Air-conditioned, modern holiday apartments in an ancient palazzo in the centre of Palermo

The holiday apartments are in an ancient palazzo from the 19th century, which has been completely restored. It enjoys a convenient location right at the heart of the old town centre of Palermo, near the major sights. The apartments are on the raised ground floor and face the interior courtyard.

The apartments are next to each other and share the main entrance with a corridor. Owing to the air conditioning, which also has a heating function, they are ideal for holiday stays all year round. They are suitable for those who would like to explore the town and then relax completely in the evening after visiting all the sights. They do not have an Internet connection. The apartments measure around 55m² and can accommodate a maximum of four people. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price.

There is a terrace in front of the apartments, divided into two halves by plant pots, so that each apartment has its own outdoor area. There are private underground garages and parking decks nearby, where you can park your car for a fee. Pets are allowed on request.

Owing to the central location, you can find grocery shops, restaurants, pizzerias, typical bars and all other services nearby. The shopping streets Via Libertà and Via Roma and the pedestrian zone of Via Principe di Belmonte are in the vicinity. The Mondello beach is 10km away and easy to get to by bus. The seaside town of Addaura is also within easy access by bus. The train station and the tourist harbour are nearby. Most of the sights are within walking distance, but the apartments are also close to public transport connections. The Teatro Massimo, the largest in Italy and one of the biggest theatres in Europe, is just 500 metres away. You should definitely visit the historical street market Mercato del Capo.

The flat offers a particularly cosy atmosphere thanks to the old stone ceiling arches. There is a wardrobe at the entrance. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x190cm), a sofa bed for one person and a TV with DVBT antenna. The living room has a dining table with chairs and an ottoman that can be converted into a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with two gas cookers, a microwave oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and hairdryer.

Flat guests have access to a private area on the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs.
