Assis entre les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique et de la belle Santa Rosa Sound, vous avez votre propre plage de cÎté sonore privée à quelques pas de votre porte.

EntiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et nouveau sur le marchĂ© de la location, vous vous sentirez comme Ă  la maison et totalement dĂ©tendu la minute oĂč vous arrivez.

Flop sur le canapé du salon confortable et une chaise surdimensionnée ou jouer à un jeu à la table à manger. Tant le canapé et le fauteuil sortir en traverses et les deux ont des matelas en mousse à mémoire.
Fixez-vous un repas ou une collation rapide dans la cuisine entiÚrement équipée, qui dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable, belle armoires et des comptoirs en granit.

La chambre queen a un Ă©norme placard pour adapter la valeur d'une semaine (sinon plus ?!) des «trucs». Il y a un pont ombragĂ© hors de la chambre oĂč vous pourrez profiter de votre premiĂšre tasse de cafĂ© ou un dernier verre avant de se coucher,
La salle de bain comprend une douche de plain-pied carrelée et il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse empilables pour votre commodité.

AprÚs avoir passé une journée à la plage, rincer sous la douche en plein air et se détendre sur le pont avant avec des vues sonores magnifiques.

Paddleboard, kayak et le golf location de voiturettes sont disponibles dans le coin, et la plus longue jetée sur le golfe du Mexique est à seulement 5 minutes à pied.

The home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a fun family vacation at the beach! It was an excellent location for beach access! My girls and I enjoyed the pull-out coaches and pretended to be camping, which gave my husband a mini vacation in the vacation! The customer service was exceptional and Emma and Shannon responded to our questions in a timely manner. The house was clean and we felt right at home from the time we stepped foot inside until we departed. I recommend the location and the Blue Moon Vacation Rental team to any family or person looking for a safe, clean stay, equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation! We will be back!

Great condo in excellent location

We loved our stay. The condo was the perfect size and extremely comfortable. We could walk across a nice boardwalk to get to the beach and the pier was only a 10 minute walk. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils you’d need, though we wished there was salt & pepper stocked like other places we’ve stayed. The bed was pretty comfortable and nice comfy seating in the living room. The back deck was nice to relax on after a busy day. We were really impressed with how quiet the area was! Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Excellent location and space

Our week long stay was excellent due to the great communication with the management, the perfect location waking distance to both between the "sound side" of the island and the Gulf side. The house was clean, had ample space and features that made our stay comfotable and convenient. We would highly reccomend this home to anyone and families looking to enjoy Navarre Beach!

Great location

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Would have been nice to have a grill. ( the ad said there was one on the property) powerful shower was a bonus. Will definitely keep this property in mind on next visit.

A Little Piece of Paradise

I could not recommend this place more! The location was absolutely perfect. No hassle of elevators or front gates like the big condos, the beach was a short walk away, along with the cutest little gift shop just hardly a block away from our front door. It's an even shorter walk to the bayside water which is so clear and beautiful. The townhouse was spotless and so beautiful when we arrived. There were 5 of us that stayed during our trip, two of those guests slept on the pull out couches which were comfortable. The furniture in this townhouse was beautiful, cozy and had so much character, not your typical cheap thrown together furniture. Not to mention all of the art on the walls appeared to be original, so unique and adorable! The back porch was the perfect spot to start your moring drinking a cup of coffee, and also to end your day sitting relaxing. There is even a little area to sit out in the sun by the back porch. Neighbors were beyond friendly, Blue Moon Rentals were AMAZING to work with. We even extended our stay 2 nights because we were having so much fun and did not want to leave! Hope we return to this place soon and stay again :)

Easy walk to both. The home was super clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbor. Located right off the bike/walking path made it easy to get out for our daily walk. Navarre is located between major cities, so easy travel if you want. Everything we needed!

Great location for a few days away!

Property was very nice, clean, quiet and cute! It was exactly as described. Close to beach and the sound. Check in and out very easy managers understand sometimes there are delays with planes/taxis etc. Neighbors very friendly also!

Reviewer Comments: The owner of KatManDunes and Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provide an excellent opportunity to experience Navarre Beach and the surrounding areas. This rental is nestled among year-round residents, allowing you to be a part of the friendly neighborhood. The furniture is comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. The bed linens were noticeably of a higher quality (I think they had been pressed! They were crisp!!). The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and there is plenty of space to prepare & serve meals. The bathroom has a very nice shower! Covered decks on the front and back of the Condo provide sheltered space to be outdoors, rain or shine. Just a short walk South to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico, or a shorter walk North to be on the beach of the Intracoastal Waterway. Pedestrian and Bike friendly area. Sailor’s serves a wonderful breakfast. KatManDunes is a well appointed, cared for condo. No complaints, only compliments during a great week in July 2021.
