«Island Dream» est situé dans le paisible complexe Sunset Harbor Villas à mi-chemin entre la voie navigable intra-côtière et la plage du golfe du Mexique sur la magnifique plage de Navarre. Bien que ce ne soit pas une propriété en bord de mer, ce n'est qu'à quelques pas, à 1 - 1 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage. Grande piscine communautaire et barbecue à gaz pour votre plaisir.

Le charme du chalet côtier de notre condo en fait instantanément votre maison loin de chez vous au moment où vous passez la porte. Le salon dispose d'un canapé et de deux chaises confortables équipées d'une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD. La cuisine spacieuse est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas complets ou de petites collations. La chambre comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat de 61 cm et un lecteur DVD et une salle de bains privative avec baignoire / douche. Les lits superposés offrent un espace de couchage confortable pour les enfants ou les adultes dans une alcôve du couloir. Une 2e salle de bain dans le couloir est disponible pour votre confort. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont situées dans l'unité pour votre usage.

Arrêtez-vous et ramassez l'épicerie avant de traverser le pont sur l'île et vous n'aurez pas besoin de remonter dans votre voiture pendant votre séjour, ou, si vous préférez, vous pourrez découvrir certains des excellents restaurants de la région. Shopping, golf, golf sur tapis, parcs aquatiques, le zoo, le Gulfarium, la Naval Air Station sont tous à une courte distance en voiture. La plage de Navarre propose un restaurant et un bar (avec des terrains de beach-volley) sur la baie, un restaurant sur la plage et un restaurant en plein air très décontracté au plus long quai de la panhandle s'étendant dans le golfe du Mexique.

Cette unité est parfaite pour les couples et les petites familles.

Early fall vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several different condos in the Villas. This was one of the cleanest and well kept condos. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Furniture was newer and comfortable. The condo sits close to the pool, for easy access to it. There is a view of the bay. Sunset Harbour Villas are at the far end of Navarre Beach, We love this location as it is away from the pier and the high rises, but yet a very short drive to the pier and restaurants. Navarre Sands Rental was Great and Easy to work with on renting the condo. We will definitely rent through them again.

The only complaint is that I thought there was access to a fishing pier, beach, and bbq Pavillion. Turns out that is only at the other complex so we couldn't use it. Perfect for family of 4

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very convenient to the pool, and the sound was a short walk with a great beach area for the kids. There were a couple of public beach access areas close by but too far for us to lug our beach stuff so we ended up driving. If we stayed here again would strongly consider renting one of the golf carts up the street for easier transportation. The unit was clean and well stocked for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the cable tv in living room was spotty and we were not able to use it. The TV did have netflix and we were able to sign into our account to watch. Other than that everything was great and would definitely recommend!

Mostly A Good Stay

First off, very nice place that was clean, comfortable and good location. Why I probably wouldn't stay here again - 1) we flew in from out of town for a wedding so brought only our clothes. We stay at VRBOs and AirBs because there is a kitchen and we like to cook basic meals for breakfast and lunch and go out for dinner. We were mystified that the kitchen had no basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray, ketchup or aluminum foil (for grilling), first rental we have had with nearly bare kitchen. It cost us $$$ to buy these items to cook only for them to be tossed out when we left - kinda silly when the owner could provide these, keep on site and spread the cost out over 10 renters. Id suggest charging a couple dollars more a night and provide these inexpensive items to make it easier. 2) Both my wife and my allergies went crazy when we were in Florida and it was worse the minute we walked into the townhome with itchy runny eyes & nose. We weren't there long enough to be certain of the cause so maybe others can add comments if they experience the same and find a connection. 3) my wife has long thick hair and discovered the blow dryer only worked on cool and on low setting this making it useless. 4) also discovered while getting ready to touch up wrinkles jn dress the iron does not work properly, no steam so attended in wrinkles dress. 5) getting ready to leave read check out info that instructed us to wash and dry the towels before leaving.

This condo is a great location. Located a little ways from the pier and restaurants but very close to the local beach and condo pool. It has all you need for a great stay at the beach.

Enjoyable stay

The condo was clean with a fully equipped kitchen, and walking distance to the Sound and the Gulf. Very peaceful area and everything was in good working condition. We would like to come again.

Fit our needs nicely

Overall, this condo was nice, comfy, and quiet. It was within a short walk to the beach, but plenty of parking if you didn't want to walk. The kitchen looked well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Nice water pressure in showers. My only suggestion is for extra pillows for those like me that like to use more than one. I would stay here again.

Navarre condo

Fantastic unit! Perfectly appointed, king sized bed, nice linens and quilts, quite and off the main drag. Easy drive to anywhere, nice pool with outdoor shower, short walk to the beach, lots of smart touches (lots of hooks and racks, lots of beach stuff and hangers, outlets and extention cords, soaps, good toilet paper, soap, etc.) Cozy properties and attentive office staff. Perfect for a couple, grandma and grandkids, families (sleeps 6 comfortably). Well designed space and a roomy kitchen. Tons of dishes and powerful ac. Fans in all rooms. We will book again!

THE best "Home Away from Home"

Easy access to the pool and the beaches on the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf side. Gas, food and groceries were just minutes away. The unit we stayed in was very clean and all we had to being was food and out personals, everything else was supplied for us. Our unit was very spacious to accommodate for our needs. I would highly recommend Navarre Sands Rentals to anyone for a wonderful stay during a vacation. It was most definitely made to be a "Home away from Home" Vacation.

Small and near the beach

A Well Needed Getaway

Great value - very close to the beach!

This is a great property that is far enough from The Gulf that the price is low, but the beach is a very short 5 minute walk. The area was very quiet and the best part, you can take a sunset stroll on the sound side and get one of the best shows I have ever seen! The until is updated and clean. The kitchen was stocked very well, especially for a rental. The only negative thing I can say is the patio chairs need replacing, as they are very wobbly and seem dangerous.

Quiet and clean

The condo was a nice stay for us. We were not in the condo much as we were in Florida playing sports for the week, but it was nice and clean and served our needs well. The check-in process was easy and the keypad on the door made it so simple to come and go as we needed. The close beach access was also nice and it was very quiet.
