Family trip!!!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. The condo was very spacious. There was ten people in our party, 5 adults and 5 children. We would have enjoyed a half bath during our stay. We stayed in a ground floor condo and loved the easy access to our vehicle.

Great time with family!

Close to Dollywood, but away from the hustle bustle of Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to where we needed to go! Place was cozy and comfortable. Game room and was fun. The hot tub was fun, but not very private.

Great place close to Dollywood

Really excellent 2br apartment. Eden Crest is an excellent host and took care of everything for us. The unit was clean and we had most of the facilities we needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

First Time Visitors

The condo was in a great location. Although, the cleanliness wasn’t the best, we were within walking distance to Dolly Wood Theme Park and Splash Country. The floors were dirty so we made sure the kids kept their shoes on. The bathroom in the master bedroom had slow drainage in the shower. Since my husband has plumbing experience, he cleaned the hair out of the drain and it worked great afterwards. It apparently hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. It’s a great condo overall, but cleaning needs to be professionally done between rentals. Also the dryer needs to be repaired or replaced. It took all day to dry clothes. We finally just went to the laundromat up the street.

Girl Scout trip

You can hear your neighbors all day and night they were yelling stompping runing tv was super loud then the one night our kids couldn’t go outside due to a bunch of people smoking pot. We stayed here before and loved it that’s why we came back. It rain at Dollywood and they closed the rides when we went back to the house I told everybody we would dry our clothes well the dryer didn’t work dryer them for 4 hrs and just gave up and I hung them in the game room. Loved the beds

Great location!

Overall we had a great experience. The distance to Dollywood and the other attractions make this a definite place we will stay again. Although I would try to get one of the cabins next time. A few issues is that the condo is very noisy. You hear everything going on above you. The other issue there wasn't detail of where the community pool was. When we called the management company they didn't know either. So we drove around, the very large area until we found it. We couldn't stay at the pool very long because the mosquitoes were so bad. We talked to the maintenance man about it. He was very nice.

It was very convenient. The only problem that we had was that there was a very loud wedding one night in the convention center across from our condo that started in the early afternoon and was still going on after midnight. The rest of the stay and the condo was wonderful. We loved it.

Great for big families close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was big enough to accommodate my daughters and their friends for spring break and the close proximity to Dollywood and other attractions made it even better.

Family trip to the mountains

Our condo was in a great location. A little loud with people up above but not unmanageable. Washer would not switch cycles and oven would not get hot other than on broil, but other than that the place was plenty big, extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay again. We loved the hot tub being right outside the door, and even though it’s not completely private it was private enough for us. Great place to stay.!!!

We loved everything about the condo beside the sharing of washer and dryer. Our neighbors washed the whole time we were there. Besides that it’s an incredible place and we will consider staying again when we return

Pros and Cons

The condo was extremely clean when we arrived. The pictures do not do it justice. It is way nicer than it shows. There was plenty of room for my family of five. The hot tub was nice to have, but it is not private at all. It is in front of the condo. It is centrally located to all we wanted to do. It’s tucked away in a very quiet, secluded area, which we loved. It is about two minutes from Dollywood! I cook when we are on vacation, and I was surprised that there was nothing in the kitchen as far as oil and seasoning. I’ve stayed many, many places, and there have always been things like that. Didn’t have enough dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. There were tons of pots and pans, and everything I cooked stuck to them. They were definitely not nonstick pans. There was no sponge in the kitchen to scrub them. The worst part were the paper thin walls. We heard every step of those above us. If they moved a chair, we heard it. We heard the people talking next to us. Thankfully, the noisiest group didn’t stay there the whole time we were there. They let their kids run all over, and we heard every bit of it clearly. It woke us up one morning! That alone would make me not stay here again. It was that bad. I did call the rental company about them, and they did call them. If not for that, I would have given a higher rating and would stay here again.

Clean, and great location

This place is close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We don’t have to drive steep and narrow road bec. the unit is just at the beginning of the hill. Lots of parking for guests. Clean and enough room for all 12 of us. Love the big space and open lay out of kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen is well stock of all our cooking and dining needs since we cook and not eat out bec. of long lines at restaurants and drive thru. I like that we’re able to park right in front of our doors to bring in luggages and groceries. Only little negative part, for our group is not enough bathroom for all 12 of us, but we know it prior to our reservation. Also we lost wifi during the night when 1 of our college young lady was still using her computer for her class work, called the management office and they could not send somebody that late already during the night. Management office are courteous and helpful on the phone though, called again the next day and sent somebody right away within few minutes. The dryer on the laundry took so long to dry towels, have to do it twice on high heat cycle. Did not like it that we had to share laundry room with the neighbor though. Over all we love the place and would recommend it to friends and stay here again on our future visit.

Was all around great! Pretty close to all but just enough of the out skirts to agave some peace too

Was great all around! The only issue was the youth group that apparently stayed above us were loud and obnoxious. Actually made comments about fighting my son the moment we arrived at the condo, adults were no where to be seen and they cussed and talk so inappropriate for my children’s ears. Other then that we would recommend and stay again. The condo itself was clean and nice as staff was easily accessible if needed

Great weekend

The property is located very close to Dollywood and is very spacious. The shower in the master bedroom was clogged, but we called and they solved the problem quickly.

Cozy, comfortable and perfect location!!!

Pictures do not do justice for this property! This place was perfect for my family and our pets. We had plenty room and kids had lots of activities to do while there. We stayed in the middle floor so we did hear commotion from upstairs but it was not that bad. I will be booking this place again for our next trip there!
