Emplacement fantastique. Entièrement meublé et rénové en juin 2019. Cet appartement propose une touche moderne et élégante et est situé directement au coeur de Cannes sur la célèbre rue de Félix Faure.
En sortant de l'appartement, vous êtes situé immédiatement sur la promenade et entouré par les nombreux bars, restaurants et boutiques de créateurs que Cannes a à offrir.
La plage privée après le Palais est à cinq minutes à pied et les plages publiques après le Suquet sont à dix minutes à pied. Disponible pour des séjours de courte et longue durée.
L'appartement offre un accès facile à la station de métro avec ses liaisons vers Monaco et St Tropez si vous avez envie de visiter ces merveilleux endroits populaires en France.
Nous accueillons les visiteurs dans notre appartement pour congrès, longs week-ends ou visites plus longues.
Il y a une merveilleuse atmosphère de bienvenue à Cannes et beaucoup de choses à faire incluent de merveilleuses promenades tranquilles le long de la plage, de nombreux restaurants et bars fantastiques ainsi qu'un accès facile aux boulangeries, marchés et supermarchés locaux si vous avez envie de quelque chose d'un peu plus près de chez vous!

The Best Location in Cannes!

Comfortable, Clean and Centrally located...we truly enjoyed our stay and Francoise was so kind. Felt like a part of the neighborhood regulars. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay

This was an amazing apartment in the center of Cannes. The apartment was beautiful and the kids were so happy their rooms and how close it was to the beach. Francoise met us there and helped us with everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at this property the location is perfect and easy to get to everything in Cannes. The host and housekeeper were very nice and accommodating! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

This is our second time staying there. We love the central location. We love that it is super quiet and a very roomy apartment. We had some issues in the beginning but the manager took care of them right away. She is extremely attentive and wants to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The property was so lovely and we really enjoyed the location and our stay in Cannes. The hosts were wonderful helping arrange taxi to and from Nice as well as wonderful suggestions of sights to see. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.

Highly recommend

The apartment was very comfortable and is in a perfect location on a walking street in the center of town. Francoise, the property manager was easy to work with and very accessible. The only downside were the pillows on the beds, which were like rocks, but I suggested to Francoise that she replace them and I'm sure she will as she wants everything to be perfect for their guests. You need look no further as this is a great apartment.

Wonderful visit

Danny was so accommodating and quick to respond to all my questions So perfectly located and made our stay memorable We had our adult children come and go and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was super! I can’t say enough how Danny was such a marvelous host and so attentive. He truly cared about our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Well placed, well kept

This owner went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Attentive and helpful in recommending restaurants and other areas to visit. (The train station is just a short walk away and visiting places like Antibes and Monaco is very easy).The apartment itself was perfect for 6 people --roomy enough that you don't get under each others feet! Just a short walk to the beach and all that Cannes has to offer.

Great apartment in the heart of the city

For a large family of 7 people this apartment was perfect. As we are used to North American standards ( beds,etc) this place ticked all the boxes. Now we are fortunate to be blessed to have the needs and opportunity to stay in a number of 5 star hotels on this European vacation but in Cannes most hotel rooms are quite and very expensive thus we decided to book this apartment. Everything about this place met or exceed our expectations. Thank you Danny we will certainly recommend your place to all our friends

No brainer

Honest description and great place. Central location, clean, everything works , and plenty of space. Especially appreciated the washer and dryer with two teenagers. Francois the property manager was nearby if needed. The perfect spot between the beach , train station for excursions, old town (most authentic/ well priced / family owned ) that were so memorable. Not one item needed improvement

Awesome apartment in Cannes

The apartment was spotless and well air conditioned when we arrived. Rob was waiting for us, and went through all instructions. All the rooms were set up the way we wanted as we got there, and all rooms have air conditioning (4 totals). The whole apartment is quite contemporary looking, and very, very clean. Our family of 5 loved it. The location cannot be any better; a very short walk to markets, restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Highly, highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely holiday apartment

We have stayed at this apartment a number of times, its perfect location near to everything in cannes makes it a perfectly easy and convienent holiday break! The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is practical and has everything you need whilst away on holiday, even a washing machine and dishwasher which we made is of! The wifi and television options were spot on for lazy mornings at the apartment. Location is amazing, directly opposite the port, the casino and local conscience shops, cafes and bakeries. Although it's right by everything, when your in the apartment looking out onto the courtyard you can't hear any of noise from the Main Street. Perfect lovely stay every time we come to cannes - would highly recommend!

Amazing

We arrived and was greeted at our taxi by the host contact and she helped us into the apartment and showed us around. She even came back a few mins later with some outlet adapters because ours were not the right ones. Our little girl wasn’t feeling well and she even offered to call in a doctor. The host Danny even checked in with us. We were here for the ILTM conference but it felt like we were here for leisure. We highly recommend this apartment due to its location and the personnel. Our onsite host met us the day of departure and helped us to the train station and carried two large suitcases for us, simply wonderful. She didn’t leave until we were on our train. We will be back year after year and this will be our first choice in Cannes!

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

We traveled to Cannes for the first time to attend MIPCOM and we were so fortunate to find this gem of an apartment so close to the congress and everything else we needed. There were three of us traveling together and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was an absolute dream. The apartment is in the middle of everything you could need: shops, grocery store, restaurants, beach, etc. Even with the central location, the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet. I slept like a log. The apartment has everything you need: laundry, well appointed kitchen, AC in every room, even some rose in the fridge. The host Danny is fantastic and communicated so well with us. We drove into Cannes so our arrival was a little later than expected: his team was so easy to work with and very accommodating. I can't recommend this apartment enough. It was a joy to stay there and I hope to be back next year.

Fabulous stay in Cannes!

Our 2 weeks in Cannes was one of the best holidays we have ever had! The apartment was fantastic - clean, well equipped and home from home. It was large enough for 6 people comfortably and has three bathrooms. The location of the apartment is fantastic. We constantly marvelled at how it was located in the centre of everything but once inside it was so quiet you could not hear a thing! You walk out of the apartment literally into the middle of Cannes with the marina and casino across the road, the main shopping street next to the apartment, a supermarket in the street parallel and so many cafes and restaurants. Before we arrived we had exchanged several emails with the owner Danny, who was so helpful with his suggestions. On arrival the apartment management greeted us and gave some wonderful tips on where to eat - just 5 mins walk from the apartment is a lovely quaint cobbled hilly street (old town) where the restaurants were reasonably priced for Cannes, delicious food and romantic setting but family friendly too. Our party consisted of 13 year old twins, parent and grandparents. There was always something for everyone to do, the grandparents enjoyed daily strolls and coffees. The children loved the nearby beaches and shopping! The train station is 5-10 mins walk from the apartment and its a 1 hour journey to Monte Carlo, approx 45 Euros for all six of us. There are other lovely stops along the way. Our favourite places to visit were St Paul de Vence and then Eze (which was recommended by the owner Danny). Both villages were so picturesque and Eze had breathtaking views with lovely cafes and restaurants and little shops to look round. We had a car as we drove from the UK but if we return we would fly to Nice as there really was no need for a car once there, the rail and bus services were so good! If you do travel by car there is a car park nearby to the apartment and cost approx 100 Euros for 2 weeks. As we stayed in the peak summer period it was exceptionally hot so the whole family found the apartment's location ideal as we could easily pop back during the day for a siesta or cool drink. The apartment was lovely and cool (also has aircon). I can't recommend this apartment enough - don't hesitate, book today!

Great location but property needed repairs and upkeep.

We loved the location but the shower leaked, some of the air conditioners did not work. The supplies were very limited we ended up having to buy dish clothes, toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen was minimally outfitted and more towels were needed for bathrooms. Overall maintenance audit should be done before each renter; such as checking light bulbs, air conditioning, etc. Some of furniture is in need of replacement. But again great location.

I purchased it due to its location - right in the centre of Cannes and is very popular for all the congress events which arrive each year in Cannes.
I loved the privacy, location and refurbished it to a high standard! Its such a lovely place to go.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You really cannot get any closer to the festival from my apartment! 60-70 metres away. It is so central but is still located within an apartment building that is quiet!
The property is situated within easy access of some fantastic restaurants and shops and I loved the fact that everything was so easily accessible! The train station is literally a 5 minute walk away as is the beach. The pedestrianised Felix Faure makes this area the best in Cannes.
