Perfect Location and Accommodation
As others have reviewed, this studio apartment has everything you need for a few days in Paris. If you were planning to stay for more than a week, you might want more space so each person could have a little time alone. The location was great as we wanted to go to Versailles. David told us to get Bus 63 in front of the apartment and take the RERC train. So easy!
David’s nephew Samuel met us in the building and explained how everything worked in the apt. David had provided baguette, croissants, jams, butter, yogurt, and milk for us. I think coffee was also provided. The view of the Eiffel Tower is great especially when it is totally glittering. You might want to confirm the door code provided in your arrival instructions as the door code had been changed. I called David and was given the new code with an apology. No problem. We highly recommend this place. Tres bien!
Location, location, location.
This apartment is exactly as advertised. Well appointed, comfortable bed perfect for my wife and I. The location is amazing, with walking to all the sites of Paris. The Metro is within a short 5 minute walk as well as bus lines, one of which takes you straight to The Louvre within 15 minutes. The unit is on the top floor (5th) with amazing views of The Eiffel Tower, pantheon and much more There is a small two person elevator to get you up and down. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants and shops within 100 yards. David was very good at communicating with us leading up to our stay and during check in, he made it very easy. We would highly recommend this location and we will be coming back.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of most everything Paris. Amazing French balcony view of Eiffel Tower. Nest to universities and many cafes/restaurants to choose from. Very comfortable accommodations...will stay here longer next go around. David was of extreme help and very accessible

Fantastic location!
This is a fantastic location and everything that was advertised on Home Away was accurate . The view of the Eiffel Tower was awesome. Two things to be aware of; 1) Double check the entry code with the owner before you arrive to be sure it has not changed and 2) there is wifi, but it is very slow.
Great View and it has AC!
We had a great time staying at this place. It has an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower as well as other Paris landmarks. Importantly, for a summer stay this year, it has AC!
While the place is a compact studio it is very efficiently laid out with a washing machine, dishwasher, small refrigerator with a smaller freezer, stove top, coffee maker and toaster. Everything you could want for your stay.
The elevator was really cool. It is small (says it can handle three people but that would have to include a child) but so well designed for the space that it is like a work of art. Of course, it does stop one flight of stairs short of the apartment but that is no big deal.
The location of the apartment is fantastic. Whether you are taking the Metro or the bus, the location is great. Plus, there are two local open air food markets nearby as well as many cafes.
We would definitely stay here again!
Great Location, Perfect For A Couple
The flat provided a great base for our 5-day stay in Paris. The location cannot be beat (for the price) and David was very helpful in the booking, check-in, check-out and recommendations departments. Very cool to look out from the balcony and see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night.
