Maison spacieuse et confortable de 3 chambres au coeur de Princeville. La maison peut accueillir 9 personnes (roi Temperpedic confortable en maître, reine en 2ème chambre, lit superposé triple + lit jumeau en 3ème chambre, lit double en mezzanine). Et il y a la climatisation dans la chambre principale (très peu de maisons sur Kauai sont climatisées, alors c’est un régal).

La maison est spacieuse avec de la place pour tout le monde. Il y a une grande salle ouverte avec de nombreux sièges, deux salles à manger et une cuisine ouverte. La chambre principale est au premier étage, ce qui est idéal pour ceux qui ne peuvent ou ne veulent pas monter et descendre les escaliers; 2ème et 3ème chambres et mezzanine ouverte est à l'étage. Le loft ouvert est utilisé comme deuxième espace de vie avec télévision et lit de repos pouvant servir de couchage supplémentaire.

La maison comprend de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine de qualité, vaisselle, verrerie, serviettes, équipement de plage (serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, parasols de plage, planches à voile, planche de surf, équipement de plongée, jouets de sable, etc.). Il y a un barbecue à gaz sur le patio arrière et une grande cour arrière pour la vie privée ou les enfants à courir. Il y a aussi des vélos dans le garage pour votre plaisir. Nous vous recommandons de marcher ou de descendre à la plage pour observer les surfeurs, le coucher du soleil (toujours magnifique) ou les baleines qui fraient (saisonniers).

Les voisins sont calmes et très amicaux. Le sentier qui mène à la plage Sealodge est à 400 mètres.

NOTE: La maison est en cours de rénovation et nous avons encore besoin d'ajouter des images / œuvres d'art, etc. aux murs - nous mettrons à jour plus de photos à mesure qu'elles deviennent disponibles.

C'est une nouvelle location pour nous, mais nous louons nos condos à proximité sur VRBO depuis mars 2018. S'il vous plaît vérifier nos autres listes pour voir si vous avez besoin d'un hébergement plus petit et / ou lire les commentaires pour voir que nous sommes responsables et réactifs propriétaires et nous ferons tout notre possible pour vous assurer un séjour agréable avec nous.

Two cars allowed on site and must be parked in the driveway. Princeville does not allow parking on the street or grass.

Trash must be placed in County bin outside of house. Guest will take bin to curb Tuesday night and bring it back Wednesday after County pickup.

This was the perfect place to stay - cute home in a great neighborhood. Princeville was the perfect place to stay. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood after the busyness of Oahu and really enjoyed our time on Kauai. We had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, towels, etc. Check-in was easy. Would love to hopefully come back soon!

This is a beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood in Princeville. The communication with the host (Robyn) before, during, and after our stay was outstanding. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The common area is spacious with vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating. The kitchen is well appointed and very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and very reliable. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms, which was fantastic and not common to find on properties in Kauai. There was a plethora of beach and recreation gear in the garage, as well as bicycles. We had a wonderful stay in this property and would definitely come back!

Little piece of paradise

The home itself was a perfect spot to relax when we weren't out exploring the island. There was nothing more amazing than waking up to the beautiful sounds of birds and smells of the flowers. The home was accommodating and the neighborhood was nice. Hard to leave!

A fabulous vacation house

Beautiful family home, we had five adults and three teens, plenty of space, the house was clean and in excellent condition, great walking, easy drive to Hanalei Beach, excellent surfing for beginners and intermediates, bicycles all had flat tires and no bicycle pump, all in all a fabulous week.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house and location were perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again. It was so great to have everything we could possibly need for our family at the beach. There were surf boards, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, beach toys, coolers etc.

It could be really good but just ok

The property has good size. Is roomy and the a nice private yard. It needs some updating but the main issue I had is it needs better maintenance. Air conditioning in master was broken. Remote controls broken or lost. All the bikes had flat tires. A bunch of snorkel gear a beach items that don’t work.a bunch of other little things that add up to me not wanting to stay again.

Pleasant house in nice residential neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in your pleasant house in Princeville. The kitchen was well supplied, and issues with the tv were fixed very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and everything was quite clean. The residential neighborhood was quiet and only about ten minutes from Anini beach in one direction and Hanalei beach in the other. Being close to the Saturday morning farmer's market was great!

A wonderful Return Visit to be booked soon.

Neighborhood was very quiet, walking distance to shops and golfing, although beach access was closed for the winter, a further walk(20 minutes) allowed us to view the waters.

good price but needs some updates and comfortably

the house was nice but needs some attention. there are many lights that did not work, the outside trash was full when we arrived, the beds other than the master were terribly uncomfortable. the bikes were broken. the beach stuff was handy and the house was spacious but two bathrooms was rough with a large group.kitchen was nice though, and over all we had a great time .its not luxury. the price is good .

Oasis in Paradise

This property is nestled in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in Princeville Kauai. The few times i had to communicate with the property manager was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. The neighborhood is perfect walking or biking and is a short walk from a walking path in the center of the community. Ita very close to Hanelei Bay. Id certainly stay here again, it offers all the comforts of hone in paradise of Kauai

Very nice property in Princeville. The house felt very roomy and we had a comfortable stay. Host was easy to contact and resolved an issue very quickly. Would love to stay again sometime.

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need

Our family of 6 had the best time staying in this lovely home. It had plenty of room, nice amenities, and it is in an area convenient to local sights and activities. The A/C units in the bedroom were really nice to have. Communication with the host was great, and we had everything we needed. The Princeville area is very nice, lots of things are within just a few minutes of the home. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay

Clean, fully equipped home with dishwater, flatware, pots, pans, coffee grinder and coffee machine, lots of beach towels and beach gear, washer dryer, toys and children’s books, everything our 3 generational family needed! We had a question about how to work fans and lights in living room and Robyn responded quickly. Very pleased with location and beauty of the neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay!

This was the best house we could have rented for our extended stay in Princeville! It was well laid out, spacious and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Robyn, the owner, was extremely responsive and when we asked for a tea kettle or anything else, it was delivered right away. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels, and kitchen was well-stocked. It has a beautiful, private backyard where you can sit in the morning to have your coffee or do some work. We noticed that the screen door needed repair and when we were out later that day someone came and fixed it. Great location, walking distance to a small private beach... we will definitely go back to this "home away from home"!

Passing grade but that's it

I would not rent this property again. The owner was responsive to our requests (no batteries in the AC remote, no propane in the BBQ), but the place passes as just OK, and the rent charged was far higher than what was provided. The garage was half filled with old furniture, the kitchen was very unorganized and had poor quality cookware (making for a long time to clean the pans), and the outdoor living space was not compelling. The main room TV was not "smart," so only local cable channels were available on that unit. There were smart TV's in all the rooms, but we are not TV in bed fans. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are tired. Long story short - We appreciated the responsive owner, but would not rent this house again.

To start the listing clearly said 3 bath, and there were only two, there were 6 of us, not what we planned for. Sooooo many things were broken and problematic Front door handle was broken and kept coming off, some of the stairs were taped together with blue tape falling apart, blinds on most rooms were twisted and bent, shower head in one bath was wonky and didn't work properly, coffee maker didn't work properly ,not enough bath towels for 6 people, knobs were missing on two drawers in bath vanity so couldnt be used, light bulbs missing or out, dish soap left was about 2 inches tall hardly enough for 7 days with 6 people , started out with a half a roll of paper towels and no more available the backyard from the photos looked to be private and was not, they were cutting down neighbors bushes as we arrived, so no privacy in the house or the yard outback, tub had stains in it , one bedroom the clothing rod in the closet was broken and couldn't be used, things are scuffed up and looked so rough, back outside table looked to be moldy, screens on doors were torn, the microwave looked crappy as did the bench in the kitchen, the sheets in the in the smaller bedrooms looked to be king size on these little beds and were hard to navigate, a few kitchen drawers were unable to be opened, living room tall lamps wouldn't stand up straight

Aloha & thank you for considering staying in our home. I grew up in Princeville and after attending college and grad school on the mainland, returned to Kauai to start and raise my family. This home has been wonderful for us. We love the home and the neighborhood. We opened our home to vacation renters in 2019 when we decided to check off a bucket list item -- traveling cross country for a year to spend quality time together, visit family, sight see, and learn first hand about our nation's history and cultures. We have since relocated to the Phoenix area for more school and extra curricular opportunities (two of my kids play competitive soccer). We still have a lot of family and friends on Kauai and Oahu so we travel back during school breaks to visit. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
