Best place I stayed in Cannes so far

This is my 7th year renting an apartment in Cannes for lions. This was the best one I stayed at so far. Large spaces, good closest, high-end finishes, american style bathrooms huge livingroom you can even have meetings in. Also great central location.

Luxury Apartment in an Excellent Location!

We had our 18 and 20 year old children with us. The two bedrooms with two baths along with two single beds in the second bedroom provided everyone with plenty of space. The living room was the center of attention with the 4 floor to ceiling French doors with balcony overviewing the boats in the harbor!!!!

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Cannes. It is centrally located near the marina, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The unit had every single thing we could ever need and more. Every detail was very clearly thought out and made our stay seamless and enjoyable. The place is extremely spacious and comfortable, I highly recommend this property to anyone considering it. Great location and lovely views

We stayed for a week and loved the apartment. It is in a very central location, overlooking one of Canne’s harbours, and less than 2 minutes to the Forville Market, Rue d’Antibes and The Croisette. Cannes is a very walkable town, and there are dozens of restaurants, bakeries, food stores, bars and ice cream shops within walking distance, as well as fashion shopping of all ranges. The train station is about 10 minutes away and there is a bus terminal across the road. Cannes has great sandy beaches, and family-friendly public beaches are less than a 10 minute walk. The apartment is large and bright, with great cross-ventilation. The view over the harbour is lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped, and dining for 6 is easily possible. The bathrooms are luxurious and roomy. All this comes with traffic noise, and right now, it seems to be construction season throughout Cannes, so there was building noise as well. However, with the windows and blinds closed at night, it was very manageable. We would not hesitate to book again.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The photos under represent the beauty of this excellent apartment. Emmanuelle was on site to great us and orient us. She is marvellous. There were all the amenities that a traveller could want, and then some more. The surrounding area is busy, and this VRBO was an oasis of comfort. Strong recommendation.

Vacation stay

This apartment was beautiful! It was everything we could have asked for from the market being just behind us for fresh groceries to the location and view. It was perfect walking distance from all the different beaches with a lot of restaurants around the apartment. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I hope to stay here again in the future. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything that we needed in a timely manner.

Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect Location

I can't say enough about this wonderful apartment. A beautiful restoration, in an historic building, with an elevator! The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The location could not be better, particularly if you are there for an event in the Palais des Festivals, or harbor based, as we were. Great restaurants, shopping, markets, and beaches, are all within a few minutes walk. The owner was very nice to work with, and her agent was there to meet us at the door. My highest recommendation for a stay in Cannes!

Beautiful Apartment, Brilliant Location

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for 2 weeks this summer. It is absolutely brilliant! All of the rooms are furnished to a very high standard, and the whole place was spotless on our arrival. The views out over the marina and sea beyond are stunning. The french doors when opened allowed a gentle breeze in, and when closed the air-con kept us cool. The location is perfect. Cafes and restaurants literally as you step out the door. The market (7 days a week) just 2 mins walk away has all the fresh produce you could wish for. The public beach just 5 mins walk away and really good, although very busy. Buses on hand to take you to most places right outside. The no. 8 open-top bus is only 1 euro to ride the entire length of La Croisette. The train was only a 10min walk. We had a day trip to Monaco by train, and that was very good value at 14 euros for a return ticket. Also for public transport, try the local ferry to the Islands opposite, as well as a longer journey to Saint Tropez. There is so much going on and so many different places to eat and drink, there is always something to do or see. Luckily for us the weather was sun, sun and more sun, with no breaks in the cycle. We managed without a car, but there was plenty of nearby public car parks to use. We had the most amazing stay, as you are right in the heart of this busy city. If you like peace & quiet and country walks on your doorstep, then this may not be for you. But if you want to be in and amongst the action and living in luxury, then look no further! We would have no hesitation about returning or recommending to others.

Perfect location - wonderful apartment

Very nice apartment. Wonderful view from living room and kitchen overlooking the harbour - and several balconies. Perfect bedrooms (and good beds!) and separate bathrooms of high standard. Everything very clean and well-maintained. We found the location perfect for sightseeing and restaurants, and very good bus and train connections , and the local market is just next door. Very charming location.

Two double bedrooms, with one ensuite, and another bathroom. The place had a well equipped kitchen, and we bought some delicious local fresh fish and produce to cook in one night. Located right in the centre of Cannes, with great cafes, restaurants and bakeries just downstairs. Just a short walk to all the shops and the market nearby was a real highlight. Approx 5 mins walk to the beach. A clean, well appointed, elegantly furnished place - with million dollar views. Couldn't fault this place at all - definitely would like to visit again soon.

Stunning Flat in Perfect Cannes Location

This is a great find and I absolutely LOVED it! The flat is beautifully decorated and feels very luxurious and has exquisite interior with delicious comfortable beds. I slept great as the traditional French blackout shutters worked perfectly. If you want to stay in the centre of Cannes the flat is in the most perfect location (there are two parking houses within walking distance so parking was never a problem) – you have a quant croissant shop next door, plenty of delicious restaurants (try Astoux on Rue Felix Faure - the best fish restaurant ever) but the one thing you must not miss is the Foreville Food Market 150m behind the flat. The locals do their food shopping here and when you see the selection on offer you will understand why. It’s amazing! All in all I would not only recommend this to a friend I would stay here again myself.
