By booking or occupying the Property, Guest (on behalf of all occupants and invitees) acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with use of the premises and amenities and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases and waives any claims against the Owner/Host for injury, loss, or damage except to the extent resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Guest agrees to comply with all applicable laws, accepts full responsibility for any damage caused, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner/Host from any related claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees); this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Property is located, and any unenforceable provision shall not affect the remainder.

Billing: All charges are processed through the platform’s reservation center to the booking party.
