Tout nouveau condo Gulf Front 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain! Condo a DSL (Internet haute vitesse). 2 lits doubles dans la chambre principale 1 lit queen dans la 2e chambre. TV et DVD dans le salon, TV dans la 2ème chambre. Escalier (pas d'ascenseur au complexe). Cette propriété loue du samedi au samedi (7 nuits) pendant les mois de juin, juillet; tous les autres mois ont un minimum de 3 nuits. L'âge minimum requis est de 25 ans et il / elle doit occuper physiquement les lieux pour toute la durée de la réservation.

Sisters week vacation

Short Beach Vacay

The location of the condo was great, although the exterior look of the condo was a bit deceiving. The exterior of the property is showing some age, but the interior of the condo was updated and very clean. The water was beautiful, and we found many great spots to eat at.

Family Vacation

Condo was perfect for our family of six. Very neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having washer and dryer in condo was great. Short walk to beach and amazing view from balcony. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic!!

We absolutely loved this place. It was out of the busy part of town and less congested, which is what we were looking for. But yet close enough to restaurants and fun things to do. The condo was clean, very nicely decorated, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to make our dinners, and loved having a washer and dryer!! Communication via text or calls were great! We will for sure be back!

Nice place

The only thing I have to complain about is the gps does not take you there due to the gate that was permanently closed. If the gate had been opened it would have been much easier to get to but that made it very confusing. Once we found it we really enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

M5 was absolutely perfect for our family! The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed. As a bonus, it even had a few toys for the beach! The beachfront was exactly what we were looking for too! Just steps from the beach. The check in process was a breeze, and the Pensacola Properties staff were awesome. Thanks so much!!

Great vacation spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying in this condo. You cannot beat the views or vicinity to the beach. You are far enough removed from the crowds to relax, yet still just minutes from restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back soon!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at this property. Very clean and convenient to the beach and boardwalk but also far enough from the big crowds. My only "complaint" is that the washing machine had a foul smell because water was getting trapped in the rim lid and the dryer didn't dry well and we needed to run the dryer cycle at least 2 sometimes 3 times to get anything dried that we washed. Otherwise I would definitely come back to this property without a doubt.

Overall Nice Place to Stay

We did have a little trouble locating the property. Our GPS told us to turn on the wrong road, but it didn't take long to get it all figured out. Overall the place was pretty clean other than the floors and the couch/chair which did have some sand on them. We would definitely consider returning.

Everything was convenient and clean…Except the shower curtain was covered in mildew! We actually went and bought a new one. Other than that, very clean and no problems.

Perfect family beach getaway

My girls and I had such an amazing time. This particular unit was perfect and the deck looked right out to the beautiful white sands of the beach. Everything was stocked in the unit. I loved that it was a keyless entry unit. The washer and dryer came in handy as well as all the amenities the kitchen had. The chair and umbrella rental was very convenient as well. We are already planning our next visit and I'd love for it to be this unit. It was perfect!
