Vacation in a penthouse here at Regency Towers, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. With a beautiful view of the azure waters of the Gulf and snow white beaches this unit provides a true Pensacola Beach experience like no other. Witness your own personal Airshow when the Blue Angels, Coast Guard, or Air Force training planes fly by or watch pods of dolphins from the balcony. We are located on Santa Rosa Island, offering leisure and care-free living during your stay. Cradled between the tranquil waters of the Sound and Gulf, you are able to enjoy the serenity of island living; while being minutes from the conveniences extended by the mainland cities. The predominate southern breeze assures comfortable living and vacationing in any season with an array of outdoor activities such as sailing, charter boat fishing, tennis, hunting, swimming, golfing, scuba diving or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful coast, sun and surf! Enjoy the 50x25 ft. swimming pool, directly on the Gulf, shaded by two condominium towers. Join us and let your back yard be the soft, white, cool, sand of Pensacola Beach.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 31,2025 until August 9, 2025, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.
Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Pet friendly with a fee of $185 for each trained dog 45 pounds and under.

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
**Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Amazing views

The condo views were fantastic! Enjoyed our stay. Condo could use an ice maker, and also an ice cream scoop! Overall, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

We got to stay 4 nights. Each day was special. We knew exactly what to expect because on line photos are perfect. The retrieval of keys was so easy. This is our second time to stay in the towers. We definitely will be back. We thank you so much for offering this!!

Just beautiful!

The location of this condo was perfect. It overlooked the ocean and was in a quiet section of the beach. The porch overlooking the beach and ocean was the best! Condo was well equipped and very nicely decorated.

If you want to see and hear the waves from your room, this is a great choice. We also liked the location on the island. It's relaxed and quiet. The condo is clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Clean and comfortable

Condo was clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was available. Painting had just been completed outside the unit and it looks great. Location is perfect, far enough from public beach but close enough to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back

Beautiful Ocean View

I liked this property because of its location close to the beach with easy access. This is a top floor unit with beautiful view of the ocean. The only complaint I had was that the getting pans need to be replaced as well as the plates.

Fall get away

The property was overall clean, and ready for guest. The only problem we incurred was the last night there the elevators quit working. Also the air conditioning was very loud when it turned on.

Fabulous in Paradise

We had the opportunity to do a long-term stay of almost 3 months at this fabulous property. It was very easy working with David and his team at Pensacola Beach Rentals. They were all available and very helpful in preparing for a long-term stay as well as during our stay. The condo is just fantastic. Sleep to the waves in the master! Enjoy coffee and meals on the large deck over looking the ocean and watching dolphins. You cannot beat the location!

Condo was well stocked. We had to get used to the tv situation since it wasn’t cable but other than that we loved it. We will definitely rent again, hopefully in October.

Pretty decent place, but great view

Overall a good time, but for the price there are definitely some things that need attention. The dishwasher door did not fully close the whole time we were there, the TV needed to be reconfigured a few times, the both lazy boys need to be reupholstered, and the oven produced a terrible chemical smell that took over the condo the first time we used it. Other than that, it was tidy and the view was great. The complex is well managed and the location is great if you are looking for a quiet get-away.
