Our house has a very convenient open floor plan with ceiling fans in every room and AIR CONDITIONING. Vaulted ceilings with lots of brand new windows and a professional decorator touch gives the space an âI-love-this-placeâ feeling.
THE KITCHEN: The newly renovated kitchen with all new major appliances also includes all the hardware (pots, pans, coffee maker, instant pot, crock pot, Blendtec blender, Keurig, KitchenAid mixer and more) that you need for comfortable cooking and dining at home. You'll find a second fridge in the garage.
THE GREAT ROOM: A well furnished, comfortable living room boosts a large-screen Smart TV, a cozy leather sectional, board games, and some favorite books for beach reading. A large (95") oval dining table and expansive counter height island will accommodate group dining. Al fresco dining on the back patio.
THE BEDROOMS: All four bedrooms have large screen TVs. Three bedrooms have King sized beds and also have their own private-access lanais through beautiful new sliding glass doors. Two of the King rooms have convenient work stations, so you're not hunching over the sofa or your bed replying to email. The fourth bedroom has TWO queen sized beds--not pictured yet--but images coming soon!

THE BACK PATIO: Very cozy, covered lanai with JACUZZI, large gas BBQ grill, and FIRE PIT dining table. Also featured is a warm water OUTDOOR SHOWER for easily cleaning up after a hike or a day in the sand or ocean. The back patio is fully fenced in for privacy.
THE GARAGE: In the two-car garage you will find bicycles and beach equipment including: snorkeling sets, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, 2 surf boards (one foam, one fiberglass short board), paddle board, and an umbrella. A foot wash for easy cleaning is located between garage and front door.
LAUNDRY: TWO washer/dryer sets located in the garage.
KID GEAR: A pack and play, a stroller, and bike trailer for littles. Also a few toys and and books are stored in the Great Room.
PARKING: The private drive easily accommodates a 2-4 cars. You'll love having a place to park near so many access points in Princeville. Seriously, parking in Princeville is tough, so having a place with parking and being walking distance to the nearby beaches / Queenâs Bath, like our house, is huge.

In order to ensure exclusive use by our registered guests, we have an Arlo doorbell cam on the front porch. It has a view of the front door, porch, driveway and exterior garage door. It records 24/7 & we have access to recorded footage at all times.
