De nombreux visiteurs veulent être proches de l'action dans le centre-ville de Gatlinburg et ne veulent pas nécessairement dépenser autant ou avoir besoin de tout ce qu'une cabine a à offrir. Mais cela ne signifie pas que vous devez rester dans une chambre d'hôtel et perdre tous les avantages d'une location de vacances. Au Gatehouse 106, vous aurez un foyer, une terrasse, un grand coin salon, une cuisine complète pour préparer des repas en copropriété et l'accès à une piscine extérieure saisonnière. Plus important encore, Gatehouse est le plus récent immeuble à condos qui se trouve à distance de marche du centre-ville. C'est un bâtiment récent qui est privé, bien entretenu et calme. vous avez donc toutes les commodités d'être à Gatlinburg dans une unité plus récente au prix de la valeur de la cabine!

Vous apprécierez un foyer au gaz, une cuisine améliorée, des sièges pour 6 dans la grande salle et 2 suites parentales privées avec 2 salles de bain complètes et une literie améliorée. Pros: Location; nicely landscaped, quiet and clean complex; spacious unit; comfy chairs on the balcony; nice view of the creek; great water pressure; convenient to grocery store; washer and dryer in unit; excellent communication from the unit’s property management company; and first floor unit close to the parking lot and enjoyable pool.Cons: the entire unit could use a thorough cleaning and painting; both bedspreads were stained; some of the towels were more gray than white; the jets in the en-suite tub were dirty; no grab bars on that tub/shower combo; and the carpet was stained.The cons were reported to the unit’s property management company and I felt the issues were taken seriously.We had a relaxing break and the location was convenient.

The building, unit and locations is what brings us back. The unit could use some TLC. New mattresses, fix the screen on the patio door and a new master bath sink faucet (drips a lot). I will say it is a bit dated and the mattresses need to be replaced with better quality. There was no extra toilet paper, only what was on the rolls and no extra towels provided. Those items would have been nice. If you have mobility issues, you will have difficulty getting in and out of the shower/tub combos.

We found the layout comfortable and it was a good price compared to us having a cabin or two hotel rooms. The unit could use a renovation for some stained carpeting, the bathroom and bed coverings. It was fairly clean, but some dust bunnies were left behind. We were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities like coffee & filters and toilet paper, which are common everywhere else we stay. Overall, we were happy here at this price point and would stay again, but with a few touch-ups it could be a premium rental.
