Ottolini Palace est un bâtiment médiéval typique, construit comme un "tour de la maison". L'appartement est au troisième étage du bâtiment historique de la seconde moitié du XIVe siècle. Il est situé dans le centre de la ville, y compris la tour des heures et de la Tour Guinigi, dans un quartier calme avec peu de trafic.

L'appartement a des planchers typiques Lucchesi avec des hexagones colorés et en terre cuite ancienne, vieilles décorations et plus en phase avec l'ère de la maison.
L'appartement est au troisième étage et est accessible par les escaliers anciens. Il se compose d'un grand salon-salle à manger avec cuisine attenante ouverte (grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz, four, etc.), une chambre avec lit double avec une commode; une chambre avec lit double, dressing et salle de bain privée; une chambre avec deux lits simples et une armoire.
L'appartement est lumineux et aéré, avec vue sur la Tour d'heures.
Dans toutes les chambres il y a la climatisation et le chauffage, et vous gérer la température en fonction de vos besoins, il est donc le seul coût supplémentaire que je vous requiers, calculé en fonction de la consommation à la fin de votre séjour.
Les deux salles de bains sont en parfait état et prendre une douche.
Comme vous pouvez le lire dans les commentaires, l'appartement est au troisième étage et il y a plusieurs marches à faire, je peux vous dire, je fais, je les fais plusieurs fois par jour et je sens que je fais bien.
Si vous arrivez en voiture, un parking est situé à environ 900 mètres à l'extérieur des murs de la ville, et si je peux, je peux venir prendre ma voiture pour vous aider à transférer vos bagages.
La rue principale avec des magasins, des restaurants, des boutiques de crème glacée et de produits locaux est juste autour du coin.
Sous la maison il y a un excellent restaurant et en face d'un petit bar typique avec du vin et des petites assiettes, à quelques pas d'un petit supermarché.
Sur les photos vous pouvez voir une pièce ouverte avec table et chaises, il y a une terrasse, mais un palier de l'escalier où vous pourrez vous détendre boire ou fumer.

"Appartement très agréabl...

"Appartement très agréable car spacieux avec 3 grandes chambres dont une indépendante avec sa salle d''eau particulière(appréciable avec 2 filles ados qui aiment leur indépendance), lumineux,très bien situé au coeur du centre historique. Appartement très propre situé dans une belle demeure ancienne,cuisine neuve et très bien équipée.De plus le propriétaire habite l''appartement juste à coté et est très sympathique et serviable.Je recommande cet appartement sans aucune restriction."

Tolle Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter

Wir wurden sehr entgegenkommend und hilfreich begrüßt. Der Sohn des Vermieters hat unser Gepäck von unserem Parkplatz außerhalb der Altstadt abgeholt. – Fahren Sie nicht in die Altstadt hinein ohne eine Ausnahmegenehmigung der Stadt Lucca! Das wurde für uns vor zwei Jahren sehr teuer! – Die Wohnung ist sehr alt mit vielen antiken Möbeln und Utensilien, aber modernen Neuinstallationen (Klimaanlage funktionierte bestens). Zwei Bäder, bei denen allerdings das Wasser langsam floss und die Mischung von kalt/warm nicht immer deutlich war. Die Küche war mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann, ausgestattet, gut in Schuss gehalten. Wir haben uns alle fünf sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen wiederkommen. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei richtigen Betten (gute Matrazen und Kissen). Vielen Dank, Familie Kissopoulos!

Gorgeous apartment in the very heart of Lucca’s historic centre

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It was a comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment in the heart of Lucca. The apartment is set in an historic building and it was spacious, elegant and beautifully equipped. There were six of us, all adults, and we felt comfortable and not at all crowded. We chose it to spend Christmas there and we could not have found a better place. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook a four-course meal and, if we needed something (e.g. an extra tray or pot) our wonderful host was happy to provide it for us. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The hot water was an instantaneous system so it never ran out and the place was well heated. There are air conditioners but, being the middle of winter, we did not need them. We loved our stay here. Although on the third floor (71 steps), it’s a wide staircase and manageable. The most difficult part was getting the suitcases up on our arrival and down on our departure, but Francesco and Matteo helped us with these, making a huge difference and solving our dilemma. Our host and his family were kind and attentive and there for us, when we needed them, but highly respectful of our privacy and space. We fell in love with Lucca and Francesco’s apartment will definitely be our place of choice, when we return. Thank you Francesco and Matteo for your excellent hospitality.

Cozy and homey upper floor apartment

We had a fantastic time at this apartment. It was spacious and well-appointed. There was even bottled water in the fridge upon our arrival. Although May is usually warmer, this May was pretty darn cold and extra blankets were provided to keep us toasty at night. There are several floors of steps to reach the apartment and it is a challenge with luggage. However, once the luggage is in the room, we had no trouble navigating the stairs--although sometimes we were breathless when we arrived at our floor. We recovered quickly and when we saw the apartment once again, we never regretted our choice to stay at this property. It is conveniently located to all my favorited places in Lucca. And the owners are so helpful and accessible. Thank you for a wonderful time in Lucca.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with very central location

We stayed here for four nights and found this apartment very appealing. It’s location is right in the middle of the old town and we could start our exploring of the city immediately every day. It is AC in all three sleeping rooms and in the living room. That’s most appreciated. It’s quite a few steps up to the apartment. The pictures in the ad are accurate. The owners are very helpful. Enjoy your stay, we did.

Great location, great for tall people!

This was a great apartment! Nice kitchen, well appointed. Many good restaurants within the block. The Allosteria, Gigi's and Tratottoria Tosca were very good. One was right below us! How convenient! Great town, friendly. Showers were small but that is NOT unusual for these cities. We are tall and everything else was very good for us. We loved being able to leave the window open in the dining area over night to cool the apt. Air conditioning is extra but we kept the air on in the bedrooms each night (3) and it was 13euros. Not bad. Three flights of walking but we knew that in advance and it helped us burn off all of our indulgences. Thank you Matteo for being such a great host!!!!

Great Location, Really Helpful Nice Family Running a Nice Nice Home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It has a large living area and kitchen making it bigger that our family of four needed. The family running it was super helpful and communicative. We will stay herre again when in Lucca.

Delightful!

My cousin and I recently stayed in this lovely apartment which is in a perfect location within the Medieval walls of beautiful Lucca. The history was apparent; the building was authentic, with some upgrades, but not to the point that it detracted from it's original facade. Close by is the main shopping street, and all of the Piazzas, cafes and restaurants. There is a nice restaurant and quaint wine bar just outside the front door of the building. We loved the location! It was comfortable and very clean, with updated, modern bathrooms. Francesco and his son Matteo were so kind and friendly, and extremely helpful. Matteo picked us up from the train station. It was wonderful getting some history and perspective from him as we drove. Worth noting: there are 72 steps up to the apartment, so if you have heavy luggage, as we did, it may be a bit of a challenge. However, Matteo assisted us in carrying our luggage up, and Francseco helped us carry our luggage down...such gentlemen. Francesco gave us a place to lock up our luggage after we checked out, so we could continue to enjoy all that Lucca had to offer for the rest of the day. He even called us a taxi when it was time for us to leave. While we waited, we sat and had one last glass of wine at the little wine bar in the plaza downstairs. Perfect! I highly recommend this historic apartment to anyone visiting Lucca. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

Bright, Modern & Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms historic apartment!

The best part of our family vacation was our week stay in this 700 year old building! The apartment and the owners are fabulous! Staying in the apartment helped us experience everyday Italian living in a relaxed setting. The owners, Francesco and Monica, were so positively delightful, helpful and kind. We had great restaurant suggestions and sight seeing ideas, and since they live in the same building, they were available if a problem should occur. They gave us the opportunity to spend time with them over a traditional Italian meal. It was a memorable evening with a lovely family! The third floor apartment had good views and very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed from morning espresso makers to dinner pans and a dishwasher. The washing machine/clothes line came in handy. We used the A/C on a couple of very hot afternoons. The historic city wall, churches, towers and shopping areas of Lucca were all around the apartment; it is a great location for relaxing walks and sight seeing. We look forward to returning to the apartment and visiting with Francesco and Monica! We highly recommend this apartment!

Assolutamente consigliato

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti in questo confortevole appartamento. I proprietari si sono subito dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili nonostante fossimo arrivati in tarda serata. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, i letti sono comodi e la casa, pur essendo nel centro di Lucca è priva di rumori. Tutto ciò ha contribuito a rendere indimenticabile la nostra vacanza a Lucca dalla quale, in breve tempo, abbiamo raggiunto la Garfagnana, la Versilia e la Liguria per non parlare della splendida vista che si gode dalle numerosi torri che si trovano in città. Unico piccolissimo neo le scale numerose e ripide ma che contribuiscono al mantenimento della forma. Silvia

Tollo Stadt - tolle Wohnung!

Wir sind mit der Familie über Ostern in Lucca gewesen und haben in der sehr schönen Wohnung von Francesco gewohnt. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr wohnlich. Die Wohnung liegt in der dritten Etage in einem aus dem 14. Jahrhundert stammenden Turmhaus und dementsprechend sind die Stufen sehr hoch. Am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach dem 2. Tag geht es. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir mitten und der Stadt waren und so schnell auf einen Kaffee oder zum Einkaufen in die kleinen Läden gehen konnten.Francesco und seine Frau sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

The perfect lucca location

Brilliant location. Located right next to the main shopping street, and amfitheatro. Just a short walk to the main piazzas and a handy supermarket 1 minute walk away. It was a quietly situated apartment. There are 72 steps up to the apartment but well worth the exercise. It was comfortable and very clean and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for a party of 5. Plenty of space to relax. Francesco and Monica were most helpful and friendly, the enquiries we did make they were able to sort out straight away. We would highly recommend the apartment to everyone visiting beautiful Lucca. We would definitely stay again if we come back.

très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un très agréable Noël à Lucca dans cet appartement trés bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville, magnifique!! Toutes les commodités à porter de main, restau, superette, bar, magasins pour flâner. Trés bien aménagé et rénové, la cuisine est impeccable et les salle-de-bains aussi, nous y avons séjourné 5 jours à 6 personnes dont 2 enfants sans se sentir à l'étroit. Le propriétaire est trés gentil, il nous a accompagné jusqu'à notre voiture à l'arrivée et au départ. Je conseille cet appartement à toute famille qui n'a pas peur de marcher, Lucca est pratiquement sans voiture, et monter des escaliers du moyen-âge, superbe!!! D.L.

Tutto perfetto

Davvero difficile muovere appunti a questo appartamento. Aldilà della bellezza e dell'accoglienza della casa che si può desumere anche dalle foto, va detto che non manca veramente nulla per godersi un bel soggiorno anche lungo. Coperte, asciugamani, detersivi, stoviglie, pentolame, tutto in abbondanza, bagni in perfetto ordine e neanche uno spiffero (nonostante le temperature esterne dentro si stava benissimo in maniche corte senza neanche bisogno di accendere i riscaldamenti a novembre). La posizione strategica (non solo dentro le mura, ma a 50 mentri da supermercato e postamat) compensa abbastanza anche l'unico neo rappresentato dalle scale piuttosto ripide. Ma la cosa più importante è sicuramente la disponibilità, gentilezza e pazienza del padrone di casa, venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze (che nel periodo del Comics sono sempre tante) con estrema cortesia. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wonderful flat in the center of Lucca

We rented this flat for one week (7-14.09). We liked it very much. The flat has all necessary equipment for life. It's situated in the city center so you can reach all sightseeings very fast. The small supermarket is round the corner. Francesco and Monica are good hosts. They made everything required to meet and to place us. The flat is on the 4th floor with medieval steps so you should be in a good physical form. In the bedrooms you can hear the little noise from the restaurant in the evening. But the air and atmosphere in the flat were so good that we had sound sleep. It's cozy and nice flat for staying.

Très bon plan au coeur de Lucca

Un très joli appartement au coeur du vieux Lucca que nous recommandons vivement. Nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine en août 2013. Les chambres sont très lumineuses et confortables. La cuisine bien équipée. Beaucoup de charme et un propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. A noter toutefois qu'il est très difficile d'accéder au quartier en voiture (zone piétonne).

"Lors de mon voyage en It...

"Lors de mon voyage en Italie, en octobre, la ville de Lucca aura été sans contredit mon coup de coeur. J''aime tout de cette ville. J''ai adoré mon séjour à Lucca et l''appartement, comme les propriétaires y ont contribué beaucoup. L''appartement est superbe et d''une propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfait... des équipements ménagers aux couchers de soleil observés à partir de la fenêtre de la salle à diner. L''endroit, à proximité de tous les services, offre un bel oasis de paix. Enfin, la beauté et l''authenticité de l''appartement n''a d''égale que la gentillesse et l''affabiliité des proprios. Je recommanderai cet endroit avec beaucoup de chaleur et d''enthousiasme."

"We had a great week in F...

"We had a great week in Francesco's apartment, and it was an outstanding value. Location was perfect, everything was clean and functioning very well, Francesco was extremely helpful and friendly. No problems of any kind. Getting to the apartment requires climbing a fair number of steps (72 I think -- our kids counted them) but our party of 6, including two grandparents and two children (ages 7 and 4) had no trouble with them. Day trips to nearby areas in Tuscany and Liguria were easy, and Lucca was a great place to spend the week. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful historic house...

"Beautiful historic house in the heart of the old centre of Lucca - as an example, a picture of the house is actually included in the Bonechi Lucca 2005 guide book - as a "typical Lucca palazzo". Very friendly and warm wellcome from the owners - Francesco and Monica. The family has some very good local restaurant and other amenities recommendations. The Apartment itself is well maintained, nicely furnished and very clean - eg all the kitchen equipment seemed brand new. Quiet during the night and cool during the day thanks to the tick walls. Note however the apartment is on the third floor - quite some steps to take. We had a fantastic week in Lucca and definitely recommend anybody to stay here and use this apartment as a base for a visit to Tuscany."

"Ci siamo trovati bene, a...

"Ci siamo trovati bene, a parte la caldaia che faceva le bizze, ma il proprietario la "riparava" sempre, ed i super 3 piani di scale...un bell'allenamento...a parte questo tutto ok."
