La maison est située sur le parcours de golf Makai à Princeville et est entourée par une belle végétation hawaïenne. La maison est d'environ 3100 pieds carrés avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour améliorer votre expérience de l'île.

L’agencement de la maison se compose de 4 chambres: deux suites principales avec salle de bains privative à l’étage supérieur, deux chambres supplémentaires et une salle de bain complète à l'étage inférieur. La salle Aloha au niveau supérieur a un canapé-lit complet. La cuisine spacieuse, située au niveau supérieur, a des comptoirs en granit et est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités de la maison. La salle familiale de niveau inférieur dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec le câble, lecteur DVD avec une belle sélection de DVD, livres et jeux pour votre plaisir. La salle de jeux de la salle familiale dispose d'une table de ping-pong.

La maison a lanais merveilleux de nombreuses chambres. La partie supérieure de la véranda, qui fait face au parcours de golf, comprend trois sections: une partie entièrement blindée au centre et deux vérandas ouvertes à chaque extrémité. La longue lanai inférieure a deux chaises longues, un coin salon confortable et un gril à gaz et fait également face au terrain de golf. Les 2 chambres à l'étage supérieur ont chacune une véranda.

Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, cette maison est un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou en groupe. Il peut accueillir 10 personnes. Il dispose de 4 lits queen-size, d’un canapé-lit double et de 2 packs de jeux pour enfants. Laveuse et sécheuse et WiFi sont disponibles.

La côte nord de Kauai offre de nombreuses façons de profiter de vos vacances et, pour vous aider à en profiter, nous fournissons des équipements de plongée, des jouets de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des chaises de plage et des serviettes de plage. Des plages extraordinaires telles que la plage d'Anini, Hanalei Beach, Tunnels et Ke'e sont facilement accessibles en voiture depuis la maison. We loved it! Has everything you need. Very comfortable. Store near by for food. It is 10 minutes from two of the best beaches I have ever been on. Snorkel all day or small surf at the other. I would recomend it to everyone!

Great Family Home Perfect Location

I was so grateful to find this listing just around the corner from me. We rented the house for our extended family who were visiting from Australia. I had to find a place that was close to our home, but the best part was not just the location on Princeville on the frisbee golf course but the size of the house for so many family members. Being a vacation rental owner myself I am always looking for clean homes. This house was spotless. Well equipped for every age. And the fact it has four bedroom is also such a plus. It suited my cousins, my brother and their kids and they all loved all the bikes and games too. The house is air conditioned which is a luxury in Kauai and in August it was very welcome on the hot days, but the open house breeze upstairs and the views from the decks were wonderful as well. Thank you Linda for a perfect stay for my family. I will for sure book your home again. I hope to see you one day as neighbors too!

Everything You Need

They have thought of everything. Knowing we can’t bring everything we would want in our suitcases, they have thought of it all. It was so great for our family of 6 but would be perfect for two small families as well. The neighborhood is amazing the view from the back of the house is beautiful. If you are debating between this house and another one, choose this one!

An Incredible Vacation Home

I cannot say enough about this home. We have stayed here several times. Why so wonderful? The screened in lanai and all the other outdoor lanais, the huge master bedroom with all the amenities, three more bedrooms and a den that converts into a fifth bedroom, the well appointed kitchen and long table for all our family meals in the evening after a day in the sun. Hanalei and princeville are great locations, near many beaches, the botanical garden, the Napali coast, Kilauea lighthouse and much more. Grocery store, restaurants and even an urgent care just minutes away. The owners and manager are quick to respond and help when needed. Such a lovely spot. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Perfect Vacation Home for Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our two families of 5 (4 adults and 6 kids from 4 to 17). Having two master bedrooms was great. The house was spacious enough for us never to feel on top of each other. The layout is open and so many beautiful views. The property is so well appointed with quality linens and kitchen equipment and very clean! The community is beautiful and quiet. Walking distance to playground, basketball courts and a shopping center that has grocery, dining and shopping. The game room and all of the beach equipment are awesome. The communication with the management is excellent. We look forward to renting this property again for our next Kauai trip.

Perfect place to stay in princeville

My partner and i flew out with our family to get married in Kauai. We found this house that served every single purpose that we could need for a week on paradise. The house is large and gorgeous with beautiful views off the back decks. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. We were able to use some of the beach equipment for our adventures around the island. We stopped at most of the towns around the island, for shopping and beaching while we were here so we got good use of the chairs and towels and umbrellas. The host was so kind and very detailed in instruction so everything was very clear which was so helpful. Wish i could live here haha. Definitely suggest this place for anyone and their family to stay

Just Perfect!

This house wa sure perfect accommodation for our family. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals as a family. The rooms were clean and the beds so comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The house is well stocked we didn’t have to worry about anything. We all enjoyed the game room and beach goodies. Gathering on the screened porch was great during the rain. It was the best trip ever.

This house was perfect for a large group of adults. Each couple had their own large room and there were plenty of bathrooms. The set up downstairs was a perfect getaway for a smaller group to hang out and we really appreciated all the bikes and snorkeling/beach gear. Overall a great experience and would absolutely rent this house again!

Such a special place

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful Princeville home. It has two bedrooms plus a den that can be used as a bedroom on the upper floor along with the kitchen and living room and three bathrooms, and two bedrooms and a huge den on the lower floor. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and a great deal of care has been taken to make it attractive and family friendly. I love that there is only one large TV in the downstairs den where we all gather to watch movies at night. You can go out into the backyard and golf course at night and look at the stars. You are walking distance to Foodland, grocery store, the library, and a playground. There’s a farmers market every Saturday morning next to the playground and there is music every Wednesday afternoon at the golf course. But best of all, everything in the house just works so well: the fans, the appliances, and so many outdoor lanais to sit in and enjoy the breezes. we love Hanalei Bay and Hanalei town, but we also enjoy Anini beach and Kilauea town. Thank you for a lovely month’s vacation!

WONDERFULL PLACE TO STAY

I brought my whole family here for the holidays, six adults and two kids. The place was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The yard had fresh fruit trees, we picked fresh fruit up from the back yard, some of the best oranges I have ever had. We had a small issue with the dish washer and the owner was right on it. I would give this place 10 STARS if I could, Thanks SO MUCH!!!!!

Beautiful home/great location

We loved this house. It is one of the best-equipped VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! Everything you need for your vacation but can’t fit in a suitcase! Big enough for everyone to have their own space, but also places where everyone can be together. Multiple shops, beaches, and restaurants very close. Definitely recommend!

Everything at the house was great! The only problem we had was with the laundry, which we fixed ourselves. The dryer wasn't drying things properly and our clothes ended up sitting in the dryer wet for several hours causing them to smell. Apparently, the previous renters did not completely clean the lint filter. First layer was cleaned, but there was a layer glued to the trap which we had to pry off. Once that was completely clean, it was working well. So, make sure that is completely cleaned out before using. Had to rewash a couple of loads. Loved having all of the beach towels, chairs, etc. available for use. Of course, the island is amazing, so we did many outings for adventure!

AMAZING PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR EXTENDED FAMILY

From our first contact with owner Linda Gall, who was gracious and helpful. The location is ideal...since between the 2 families we had 6 children ages 14-20 who can't drive a rental car...who loved walking to the nearby Foodland and other shops. The huge kitchen worked well for multiple people helping with meal prep...usually for 16 because I also rented 2 other places for me and my husband and a 3rd son with his family. Wonderful long BEAUTIFUL table inside was perfect for lots of games....and everyone loved the screened patios so we could eat inside or outside. Wonderful view....and incredible supplies for a week on Kauai....boogie boards, chairs, and lots, lots more...Also local manager Kaye was very helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked out perfectly for the family. LOVED THE PLACE....and I'm sure the family wil return!

Owners live in Oregon and fell in love with Kauai 20 years ago. We both grew up on the east coast of the US but moved west after we were married. Bob is a retired meteorlogist and has setup a webcam and weather station at our Princeville home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have travelled a lot both in the US and internationally, and we still think that the north shore of Kauai is the most beautiful place on earth! Having spent many years living in very dry places (Tucson and Boulder) we were attracted to the lush green environmnet around the house. The North Shore has so much to enjoy -- beautiful flowers, waterfalls, rainbows! Plus, an easy drive to the beach and great restaurants in Hanalei and Princeville.

We fell in love with this house the minute we saw it back in 2004. We were fortunate that at the time the house was built they allowed a simple two-story house where both floors are the same size (later the requirement was that the second floor had to be smaller). As a result, we have a spacious and well laid out house with areas to find private space as well as ample gathering space.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We originally owned a condo on the North Shore but wanted a bit more room, a house large enough to hold our 2 sons and their wives plus our 6 wonderful grandchildren. We loved the layout with the two master suites on the upper floor and another two bedrooms on the lower level.

When we are all staying at the house, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own activities whether it's watching a movie, reading a book, chasing after geckos (hopefully, outside!), plus we can all be to together playing games and spending time together.

When we get off the plane in Lihu'e and feel the warm welcoming weather of Kauai, we immediately feel more relaxed! We always have a great time. We love exploring new beaches (our goal is to visit all of Kauai's beaches) but also visiting our favorites...Hanalei, Anini, Ke'e. Linda has always been a beach person, but she enjoys going back to our house that is surrounded by lovely Hawaiian vegetation...it truly is peaceful, serene, relaxing!
