L'appartement dispose de la climatisation et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. A proximité se trouvent de nombreux restaurants pour satisfaire les goûts de la plupart des gens, un supermarché, des magasins et un mardi et un samedi un marché local, une belle plage et un port magnifique. Si vous voulez explorer l'île, vous pouvez louer une voiture ou prendre le bus local. Toutes ces commodités sont facilement accessibles à pied. Il y a deux terrains de golf à proximité qui sont ouverts aux non-résidents et ont à louer tout l'équipement de golf et les poussettes. Nice appartment. The beach can be reached on foot in 3 min. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. We were happy.

Perfect location

Everything was perfect in this rental the tv had every channel imaginable, plenty of kitchen utensils comfy beds and the location was exactly right for us, short walks to everywhere. Will return for sure.

Atlan apartment 7 had absolutely everything you need. Very spacious and well equipped. Sandy was great to deal with, very helpful. She even put a mobile phone into a taxi to the airport that was left behind! Will definitely return. Many thanks Sandy x

Fantastic

I really enjoyed it, absolutely spotless, central and spacious. I would recommend this property to anybody. You will struggle to get better. The property manager Sandy is fantastic and welcomed us with a wealth of knowledge and a lovely smile. Thanks Sandy we will be intouch to book soon.

We stayed at no7 for 2 weeks at the start of July. This must rate as one of the best apartments we have stayed at. Very clean, quiet with good internet , what more can you ask for. 7 mins walk to the beach from the front entrance and 1 minute walk to Hiperdino/restaurants from the back entrance. 2 big bedrooms with ample storage and plenty of coat hangers as well! A/C in bedrooms and living room which was a godsend as temperatures peaked at 39° on our second weekend. Sunbathing available on the balcony from 10-1600 before the sun went behind the other side of the complex. We only met Sandy once on our first day as she had an operation scheduled but she talked us through the apartment and left us a lovely welcome pack. I only gave the online listing 3 stars as the pictures online dont do the apartment justice, no.7 is much better in real life. In conclusion, i would definitely recommend no7 to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a superb central location.

Amazing isn't strong enough!

This duplex is perfect...centrally located for all amenities and the beach. Exceptionally clean. Excellent facilities with every home comfort you could need in a holiday...definitely a truly perfect home away from home. Sandy who was on hand to help if we needed anything is a lovely person and such a genuine lady. Margaret the owner has made a beautiful place for lucky people like my husband and I to enjoy, a great big thumbs up to both Margaret and Sandy for making our stay..as large t and amazing as could be. We will be back for sure real soon 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent home from home property

The property is in a excellent position close to all amenities. It is equipped to a very high standard and absolutely spotlessly clean. It was lovely to make a cup of tea when we arrived due to the surprise starters pack awaiting us. We will definitely be booking this property again when we next come to Faurterventura. Because there was four of us it might have been better with another set of keys as it was difficult for us to do anything separately. Apart from that EXCELLENT.

Fantastic apartment!

My husband and I spent 10 nights at this apartment. On arrival it was very clean, tidy and a lovely welcome pack had been left for us, to our surprise. It was so nice to make a cup of tea before heading off to a supermarket to buy supplies. We've stayed in various apartments all around the island and this one was by far the best for supplying quite literally everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Even the kitchen was better kitted out than my own one at home! There's a gorgeous pool on site, which I think we were the only ones to use during our stay and the location is excellent for reaching all amenities and the centre of town. The area it's located in is very quiet and peaceful which is surprising as it's only a few metres away from the hubbub of the town. I will definitely be booking to stay here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending this apartment to others. Sandy popped in to say 'Hi' and is so friendly and helpful - everything combined made for a wonderful break away and we came home feeling very relaxed and rested. The only slight downside is if you hire a car then the on street parking is busy 24 hours a day. However, you do have a choice of the road in front or the road behind the building complex as the gate key fits the doors at both ends, so if you're confident with tight parallel parking, you should be able to find a suitable spot on one of these roads. Overall, if you want to stay in the centre of Caleta (but not feel like it), we can't imagine anywhere that would be more perfect than this place.

Excellent property. Central, quiet and very clean

We arrived at the apartment to find it was spotlessly clean and tidy, also a bottle of wine, water, milk and juice in the fridge. We have stayed on this complex before, in another apartment as we love it as even though it’s central to everything but so quiet aswell. In fact I think I was the only person who swam in the pool for our entire holiday. No 7 has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including free wi fi and English tv. More than enough kitchen equipment and pans etc, not that we used them. !! All in all I can recommend this apartment for your holiday and Sandy was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was to much trouble. X

Very clean and well maintained property. A home from home

The stay was very good,weather mixture of cloud and sun and breezy. The location was excellent close to all amenities. We had a problem when leaving for the airport the two telephone numbers quoted in the owners comments book both rang out but were not answered. My partner at 85 years old had to search the area for taxis. The first by Fado Rock was empty, he then had to go to one by the Chinese shop and was successful but rather stressfull at the time not knowing the area.

Nice apartment well kept and arrival package of wine and milk much appreciated. Only 2 reservations. The lounge/kitchen area was small and the stone staircase to the upstairs bedroom could be dangerous for less agile folk. The situation was great with lots of shops including a supermarket and restaurants close by. Taxi rank on the next corner. Hire car not recommended as parking a nightmare.

A fantastic find and very central

We love this little complex, as it is quiet yet very central. The apartment itself had a lovely little patio area out the front where we would sit and eat breakfast. The table seats 4. There is outside lighting too, if you want to sit out at night. As you enter you come into the lovely and airy living room/kitchen diner. There is a sofa and comfy chair. TV and Satellite box and a mini library, Table and chairs for 4, and the kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of crockery. There is a door to the downstairs bathroom with large walk in shower. A door to the twin bedroom which has plenty of storage space. The staircase leads from the living area to the upstairs. Each room has individual air con system and music piped through to the rooms which has controls on the wall. Upstairs there is a door which takes you into the other bedroom suite and bathroom. This bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage and the safe is built into the wardrobe. There is a door out to the upstairs patio which has table and chairs, sunbeds and the washing machine is also on the upstairs patio, which is very quiet so doesn't disturb the peace. The towels provided were lovely and fluffy and there were also beach towels provided. Linen and towels were changed in the middle of our stay. Wifi is provided at the apartment for those who need it. Location wise, if you got out the back gate you are 2 minutes from a well stocked supermarket and some great restaurants. If you go out the front gate and across the road you come to the main shopping precinct and restaurants, and are about a 5 min walk to the sea front. You couldn't ask for a better location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just perfect for us and we will be returning next year. Thank you to Sandy and Margaret for being so helpful throughout.

The Halifax Family Review

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our apartment. Good clean accommodation right in the centre of the town but away from the hustle and bustle which means also peace and quiet! This is the 5th time we have holidayed in Caleta de Fuste and by far the best. My disabled husband and our 37 year old daughter with a learning disability and of course me, had everything we needed and more supplied in this real home from home! We will definitely be returning just hope it is available when we are! Sandy and her partner were very welcoming. Popping in to introduce themselves and making sure our holiday was as stress free as possible.
