Not the best
It was a roof over our heads which was the better part. The neighborhood did not feel safe to the point the manager had to reassure me that we will be fine. There was a police station close by so that did help. I wasn't expecting there to be security shutters over the front door and windows plus a broken off ring camera so again that added to my insecurities. As for the cleanliness of the property there were pots and pans piled up beside the sink and a Brillo pad that had been sitting there for God knows how long broken in the sink. There was a nasty rag hanging behind the door that was stiff when I picked it up. As for the accuracy of the online listing I was charged an extra 150 AFTER I had already paid for the place. The price went up after I mentioned I was there for the Jazz Festival. By the time I was charged extra there were no other properties that were affordable due to the festival date coming closer. I was asked to basically pay the extra or I would have to find somewhere else which would not have been feasible by then. To me that was very dishonest even though the manager blame Vrbo for the mistake. They had already been paid so they should have just taken what was originally charged, and changed the price After me. I don't see myself going back here.
