LEGALLY LICENSED APARTMENT WITH VV TOURIST PLAQUE. IMMACULATELY PRESENTED BEAUTIFUL AIR CONDITIONED APARTMENT WITH FREE WI-FI INTERNET AND SKY TV PACKAGE WITH ALL SPORTS AND FILM CHANNELS ALONG WITH CATCH UP, 'furnished to a very high standard' along with 'home from home' and 'most stylish apartment on the complex' are some of the most used comments in the guest book. This legally licensed and fully insured stunning apartment overlooking the communal pool and children's paddling pool (this is one of only a handful of complexes within the resort with a separate children's paddling pool) in a gated family orientated complex.

Luxury master bedroom with king size bed and remote ceiling fan, bedroom 2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, sleeps 4, remote ceiling fan. Free wifi internet which is available all round the apartment and on the balcony. Brand new Samsung smart TV with a FULL SKY TV PACKAGE WITH ALL SPORT AND FILM CHANNELS AND CATCH UP, it's like watching TV in your own lounge.

Brand new air conditioning system in Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area which can also be used as a warm air blower, just incase you get one of them chiller evenings (coin operated meter)

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and all mod cons. A large sun drenched and spacious balcony overlooking the children's and adults pools with sun loungers and glass table with a large sun brolly and reclining comfy chairs. Excellent choice of restaurants, bars and live entertainments along with varied children's entertainments close by in the town which is only 5 minutes stroll away and just beyond, the beautiful promenade and golden sandy beach. All this just 10 minutes and 15€ taxi ride from the airport. There is an excellent bus service from just outside the arrivals terminal at the airport to the brand new bus station in the resort and is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment and costs 1€ 45c. I've used it many times and can highly recommend it

2 holiday type supermarkets close by in the local town and a further 2 larger supermarkets only a short distance.

Graham's apartment was the perfect base for our family holiday in Caleta de Fuste and is close to all local amenities whilst still being very quiet. It is a fantastic apartment with many positive features and is clearly lovingly maintained. We particularly enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony as the sun was rising - we loved the view of the pool too, which was very relaxing. The bonus of air conditioning and the fabulous ceiling fans were such a delight of an evening when you want to cool the apartment just before sleep. We highly recommend Graham's apartment and would happily return - thank you for having us!

Amazing Stay

From Booking to checking out Graham and Issic where absolutely fantasic! The apartment was perfect, clean and well looked after. Air-con was cool as ice and the additional light fans where perfect at night. The pool area was great and the kids met some new friends and cant wait to come back next year.For anyone reading visit Faro Rock just down the street for food absolutely fantasic and wasnt disappointed once.Chris.

Relaxing few days away in the sun

Graham’s apartment is an ideal place to stay for a very peaceful and relaxing break in the sun. Just 10 minutes from the airport and close by to shops, restaurants and the beach, it is the ideal and safe location for a break away for families and couples alike. Thanks to Jodi fir a warm welcome and a swift check in on arrival.

Beautiful property

The property was exactly as described. Check in smooth and the apartment was in very good order. The balcony looked over the pool and we have sunshine for most of the day. We loved our two week stay and would stay here again.

Our Go To Place In Fuerteventura

Caleta is our favourite resort in Fuerteventura and the Esmeralda complex is our favourite place to stay. Having stayed in a different apartment previously, Graham's apartment would now be our preference whenever we return. Esmeralda is ideally situated for the nearby bars, restaurants and shops and the apartment is perfect as a suntrap from morning to late afternoon. The apartment is spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic Awesome relaxing holiday

What a fantastic Apartment, Paul and I loved it so much we have booked the Apartment for next year!! Your apartment is like home from home it is situated in a perfect spot with all bars and restaurants near by!! We both had an Amazing holiday and really didn't want to come home!!! Very clean and tidy

We loved the apartment everything you need is there for you to use. It was nice and clean. Sofas were comfy as was the bed. Sue and Chris were very accomodating and friendly and explained how everything worked including TV remotes. The pool area was cleaned every day and was a pleasure to sit around the pool. Cant wait to return next Feb.

We had a great time!

Thanks Graham for a lovely clean, comfortable appartment. It was just as we had thought from your pictures and the description. The pool area was quiet too - no fighting for sunbeds!!!! Anna & Steve collected us at the Airport and gave us a brief tour of the locality which was very helpful. Many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance so no need to have a car or use Taxis. All in all we had a great time and would recommend your apartment to anyone. Val & Pat

Just What The Doctor Ordered.....

Perfectly clean and damage free. Excellently presented inside. All facilities available and functional. The bonus of this property is that it gets the Sun on the balcony from sunrise to mid afternoon. This allows for lazy days and then a relaxing early evening stroll for shopping/eating/drinking....Perfect.

Esmeralda Apartaments

This apartment is fantastic, its has everything. Graham and Michelle have made it very comfortable with all the equipment that you require. There Managerment team Chris and Sue were very friendly and helpful at all times, this was our third time staying here. We were extremely happy with the accommodation and the surrounding complex, it's a quiet complex and safe place to stay. The location is only 20 minutes from the airport and costs around €10-15, there are some fantastic places to eat and drink along the main strip. Tuesday and Saturday mornings there is the local market.

Perfect stay in Esmarelda!

I came on holiday with 2 friends and Graham’s property was the perfect location! The apparent was perfect and the greet from Chris and Sue was lovely and so helpful. It is in an amazing location with restaurants and bars very near by! Caleta is a home away from home for me as I’ve been every year for the past 14 years and I will certainly be returning to Esmarelda! Thanks again Graham.
