and Josette always on hand if ever we needed anything. She really has thought of everything.

Josette was wonderful in every way as our host. Not only did she meet us with open arms to show us our space with every necessary detail, she made us feel comfortable and left us a sweet treat and drinks in the refrigerator. Location is great; place was very clean and so “Parisienne” in style; bathroom new and large.Definitely 5 stars from 4 women from California.

The property was all that it was advertised to be. A truly lovely apartment. The property manager was lovely and she did everything she could to assist us and make our stay more perfect. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

This was the epitome of a delightful Parisian pied a terre. Our hostess Josette is a very lovely and gracious lady who was always available if we needed her. However since everything was perfect in the apartment we never needed to contact her. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Very modern bath and kitchen. We loved this place and felt it truly enhanced our experience of Paris.

Bonjour. I immediately gave Janet Nichols a 5 star review which appear on the official website .She was a super guest. I don't understand Why the finger sign at the bottom is down. ? meaning I would not rent again. This is not correct. Please, can VRBO make the correction as soon as possible . Thank you.

Beautiful Parisian apartment

The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Our host greeted us and even had fresh pastries waiting! The building felt safe and the metro was only a few blocks away. Having a washing machine and drying rack was such a lovely bonus. Would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly!

We really enjoyed this section of Paris. The apartment is stylish and just about perfect size! Frankly, I’ve never met a nicer and more organized Couple who rented to us. From the well described catalogues and books about the area, to their preferences on wine and bakeries. I strongly recommend this place and if we can, will return!

Perfect Parisian apartment

Josette was an amazing host. She communicated very well leading up to our trip and met us at the apartment when we arrived. She had a delicious pastry and wine waiting for us. She helped us figure out the best ways to get around and had some great recommendations. The apartment is lovely. Lots of room and top notch security. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to see.

Elegant and spacious flat, amazing host

The flat and the host, Josette, were fabulous. The space is so large, and the bedrooms are quite far apart which was great for my 16 year old. The kitchen was truly a pleasure to work in, and the location was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the stay, including the gracious, responsive and thoughtful host. Thank you so much, Josette! I hope we have a chance to stay at your place another time when in Paris.

Super accommodating

Josephine and her apartment have earned every glowing accolade in other reviews. We will add that she was incredibly accommodating when the airline changed both our inbound and outbound flights, affecting our check-in and out times. My daughter, daughter-in-law, two granddaughters and I easily shared the apartment; we especially liked its proximity to Jardin du Luxembourg. We would happily return!
