The location was perfect, only minutes from family members. The house was spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Easy check in and prompt responses from owner when issues arose such as noisy dryer not working properly. The deck needs to have overhanging tree trimmed, gas grill tank was empty. Television remote for living room was confusing, need instructions on how to use. We would definitely rent again when back in Denver area.

This house was a great gathering spot for our family that came in from different states for a weekend celebration. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep and hang out. I think my only complaint was that there weren't enough plates for us to eat dinner on (6 plates, 7 people), but we had only ordered pizza so it wasn't a big deal. It was convenient to get to the places we wanted to go and the neighborhood was nice.

The house was clean, had plenty of room, and was in a nice area. Nice sized kitchen and large master bedroom. Good stay for the price. Didn’t have any issues getting in or checking out. Would stay here again if I needed a place south of downtown Denver.

Owner cancelled <20 hours before check-in!!!

I don’t know what the property is actually like, as the owner never gave us a chance to check in. She cancelled our reservation the evening before we were supposed to check in. I was in a lurch scrambling to find replacement lodging for our group of 6. I had SPOKEN with the owner one day earlier to confirm details of the property and check in… then we suddenly were left with NOTHING the night before our event. I reached out to the host to try and understand the situation, but 6 days after reaching out, I have not received a response.

Terrible Hosts

I wish I would have read the previous reviews and cancelled my booking. Yes, great neighborhood and perfect space for my size family. That’s the end of the great review. First, I tried to communicate with hosts several days prior and never heard from them. I finally heard from them the night before we were to arrive with house code. I said we would be arriving around 7-8pm. When we arrived it was dark outside…no house lights on. The smart door lock battery was dead. We couldn’t get ahold of the owners for an hour. Then they didn’t have a key. So it took another hour for a lock smith to come. He drilled a hole through the lock. Said that the owners would replace tomorrow during the day. THEY NEVER REACHED OUT. Then, there was zero toilet paper anywhere. Not even on the wall. No hand soap. Just empty bottles next to sinks. No paper towels. Just ridiculous. Lastly, only 2 outlets in the kitchen worked. Such poor quality and poor hosts. Stay away. Not worth it.

Disappointed

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood that suited the purposes of my two daughters and the grandkids. That being said, we did have some issues. It is close to 30 minutes to downtown, not 15. On arrival, the access code did not open the back door. There was a dirty towel in downstairs bathroom, and condoms left in an upstairs nightstand. A key to the garage was not in the stated location. I messaged the owner about these issues and did not receive a reply. Four days later, when I attempted to use the grill, the propane tank was empty. This time I did receive a reply to my message, and it was “ you’ll have to get your own propane tank”. That is unacceptable. I won’t be back.

Just right!

This was a wonderful gathering place for me to have time with my adult children and their families before, between and after wedding events. Very comfortable space, clean, well supplied with the basics, quiet neighborhood close to places we needed to be, as well as grocery stores and restaurant. Ella was very responsive to my questions- thank you Ella!

When things go wrong

A double booking across platforms led to the house being occupied when we arrived ( after a 17 hour drive). Could have been the most frustrating trip ever, but we were quickly directed to a comparable rental just a few minutes away and we ultimately had zero complaints. Homes were clean, comfortable and quiet and host was super responsive. Would book again.

Wonderful stay

Very tidy and comfortable for a family of 4 fir a month. The owner was super-responsive to our several requests. Very convenient location for Englewood and points south, less so for downtown. Charming neighbourhood. Great access to the Cherry Creek trail network.

Great home on great neighborhood

There were 10 of staying at this rental and we had plenty of room for socializing, eating and sleeping. The home was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The property owner replied quickly to all messages with her. If in that area again, we would definitely rent this property again.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful house, clean, well decorated, management was on top of every question and even offered some places of interest. My only draw back was it only had 1 TV in the whole house, but we made it work.

Family reunion in Denver

We looked for a place in Denver convenient to DIA. The property was close to downtown and the airport was not a long drive. However, we were very disappointed in the property itself. There are practically speaking only three bedrooms. The lower level room has glass doors with no window covering; there is no privacy. The alcove room in the master has only a curtain to provide minimal privacy. The master bath is shielded only by a thin curtain, again compromising privacy. There was a broken paper holder in the downstairs bath and the second upstairs bath. The dryer does not work. There were not enough everyday utensils like forks and spoons. There were no paper products, napkins or storage bags. The dishwasher door was broken, allowing the drawer to fall too far forward. There was no regular size fry pan. The trash in the garage was full to overflowing and smelled horrible. Communication with owner was inadequate. All communication made through email, there were no instructions in the house letting us know our responsibilities on checking out, access to internet, or television access. Overall we were very disappointed.

Good for Multi Family Visit

The property offers accepable accommodation for larger groups. The neighborhood is quiet, but the area outside the neighborhiod is lacking. The house was relatvely new and was faily clean. A quick trip to the local Safeway may be necessary. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to emails.

Very Disappointing

There was a loud annoying noise coming from the basement which kept everyone awake all night. The neighbor was so bothered by the noise that he came over and switched off the breaker outside the house. The owner was notified and never did anything to resolve the issue. We sent photos and audio recordings which went ignored. We would never recommend staying at this property. Oh, and the house was dirty. Every single one of the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors were disconnected in the house. I am pretty sure this is illegal. The owner also chose to ignore this when brought to her attention.

Great house in a super location

The house was spacious enough for 4 moms and 4 girls. The living room area and kitchen was a nice size too. The deck was a plus for sitting outside in the evening. The location was perfect to get into downtown Denver, malls, restaurants and the Aurora sports complex. The walking trail was only a block away which we used daily. Ella the owner was very attentive to answering our questions immediately both prior to and during our stay. Due to the heat in Denver during our stay, the 2nd floor was very warm although there is ac in the house but the vents are on the floor so it didn’t cool down much but we made the best of it. Bedrooms: there are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is located inside the master bedrooom through a curtain. Not much privacy separating these rooms but for our group it didn’t affect us. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms didn’t have dressers but did have closets which again didn’t matter to us. Overall it was a great house and we would stay there again

Beautiful property

The home was beautiful. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was just enough space for the group. The only thing I can say I was not fond of was the additional bed inside the master suite... it looks like it is an additional bedroom which was a little misleading. Overall it was a lovely home.
