After enjoying the many adventures in the nearby national parks, your southwest experience continues as you enjoy the modern loungey style of the main floor and Old West themed basement, including our Little Hollywood Saloon and Theatre Room. Step out your front door to gaze up from the base of the iconic K-hill at the red cliffs or majestic milky-way. Conveniently located blocks from downtown Kanab's many dining and historical experiences.

This 4,200 square-ft home is perfect for multiple families, couples, or friends wanting to stay together but have plenty of space to themselves.

MAIN FLOOR
The main floor includes an expansive great room, master suite, two more bedrooms, and a second full bathroom.

The great room is anchored around the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats up to 16 guests (1 dining table seating 8, 4 seats at the bar, a table for 4 in the breakfast nook) and open floor plan access to the well-appointed living room that looks onto K-hill.

The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower, double vanity, and water closet.

The 1st main floor bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and direct view of K-hill.

The 2nd main floor bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and unique hidden closet behind the bookcase.

The full bathroom sits between the two main floor bedrooms.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level includes the ultimate old west entertainment space, 4 bedrooms, a full-bathroom, and laundry room.

The entertainment space has been affectionately named the Little Hollywood Saloon. It includes a bar, game table, full theatre room, a prison-cell playroom under the stairs all tastefully decorated in an old west theme inspired by the many western movies filmed in Kanab.

The 1st lower level bedroom includes a king bed, sitting chair, and flat screen TV.

The 2nd lower level bedroom includes a king bed, sitting chair, and flat screen TV.

The 3rd lower level bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds. One is a full over full and the other is a twin over twin.

Lower Level Bonus hidden room has a full over full bunk bed but will be converted to a room with a pull out couch soon. Please don't plan on this room having more than a pull out couch. If you stay before it is converted it will have the full over full bunk. We need to change this room to be compliant with Kanab City fire code. It is not a legal bedroom. It will be changed early next spring.


The full bathroom includes a large shower and double vanity all finished to the theme of the rest of the basement.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoor patio is the perfect place for a barbeque and then roasting marshmallows around the fire. There is an awesome turf volleyball court in the backyard. The front porch has seating to enjoy the fresh morning air and evening talks with your group.
