Located right next to our "Sun Cottage," this adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is just steps to the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach, FL. This perfect 1 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with a Queen in the bedroom and a very comfortable Queen sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and everything you would need or want to make a beach picnic lunch or a fancy seafood dinner. (Food and drink in the kitchen pictures not included with rental.)

Simply stated, this stylish and updated, adorable beach cottage will take your breathe away! If you're looking for couples weekend away with friends this is the perfect cottage for your stay since it is located right next to the Sun Cottage. You and your significant other, along with another couple, can enjoy each others company but will also get the benefit of privacy at night by staying in your separate cottages. Double the fun and all at a great price! You just can't beat it! Everything was clean, comfortable, quiet, great location across the street from the Beach making it perfect for coming and going several times a day. Convenient shopping and restaurants 5 minutes away (in February). Lovely all the way around. I would not hesitate to rent the SeaCottage again next winter.

Unit was as pictured, good location, easy walk to beach, I would stay here again. Our wifi was out the entire stay, they gave an alternate service but only one of us could connect. Wish the outdoor chairs were on the front, there was a nice breeze there, too hot to sit on the back deck where chairs are at. We had a great stay!

Great getaway

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a getaway but make sure you don’t mind climbing stairs. It was perfect for just me and my husband.

Wonderful beach experience!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental property. My boyfriend and I stayed on one side and my daughter and her family stayed on the other. It was a perfect way to have a family vacation together but with individual privacy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed in a beach rental home. We will most definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice unit that was clean and comfortable.

Well appointed and updated unit that was very inviting. The balcony on the back is a little small so we didn't use it. We were within walking distance of a great beach. The overall location is good with plenty of things to do and fun places to go eat.
