L'ensemble de l'appartement privé (1200 pieds carrés) au-dessus de cette maison historique à Tarpon Springs Fl. est à vous de profiter. Situé à quelques minutes de certaines des plus belles plages du pays. Promenez-vous dans notre célèbre village grec et goûtez aux meilleurs plats de fruits de mer et de cuisine grecque du monde. Cette maison est à quelques pas de Spring Bayou où vous pouvez regarder les lamantins s'ébattre dans l'eau. Une courte promenade vous mènera également à notre quartier des antiquaires ou au village grec où vous pourrez faire des emplettes ou manger à votre guise. Cette maison appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et comprend deux chambres à coucher, salon, cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain, une grande terrasse privée pour bronzer. Il y a une entrée privée au deuxième étage. Il y a des escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement afin que certains handicapés puissent avoir du mal à naviguer. Une chambre a un lit Queen size confortable et l'autre a un lit complet confortable. Nous pouvons vous fournir un lit gonflable si vous avez besoin d'un espace de couchage supplémentaire pour votre famille. Les attractions à proximité incluent Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, le baseball de Ray, le football Buckeneer, deux heures à destination de Disney et de toutes les attractions d'Orlando. We enjoyed our stay, the communication was good, the property was everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, nice towels, bath and kitchen are lovely. The location was exceptional.

Very nice location, well kept. Off street parking. Upstairs apartment neat, clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the literature that was available to learn about the area. We were able to walk a few blocks to the downtown area. Too far of a walk for us to the Sponge Docks, but only a few minutes drive.

Golf at Innisbrook

I was there to play in a USamTour golf tournament at innisbrook resort. The apartment was a perfect place to spend. The two days. Clean, comfortable and convenient-just a 10 minute drive to the golf course. I enjoyed the comfortable apartment and peaceful location.

Disappointed

Location was great, everything else was disappointing! First, it says separated private entrance, which the unexpected male painter surprised us using! We were two mature female friends celebrating our birthdays, and in walks a man that we were not expecting! He was there the rest of our stay every morning until 4 pm!It was hot in the apartment because there are only two window units in the bedrooms. The kitchen was so hot, no way we would cook in there! Living room was only tolerable at night after running the window units all day with the blinds shut! Kitchen door has a 1/2 inch crack in top of door, which let roaches in! The freezer does not work and could not make ice! The only nice thing was the location.

You can't go wrong with this place! It's clean, comfortable, has a great patio, and the hosts are great communicators! It's location is such that you can walk many places and ride bikes. Loved that the park was a block away too!

Good Place

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were kind and accessible when I had a small problem. The place was centrally located for anyone wanting to see the Tarpon Springs area. I would really love to come back in the fall or winter when the patio/deck area could actually be used. Unfortunately in late July it was much too hot. All in all a nice place for a get away.

Great Location

My wife and 17 year old daughter stayed 2 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. We took the opportunity to eat Greek food the whole time while in Tarpon Springs, visited the Historic Museum (one block away) and generally relax after a few days on the road. The property is located right in the historic district and that was nice for walking around while viewing the various types of architecture. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We'd definitely recommend it.

Perfect little place for a getaway

We loved the quiet location, amenities, cleanliness and HUGE rooftop deck. Super easy walk to Spring Bayou, Tarpon Ave, or the Sponge Docks... Owners are beyond accomodating and make everything so easy. We will absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous character property in quaint neighbourhood

Very comfortable stay in a super quiet neighbourhood close to downtown restaurants and 20 minutes walk from the Sponge docks. Sheets were super soft and lots of space to relax including a very large outside roof terrace. Good off street parking and easy to find

Lovely Apartment in the middle of everything.

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay at this property. Clean & updated, loaded with everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to downtown and the owners made sure we could find plenty to do while there. Neighborhood was quiet and the rooftop porch was beautiful in the evening. We would visit again!

Short stay in Tarpon Springs

What a beautiful apartment in Tarpon Springs. It is so conveniently located, that we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything possible you could need. Sitting on the roof terrace in the morning with a cup of tea and enjoying the peace and quiet is a treat. Would love to come back and would recommend to anyone. The hosts John and Linda respond quickly to any messages and are extremely kind- even allowing us a later check out as there were no guests due to arrive that day.

What a Greek time!

The property was just as described in a quiet neighborhood great for walking to two coffee shops and several gift stores. We enjoyed the Sponge docks, Greek restaurants and Howard Park for sunset. We would like to visit again!

Great Location to Lake

My friends and I were in Tarpon Springs for an OC camp. This house was a perfect location to the lake's boat launch site. Owner John was friendly, communicative and very responsive to questions asked. Amenities were basic and fulfilled all our needs.

Perfect little getaway

This was the perfect little getaway spot. My wife and I have been married since 1971. We have 2 children and 4 grandaughters. We love sharing our property with travelers from all over the world. We provide a very clean and comfortable vacation spot in a quiet neighborhood close to just about everything. We enjoy traveling, water sports, and just plain relaxing.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is located in a quiet historic neighborhood close to beaches, shopping, antique hunting, restaurants, and miles of bike trails. We are close to several Golf courses, and wonderful parks. Tennis courts and boat launch are only 1 block away. We have a very famous Greek Village within walking distance with many fine restaurants. It's like taking a trip to Greece.
