Situated on one of the largest lots in Princeville, this tropically landscaped & beautifully designed 4BR/3.5BA Princeville corner home can accommodate both large groups and extended families. Features include a centrally located chef's kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, large outdoor lanai, downstairs Ohana unit with outdoor shower and huge yard. Large enclosed courtyard features a BBQ island and large sitting area.

Main House is 3BR/2.5BA with a great open floorplan which opens to a private greenbelt. Front bedroom features a bunk bed with double & single mattress. Shared bathroom connects to bedroom with a queen bed. Primary bedroom features a sliding glass door which opens to the back lanai overlooking the greenbelt. Primary bathroom features a dual vanity sink, large tub, shower & walk-in closet.

Downstairs Ohana is perfect for extended family or extra guests and can be closed off. Features a living area with pull-out sofa sleeper & TV, bedroom area with Queen bed & bathroom.

Incredible!

This house is fantastic. Comfortable mattresses, well-appointed kitchens and baths, beautiful views, plenty of space. They've really thought of everything you could need for vacation...there are beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, beach towels, snorkling gear, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. The manager is VERY responsive...always texting back very quickly to answer any questions you have. We were really happy there!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was the perfect place for our large family. We appreciated the use of the things provided especially the boogie boards and beach chairs. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Property

Eric is an amazing host and the property is all one can ask for. The house was equipped with everything you need within the house and out. I highly recommend this house to whomever want a comfortable stay. Mahalo!

Great place to stay

We had 3 families staying at this house, all with teenagers. 10 people total. This house worked great for our needs. The location was great. There are stores, several beaches within a mile. Easier access beaches within about 10-15 drive. The host was available within minutes for any inquiries. The deck was beautiful to enjoy in the morning and evenings. The only complaint we had was no AC. The afternoons heated up the house and made the bedrooms hot and sleeping difficult. This was in August, maybe other months are better: But overall the property is perfect!

Clean, spacious, well-stocked residence with lovely balcony and lots of birds

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a location with plenty of room for my 3 kids to stay comfortably while on Kauai to attend my oldest son's wedding. Originally, we were considering the property as the wedding venue because small events were allowed, but as the guest list increased, we opted to have the wedding at Smith's Tropical Paradise and just have a simple welcome dinner the night before at the property. It worked perfectly for the gathering and we were thankful that small group events were allowed as there aren't many properties that do allow small events.A few items of note: 1. I must commend the cleaning staff as I have never seen a floor so clean and it's a VERY large floorspace. 2. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of nice towels to use, including beach towels. 3. One of my favorite parts of the house was the outside balcony as I enjoy birding and I was able to see and hear many different kinds of birds. I was also able to walk to the golf course most evenings where the Laysan's Albatrosses where nesting which was so entertaining to observe. 4. I only slept in the master king bed (which was HUGE) and it was extremely comfortable. 5. The garage has lots of beach items to borrow which came in handy. My family had the best week and this property added to many great memories. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things

This property is exactly everything that the listing says it is. A beautiful property in the middle of Princeville. More than enough room for my wife and our four kids (17, 17, 20, 24) to not be stepping all over each other. If you are looking for a great base of operations to use for day trips around the island, as well as a nice place to hang out if you just want to relax for the day. Plenty of shops, beaches, and restaurants within 3-10m drive. (A couple of food trucks and points of interest within easy walking distance as well…and frankly you could walk to several restaurants in 15-20 minutes if that is your thing…) The property is in great condition with lots of amenities. It was a huge help having plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear, mats, umbrellas, etc. ready for use if needed. The neighborhood is quiet…I loved drinking coffee on the huge balcony each morning before the family woke up. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive to questions (although we really didn’t need anything once we were here.) The check in/out process was simple and reasonable. Quite simply, we will be looking for any reason to come stay here again. Although our first trip was with kids, we could easily stay with two other couples with plenty of privacy and space. Book with confidence!

Great Family Gathering

We rented this lovely home for our annual sibling get together. The home was lovely. We started each day with coffee on the deck and ended with many home cooked dinners from the well appointed kitchen. The large lot overlooking a green space allowed more privacy than many in the neighborhood. We were a 15 minute drive from several nice beaches. The area around Princeville has a small town vibe that was just what we were looking for. Our host, Eric, was very quick to respond to our few inquiries. I would definately recommend this listing.

Originally from Orange County, CA, I have been coming to Kauai since I was 4 years old and have always felt a deep connection to the island, the natural beauty, and its culture. Having traveled extensively, I’m 100% convinced that Kauai is the most beautiful spot on earth, and I’m quite certain that God spent ‘extra time’ designing this majestic paradise. The residents and visitors here are among the friendliest I’ve ever met.

I am a full-time real estate broker and owner of Kauai Property Management, LLC. I am passionate about selling real estate, sharing our island with visitors, cultivating new relationships, and intentionally living a ‘life by design.’ I begin each morning with a ‘Gratitude Walk’ along Hanalei Bay with my golden retriever "Floyd" and never get tired of Kauai's beauty. There are multiple parks nearby, several paths which lead down to some amazing beaches, and the very convenient Princeville Center nearby.

The main home features a spacious enclosed courtyard at one end while the back, partially covered lanai opens up to a spacious & breezy greenbelt. The home is beautifully appointed with a central kitchen and features a great floorplan, ideal for large groups. Downstairs features an Ohana unit (den / studio apartment with full bath), and lanai with outdoor shower.
