Perfectly situated
Lovely home with quiet pool, perfectly situated. Easy walk to all main areas - sea, beach, town, bars, restaurants and shops. So good we are looking in the same complex for later this year (sadly this unit not available in our dates).

Fantastic family holiday
Very clean and modern property. Comfortable furnishings, very well equipped. No air con but fine as very airy property. Perfect location, friendly complex. Would recommend bannister to be more child friendly (Perspex or alternative) at the top of the stairs. We adapted to make safe for 1 year old. Patio door would benefit from poolside lock. Would definitely stay again.best enjoyable holiday.

Family break
Martine answered all my queries before the holiday very quickly. The property was a great size, much bigger than expected, with all the comforts of home. Very clean, check in was easy, pool was nice & to have our own sun beds was a nice touch! The only thing I would change is having more than one key, as you need a key to get out of the gate as well as in, so it was difficult logistically when we wanted to do separate things in the day. Other than that, it was a fantastic holiday!

Good accomodation close to amenities
Had a great week in this property, just a pity about the rain showers but it's November and sunny enough for sun bathing! The pool area is very well cared for and the gardens are nice. The apartment has everything you need, the android box a great idea you get to choose what to watch. Great location for the Dog and Duck a good wee pub with lots of friendly people close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Would recommend this property for families and couples alike.

Contemporary comfortable house
Martine the owner very approachable and assisted swiftly with replies to questions.
Lovely house with contemporary furnishings and complete with all fittings for an uncomplicated comfortable stay.
Located centrally to the resort and beach with large shared pool and gardens.
Would definitely recommend and as such we are already looking to plan a longer stay in 2023.

Another fab long stay at Martine,s , many thanks to Derek and Carol, some nice new furniture in the lounge and new mattresses on the beds.We had to come home a week early due to the virus situation, but that did not spoil our stay, had to be done iam afraid.

Great Apartment and Location
Really enjoyed our stay. Well equipped, clean, tidy and very spacious apartment over three floors. Great if your kids want to bring a friend!
Free WiFi (Happy teenagers), fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine (very handy) and BBQ as promised.
Lovely clean pool area with your own padded sun loungers which is so much better than the early morning bun fight!! (The picture could do with updating as the pool is fenced off which is a great safety feature for families)
Close to shops, restaurants, pubs and beach but not in the thick of it so great all round.
All in all, a great apartment for the money in a good location and will definitely consider a return visit at some point.

Very Quiet location with plenty of room
We were meet by Derek and carol who were only a phone call away . We had problems with the Modro box Tv which kept freezing and signal disappeared , Derek and carol come and rebooted the box . The bedding and towels and tea towel's were Spotless . The owner was most helpful when we has to cancel our original booking and had to change the dates . The communication is easy from the start to finish .

Brilliant House & Location With All Mod Cons - 5 Star
We stayed here in April 2017. The house is in a complex of 48 town houses surrounded by a communal swimming pool. Its on 3 levels with the master and a twin on the top floor with family bathroom, the living area and kitchen are on the middle floor and on the 3rd level is a en suite double/twin bedroom which is in the basement. The house benefits from its own 32 inch TV with UK and international channels, broadband and a fully operational kitchen including cooker, oven microwave and washing machine. From the kitchen you access the patio area with seating for 4 people, although there is a table and 6 chair inside. The house has 6 sunbeds all for private use around the pool. The pool was heated but it felt cool on entry but this could be down to the hot weather we had during our stay. The house is modern, clean and managed by some very professional and friendly people who welcomed us and looked after us during our stay. We were there for 18 days so we had a clean mid way through the stay which was a great touch. From the complex you can get to the sea front in less than 5 minutes however the beach is about a 10 mins walk. The main bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the resort can be accessed in just over 5 mins. We found these to be competitively priced and of a high standard. Fado Rock was our favorite but others came close. All in all we had a great time and will return again,

We booked Amuley Mar 1 because it had 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms but when we arrived it only had 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. The downstairs bedroom & bathroom was locked and we were told by property manager we are not allowed to us it. We wouldn’t of booked this place if 2 bedrooms were in advert. We used sofa bed in lounge but children were woken at dawn because of net curtains no blackouts. So had grumpy kids all holiday.
Towels smelt sicky as if in dire need of a good boil wash. sheet in twin room was dirty, Couldn’t get anything on tv not that we go on holiday to watch it but Rugby World Cup was on at the time. Door locks all need replacing they’re a definite fire/security hazard one push on upstairs doors and intruders can be in. Key has to be used to open front door because it’s broken. Pool was not heated it was freezing the sea was warmer. I’m sorry Martine when I pointed the bedroom/bathroom situation out to you, you weren’t bothered which was a Shame we were looking forward to our holiday because we love Caleta

1 The outside bedroom door on the upstairs twin room that lead to the outside area closed at the top and not the bottom.
2.Although the bed was comfortable the bed near the door in the twin room and the double bed made such a racket when turning over resulting in not much sleep & having to wear earplugs.
3.There was no lock on the upstairs bathroom door and it did not shut properly that we had to get the man back to fix this, also the both bedroom doors did not close due the latches being removed.
4.The kitchen window above the sink was dirty & we could not open this far due to the boiler being in the way, causing this a health & safety issue..
5.The stools in the kitchen are very rusty and extremely dirty.
6.The sun loungers & the table and chairs were in very poor condition to the point we couldn’t use all the sun loungers we had to clean everything before we could use it.
7.The steps leading down to the patio area have tiles missing making this uneven and dangerous as they were also loose.
8.The vent on the downstairs toilet door was hanging off & on several occasions this fell off.
9.The tiles in the kitchen are cracked and chipped.
10.The kitchen was extremely dirty & we had to wash everything before we could use it, this was the cutlery, crockery & pots & pans,the cutlery drawer & utensil drawer had to be cleaned out & disinfected.The pots were disgusting & we took a frying pan out where someone had used this & not washed it & popped it back in the cupboard.We have taken pictures of all of this to prove it.
11. The work surfaces in the kitchen including the cooker and sink areas had not been cleaned.
12. The ceiling fan in the twin room had one speed & one speed only which was slow & not worth having on.
13.The towels & bedding had a sickness smell about them and certainly did not smell clean or fresh.
14.The worst part was while standing next to the bed in the front double room on the floor very visible was a condom wrapper. Now had the place been cleaned this surely would of been picked up and binned.Totally disgusting.
The cleaning & maintenance is clearly not being done & what is more disappointing is most of this was on a review from April, we emailed you,& you guaranteed us that this would be rectified before we arrived, we trusted you to have this done before we arrived. We were very disappointed to discover this hadn't been done & had we known we would of cancelled.

Second visit
This is our second time using this property and again it was everything we wanted in a holiday rental. We were met by derek and carol on arrival and they made us feel very welcome and couldnt stress enough they were happy to help us if needed. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great Holiday Place
We spent 3 weeks in the apartment and found it very clean inside and out and around the pool. Kids loved the pool ( bit cold in mornings) and was never to busy in it. Well lit place at night. and only a few minutes walk to eat and drink. Beach about 10 minuet walk. Derek and Carol were always on hand if needed. Liked the place a lot and will be looking at going back. Very happy with it.Thank you so much Martine.

Had a great stay here in July, nice clean tidy and we'll maintained property. So easy to book and Martine was on hand at all times for any queries. Check in was so easy property managers were great. Overal a perfect, good value quality holiday rental.

My family and I booked your apartment - Amulay Mar 5 for seven nights commencing on the 03.04.19 as I have stayed on Amulay Mar some years ago. We were picked up from the airport by Derek and his wife greeted us at the apartment and we were quickly shown around.
Almost immediately upon them leaving we fund many faults with the apartment and took many photos and videos to send to you highlighting these problems.
To name a few:
1. The outside bedroom door on the upstairs twin room that lead to the outside area closed at the top and not the bottom. We put our cases behind the door because it would have pushed open without any force or noise.
2. The bed near the door in the twin room made such a racket when turning over that this bed was not deemed fit for use, needing myself to sleep on the couch downstairs.
3. Where the travel cot had been placed for my young grandson (the curtains were already closed on our arrival) there was a damp patch and presumably the curtains were closed to hide the damp wall).
4. The kitchen window above the sink was dirty to the point that you could not reasonably see out.
5. The stools in the kitchen are very rusty which is not very nice for a small child who crawls about on the floor.
6. Chair on the upstairs balcony resembles a pile of scrap and are not fit for purpose.
7. The sun loungers on the patio are cracked and very dirty.
8. The steps leading down to the patio area have tiles missing making this uneven.
9. The vent on the downstairs toilet door was hanging on.
10. The English TV as described was non-existent and did not run for longer than a minute before freezing. Derek did point out that we would be unable to watch anything.
11. Baby gate is dirty and has a hole in it.
12. The tiles in the kitchen are cracked and chipped and are toilet unhygienic.
13. High chair was full of food and absolutely filthy.
14. The whole apartment had dirty marks all-over the walls.
15. All of us did not feel comfortable to use the shower facilities due to them not being clean.
16. The work surfaces in the kitchen including the cooker and sink areas had not been cleaned.
17. The microwave does not rotate and cannot be used.
18. The basement looks like it’s been used as a garage and doesn’t come close to being considered an overnight room and again is full of damp.
The cleaning and maintenance is clearly not being done – probably without your knowledge.
The whole place was very dirty with thick dust on the ceiling fans evident.

Great location
Property was clean and in good condition, although the double bed needs a new mattress. The pool is not heated as advertised and was freezing, the sea was definitely warmer! The TV stations are on a streaming service which just buffered continuously, but we didn't go to watch TV so it didn't matter hugely.
House is in great location for beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
We hired a car for the week so we could see some of the island, so it was great to have parking right outside the house.

Could do with an upgrade, freshened up as very tired looking in places.
It would have been nice to have a welcome pack of food essentials as our flight was delayed and we only had 30mins to get to a supermarket to buy the necessary items to have a warm drink and breakfast food for the morning. The bathroom definitely needs a new shower curtain and the covers on both sofas could do with cleaning as could the cover on the double bed. When we brought the lounger covers up from the garage space below, they were grubby and damp so needed to be out in the fresh air before use. The accommodation served its purpose but for future rental market, the property needs to be freshened up especially when you smell damp mops on the stairs to the garage and in the garage itself. I personally wouldn't have slept in the bedroom space next to the garage because of these smells.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We fell in love with the resort, the first time we visited some 20 years ago. Unlike the other Canary islands, its never too busy, has golden sandy beaches and is the nearest island to the western Sahara desert, so also enjoys the best weather, always with a gentle breeze. The ease of access to town/beaches etc means it's great for all amenities and great for families and couples.
