The resort’s location is near the less crowded areas of the National Park. Whether you plan to hike, explore the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts district, or simply go for a scenic drive, this is an excellent location that offers 24-hour security.

This beautiful cabin offers guests the ultimate total privacy. While vacationing at Secret Moments, guests will be provided complimentary access to three resort swimming pools, pickleball and basketball courts, and paid access to Bent Creek Golf Course next door. The challenging par 72, Gary Player-designed golf course is open to the public and the tee fees are a reasonable $29-$49 depending on season and course. The combination of the resort amenities and the on-site golf course makes this resort a favorite with golfers, families, and everything in between!

This awesome recently remodeled, two-king bedroom, two-bath log cabin offers 100% privacy, 24-hour security, and magnificent mountain views. It is located at the end of a road with no thru-traffic. There are no other cabins in sight & only 7 miles from Gatlinburg city limits. The Great Smoky Mountains are the backdrop for Secret Moments.

Secret Moments cabin is an excellent opportunity for self-reflection with so much privacy & peacefulness. It is surrounded only by amazing nature and is the perfect place where you can recharge your batteries from all the busyness of everyday life & reevaluate what’s really important.

Park right at the front door & step onto the ground-level gated front porch of this country charmer without climbing any steps. There is also a large parking area to park additional trucks & trailers. There is a relaxing 2-person hot tub, chairs & small table for relaxing & enjoying morning coffee while taking in the spectacular mountain views. Kids and dogs will be safe playing in the yard with no traffic.

Enjoy outdoor meals on the charcoal grill and outside dining table and chairs on the side patio. The crackling of logs, roasting marshmallows, and gathering around the fire pit are to be enjoyed by all in the front yard.

Step inside this wonderful “feels-just-like-home” log cabin with an open floor plan with living/dining & kitchen. Enjoy nature from the wall of glass while sitting on the couch or recliner that looks onto a stone patio with a charcoal grill & table & chairs for outside dining. Enjoy the warmth of the stone fireplace with logs that can be controlled with a remote while watching TV or a movie from the DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has all large and small appliances, including an ice maker, indoor grill, slow cooker, coffee maker, and Keurig. There are plenty of dishes and cookware and a large dining table that seats 4 for your 'stay-at-home meals'.

When you are ready for a good night’s sleep, there is no better place to sleep than the Secret Moments cabin as it is perfectly quiet with no distracting noisy neighbors or traffic, just country-quiet solitude and peace. Both bedrooms have comfortable king beds, large closets & adjoining large bathrooms with tubs & showers. The upstairs bath has an oversized jetted tub & shower & the downstairs bathroom has a tub & shower & full-size washer & dryer.

Exterior security cameras overlook the steps & driveway & in no way interfere with guests' privacy. There are no interior cameras at this property.

Alexander January 2025 review: What a stunning cabin! Its secluded location at the very top provided so much privacy, making it the perfect getaway. The host was incredibly helpful, providing detailed information about directions and safety tips, which made the stay stress-free. The cabin is conveniently located, being extremely close to Gatlinburg's main attractions and a grocery store. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The cabin is extremely secluded and peaceful. The view of the mountains was beautiful. On our last day we had a family of bears pay a visit. The inside of the cabin was welcoming and inviting. Our host, has thought of everything to make a stay at Secret Moments memorable. Will definitely be coming back Thank you so much Geri for our enjoyable week. Your cabin was gorgeous and so relaxing. It was just what we all needed.

Secret Moments is centrally located to all sorts of Smoky Mountain experiences & adventures, and a few minutes from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg shopping, restaurants, and memory-making experiences.

Foxfire Mountain-150 acres of activities for every family member that include ATV trails, Goliath Zip Lines, a Playground, a Waterfall Canopy Tour, an Aerial Adventure Course, Lost Mine Falls hiking trails, Foxfire Mountain, Walk the Bridge to Prosperity,the longest swinging bridge in the US.


Greenbrier Valley is a little more low-key. It is situated along the Middle Fork of the Little Pigeon River and retains every bit of its rugged beauty. It is home to a ranger station & a general recreation area in the park. There areseveral hiking trails, including the Grape Yard Ridge Trail, the Ramsey Cascades Trail, the Porters Creek Trail, and the Old Settlers Trail.

There are plenty of hikes nearby, so you can enjoy the beauty of the Smokies and return to the comfort of Secret Moments cabin in no time. Mount LeConte is one of the most popular and beautiful hikes in all the Smokies. Gregory Bald offers incredible views year-round. Abrams Falls is another hugely popular one, especially in the summertime, when hikers can cool off in the all-natural falls. Alum Cave is another hike that’s equally appealing in both summer and wintertime.

For a relaxing afternoon near a stream with a fishing pole check out Abrams Creek, one of the best streams in the parks with both trout and small-mouth bass fishing. Big Creek, located near I-40 at the Northeastern end of the ark, also offers trout and smallmouth fishing. Douglas Lake offers great boating as well as fishing. Hazel Creek is considered one of the best trout streams in the park, along with the Little Pigeon.

Bike the Smokies is located about a mile from the Secret Moments cabin. It allows you to choose a 7-speed bicycle or an electric bicycle.
