The Space:

Welcome to Mirambeena Getaway, your home away from home. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with views of the red rock plateaus surrounding Kanab, yet conveniently located just minutes from downtown Kanab and all it has to offer. As you enter Mirambeena Getaway from the front door you will find a large and spacious living room with a comfortable couch, flat screen Smart TV, and fireplace. The living room opens to the dining area and the fully appointed kitchen with upgraded appliances and all the cookware, pots and pans, cutlery and utensils you need. A laundry room with full size machines in located just off the kitchen for your convenience.



The primary bedroom is also located between the living room and dining area and offers a comfortable King sized bed, bedside tables, and an ensite bathroom with both a shower and a soaker tub.



On the opposite side of the house you will find an office with a desk for laptop use, a TV, and a sofa bed that sleeps 2. Just down the hall you will find bedrooms 2 and 3 along with another full bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 features a comfortable Queen sized bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, one of which is a trundle bed offering a 3rd twin sized mattress. Bedroom 3 also has an oversized chair that folds out to become a sleeping pad for additional sleeping space.



Just off the dining area, through the sliding glass doors you will find the sunroom with full glass walls to enjoy the view. There is additional seating and a dining table in the sunroom as well as a pellet stove so this space can be enjoyed year round. Step from the sunroom onto the back porch and grill dinner or soak in the hot tub after a day of adventuring or step down into the backyard and tell stories around the firepit while you enjoy the starry skies that only southern utah can offer!



With plenty of room for parking vehicles and ATV trailers, Mirambeena Getaway has it all!

The Neighborhood:

Mirambeena Getaway is located in the Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family-friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. There are also little league baseball fields at the park and a pavilion. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, skate park with pump track, basketball courts and tennis/pickleball courts. Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.



Getting Around:

his home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away
