Bienvenue à Esperia! Ce charmant appartement d'hôtes de style méditerranéen est situé au milieu du quartier grec d'origine de Tarpon Springs, où tout est à quelques pâtés de maisons. Garez la voiture pour votre séjour car il n'y a pas grand besoin ici. Les quais historiques de Sponge à cinq minutes à pied ainsi que la visualisation des lamantins à Whitcomb Bayou ou le shopping d'antiquités sur Tarpon Avenue. Certains des meilleurs de la cuisine grecque sont accessibles à pied ainsi que des restaurants de fruits de mer, des pubs et des cafés exceptionnels.
Vous n'avez pas vraiment besoin de dépenser plus pour sortir car Esperia est un appartement indépendant avec une cuisine de style européen complet avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner, alors ramassez du poisson frais au quai ... ou mieux , offrez-vous un voyage de pêche en haute mer et préparez la pêche du jour!
Il y a une belle salle à manger extérieure ainsi qu'un barbecue au charbon de bois pour profiter d'une belle soirée. C'est un excellent endroit pour déguster un bon cigare Tampa et un peu d'Ouzo après votre repas.
L'appartement dispose de chambres généreuses qui comprennent un lit king-size, une laveuse et une sécheuse, Internet ainsi que la télévision par câble (si vous vous ennuyez).

Excellent location and host

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay in Tarpon Springs. It's just a couple of blocks to the sponge docks and downtown. We walked to everything.

Great stay!

Esperia was a cozy, comfortable place for our trip to Tarpon Springs. It had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was well equipped, and having a nice outdoor grill was a bonus. We enjoyed sitting on the patio as the weather was very comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to the Sponge Docks, Craig Park and many local restaurants. Will stay here again!

Very comfortable and in a convenient location

Lots of space, clean, all the comforts of home. Walkable to restaurants, sponge docks and bayou. We would definitely stay again. Some of the written instructions on internet, check out etc need updating but no deal breaker.

A great place to stay!

We loved this little place. It was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and quiet. It is walking distance to the sponge dock area so no need to drive down there. The property owners were kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. Our rating: 5.0

Walkable to restaurants and Spring Bayou

Clean and comfortable place. Great communication with owner. Walkable to downtown, Sponge Docks and more. Golf and parks within 15 min drive. Some of the written instructions still need updated but not a deal breaker. Only disappointment was we didn't get a chance to really enjoy the patio due to the view of the house directly across the street (seemed vacant) and the kids enjoying the kiddie pool/outside next door; it was rarely quiet during the day. These are beyond the owner's control of course but made us realize how important outdoor space is to us in the future. And to be fair, we were there for 12 nights. But the home itself is clean & comfortable and in a great location for walkers.

Beautiful Property

This was our 1st experience with VRBO and it could not have gone better. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was well within walking distance to the sponge docks. Very quiet street and we really enjoyed our stay. Leslie the host made sure we were taken care of.

Fantastic accommodations

As others noted, the pictures do not accurately depict this lovely place. It’s huge, warm, comfortable and in an amazing location!! It offers all the creature comforts of home.Leslie was super responsive to all my questions. I 1000% recommend Leslie and her amazing home!!

A really nice find

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at Esperia. It was comfortable, well-stocked and furnished and provided an excellent base for day trips, like golf, shopping and, with the Pinellas Trail so near, biking. A couple little problems were taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was a 5-star vacation.

Beautiful Tarpon Springs

This is the very best location to access all the surroundings areas ex. Sponge Dock, Tarpon Avenue, Palm Harbour, Dunedin, Clearwater and all the beaches along the route. The greatest walking distance for Tarpon Springs. Bakery was 3 minutes then the Tarpon Sponge Dock was 2 minutes further. Tarpon Avenue was only about 12 minutes which offered all types of restaurants and shops. Esperia outside was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Diane & Ken

highly recommend

My friend and I stayed here while we were searching for real estate in the Tarpon Springs area. We absolutely loved the location. We could walk everywhere that we wanted to go. The house was full of everything we needed and then some. We ran out of propane for the grill and they had a new canister for us within the hour! The wine and cheesecake in the refrigerator was an added bonus!

"A Florida Paradise''

We had a wonderful vacation at Esperia. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Leslie and Ted have thought of everything. Esperia is located in the historical district of Tarpon Springs, within walking distance of the sponge docks, many shops and good restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend! Awesome awesome Location

Ted and Leslie were excellent hosts and very knowledgeable of the local area. The home is in an awesome location, close to Sponge Docks and Downtown. There were excellent restaurants and music within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Tarpon Springs.

Great Local Flavor Near Historic Sponge Docks

Enjoyed a week exploring local restaurants in the historic Sponge Docks neighborhood of Tarpon Springs while we waited to close on a home we purchased also in Tarpon Springs. Owner Leslie was a delight, very gracious and followed up a day into our stay to ensure we felt at home and weren’t in need of anything. The studio apartment was very clean with charm and character. Neighborhood was friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks again Leslie.

Fun in the Sun

We had an awesome time in Florida. The rental unit was exactly as it was advertised, the kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The rental unit is located within a short walking distance to the Tarpon Springs sponge docks and restaurants. Tarpon Springs is a nice little town. My husband and I enjoyed riding the bikes on the nearby bike/walking trails. We also drove over to Fred Howard Park which is only about 7 miles away and spent some time on the beach. The owners were very easy to work with and we would definitely go back again. Jenny

We've traveled the world and there is no place in the states that can offer such an eclectic blend of Greek and American culture as Tarpon Springs. We were married in Tarpon Springs in 2001. So, when we looked for a second home, we knew we wanted to live in the old Greek neighborhood where many people still speak only Greek. We also love the unique nature of the area as well - the southern Florida architecture, the fishing, and the astounding wildlife. We put a lot of love into our guest apartment. We take pride in providing our guests with our personal attention – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. We know you'll enjoy staying at our guest apartment as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the Greek area around the Sponge Docks. The home's Mediterranean style is reminiscent of those found in Greece as well as Spain, Italy and Portugal. We love the bright colors, hand painted tile floors and European kitchen.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love being within walking distance of all things. You can spend the morning viewing manatees at Whitcombs bayou, the afternoon shopping for antiques along Tarpon Avenue and the evening dining at the Sponge Docks and you never need to move the car out of the driveway.
