À propos du quartier

Pensacola Beach

Very comfortable place to stay for a autumn weekend - migrating monarchs all over the property! Watched dolphins, a manta and lots of fish from the comfy beach chairs.

Nice 2bedroom/2 bath directly on the gulf. Very comfortable and nicely decorated without being over decorated. Beach access to chairs and umbrella were appreciated and loved the location - right across from one of our favorite restaurants - Peg Leg Pete’s! Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

Thank you for the review. Our maintenance team went out to the unit and found that the ice maker switches in the off position. We also don’t. The grill is a community unit and as such if you choose to use it you you may need to clean it.

The location was great and the included beach chairs and umbrella were fantastic. The unit itself needs some work. There is water damage and mold on the ceiling and vents as well as multiple sagging ceiling tiles. The fridge was in poor condition and the coffee maker was broken. With some tlc this could be a great place but right now it’s only

We were pleased with this property's cleanliness and amenities. The location was outstanding! Beachfront with full view of the gulf from our balcony and close proximity to many of our favorite restaurants. I recommend the king mattress be replaced as it sinks in the middle.

Host responded exceptionally quick, and was very helpful, if I could give 5 out of 5 stars on that I definitely would. Having a set of beach chairs and umbrella from the chair rental company that came with the condo was a very nice touch too. The condo had been remodeled in the last few years, and for the most part, very nicely done. The balcony had a nice view of the beach/ocean. The air works quite well, no worries on it keeping up with the summer heat. Only complaint that we really had was the cleanliness of the condo. We had our crawling baby with us, and after about 10 minutes, her knees/feet/hands were turning black from being on the floor. Another thing that we noticed was small areas of mold growing in both tubs/showers. Messaged the host and had a response back within 5 minutes, was very impressed with that. Cleaning crew came the next morning, floors were better but still not fully clean. The tubs/showers were definitely better. If we didn’t have small children with us who played on the floor and it was only adults, probably would’ve not paid much attention to the floors or tubs/showers. All in all, it was great for the price we paid.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. We’re very glad you enjoyed the condo, the beautiful Gulf views, complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, and especially our responsiveness during your stay. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the floors and bathrooms did not meet the standard you, or we, should expect, particularly with a crawling baby. We appreciated you bringing it to our attention while you were there so we could respond immediately, and we are addressing this directly with our cleaning team to ensure it is corrected going forward. Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind and constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you and your family again!

Location of condo is great: right across iconic Peg Leg’s. Pool and hot tub are maintained well. Beach chairs are a nice addition. Shared condo space with good surface counter top area and couch.Guest room faces ocean with 1 window. Master bed frame is along exterior hallway with bright light all night. Bedroom furniture could use updating…Drawers of refrig and kitchen stuck. Pans low end stainless steel so hard to make eggs, etc bc of sticking. Did have both keurig and standard coffee maker so plus if a coffee consumer.Balcony is shared with unit to the right with wall between and on display for units on the left. Appreciated that the entire condo was smoke free which most guest seem to adhere to.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the early morning construction noise during your stay. Great place to stay. No complaints except the weather! The first apartment we booked had to go through last minute repair work but Vic called me and immediately booked me in a bigger apartment in the same building at no extra cost. Thanks Vic for taking care of us. Apartment has great view of the beach as well as the city. The table for 4 in the balcony is great place to sip on a cup of coffee and enjoy the view !!
