Spacieux, relaxant et parfaitement situé, Kingfisher deviendra votre échappatoire de plage préféré. Cette véritable maison familiale familiale d'une chambre est sous une nouvelle direction et vous attend pour vous accueillir!

Cette unité est un condo lumineux et ensoleillé d'une chambre dans les palmes qui dort confortablement 4. Des carreaux neufs, des tapis neufs dans la chambre, de nouveaux meubles et un nouveau dormeur trÚs confortable font tous ce brouillard ouvert à la maison!

Au troisiÚme étage d'un bùtiment d'ascenseur, Kingfisher a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre escapade de vacances, y compris sa propre machine à laver et à sécher. Il est aussi accessible en fauteuil roulant.

Détendez-vous sur le confortable canapé modulaire, prenez une sieste sur le nouveau canapé-lit ou détendez-vous sur le balcon privé et paisible. Vous vous sentirez comme si vous étiez sur votre propre perche (tout comme le joli oiseau Kingfisher) surplombant cette extrémité tranquille de l'ßle.

La chambre séparée king-size est trÚs spacieuse et dispose de sa propre télévision à écran plat.

Faites des repas complets ou simplement des collations dans la cuisine bien équipée. Dßnez dans la grande salle ou sur votre terrasse juste à cÎté du salon.
Le poisson de la jetée privée qui se trouve juste à l'extérieur de votre porte (pour les invités de The Palms uniquement) et grillez vos prises sous le gazebo adjacent. Il y a eu beaucoup de gros poissons capturés dans cette jetée !!!

La magnifique piscine est une véritable oasis tropicale et n'est utilisée que par les invités des Palms.

Cet emplacement pratique permet de faire un voyage rapide Ă  travers le Gulf Seashore National Island Ă  Pensacola Beach.

Better than expected

We arrived in Navarre at 11am. Call management to check to see if we could check in earlier than 4pm. They text back and said the unit will be ready in an hour and that was incredibly wonderful. We are happy with the unit with all the necessities for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the balcony faced the ocean. Sat and relaxed and have coffee. We were pretty close to the public beaches and the private pier/sandy beach. Even watch the sunset over the pier for a couple nights. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Plus, the condo is very close to the gulf coast beach and the gulf islands national seashore. The place was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. My only complaint was that the bed was uncomfortable, due to a lumpy and saggy mattress. It might be time for a new mattress. Otherwise, a great place to stay!!! I would definitely go back.

Nice little hidden Gem

Everything was amazing. Appliance were in all working order. Bed was comfortable. Bath towels big fluffy. Only complaint was noise from other condos. Being on the third floor I didn’t think I would be able to hear screaming kids below us . But overall I would recommend this place and would rent again if needed. Thanks for amazing weekend

There was a power outage the first night there and they were very responsive and stayed on top of the situation to get everything fixed quickly and effectively. Great service in a great place.

Wonderful stay

This is a great bayside property. It was very clean. Appeared to have new paint, fixtures, and carpet in the master. The bed was well taken care of with two mattress protectors- both clean. The public beach access was within walking distance. But, we did drive most of the time and kept supplies in the car. The walk to the beach from the parking lot was less distance than walking from most beachfront condos- and it is at the end of the housing area, before the state park, so not an overwhelming amount of people. Great view of bay sunset from the condo. The fishing pier has lights at night so easy to see the fish. For those with mobility issues- the toilet was low. I am 5'2'' and my knees were above my hips when sitting. Also, it is a bathtub/ not walk-in shower. There is an elevator right next to the front door and stair access. The maintenance man was prompt and so kind when we needed him after hours. We were happy to stay here and would for sure stay again. Much love to all of those who put effort into making this condo great!!!! The cost per night was appropriate ($100 per night plus fees, which doubled cost, at the beginning of May).
