Affordable 3BR Near Farmers Market & Downtown
☀️ Summer in Bozeman Starts Here – Full 3BR Near Downtown & Parks
Discover Bozeman from our clean, walkable 3-bedroom retreat—just blocks from Historic Downtown, the Farmers Market, Bogert & Lindley Parks, and Peets Hill trails. The Sweet Pea Festival, summer concerts, and day trips to Yellowstone are all at your fingertips.
Note: We normally rent this apartment by the room, but this listing gives you the entire space to yourself! Perfect for families or small groups.
We like to give our guests privacy, but we're always just a message away if you need anything. You’ll have self-check-in, and we’re happy to recommend local hikes, events, or hidden gems around town. Think of us as your laid-back, local guides—available when you need us, invisible when you don’t.
You’re perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Bozeman’s summer scene. Just a short walk from your door are Bogert and Lindley Parks, home to the outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and beloved summer festivals and farmers markets. Right outside, Peets Hill offers easy access to miles of scenic trails with sunrise views and golden hour strolls.
A few blocks away, Historic Downtown Bozeman buzzes with shops, bars, and local eateries, while the Bozeman Public Library makes a peaceful spot for reading or co-working.
Need a lift? Public transit options like Streamline and Skyline are just down the street, offering easy access around town or even out to Bridger Bowl or Big Sky.
🚲 Prefer to cruise? We’ve got bikes available by the carport—yours to borrow anytime during your stay!
Arrival Instructions:
Look for the dark charcoal house with the number 415, directly across from the Peets Hill parking lot. Your entrance is on the left side of the main building—look for the blue door, not the red one (that’s our private residence).
Open the blue door and head downstairs. You’ll find a keypad—enter your code to access the apartment.
Parking:
You’ve got a few 24-hour parking options:
– In the alley to the left of the carport (by the bikes) if there is space
– Across the street on the opposite side only (do not park on the house side—you could get ticketed)
– In the Peets Hill public lot right across from the house

– 3 private bedrooms (2 queens, 1 full)
– Full kitchen, living room & bathroom just for your group
– Walkable location near Main Street, parks, and trails

Getting Around & Parking Info:
You’re in a walker's paradise—Main Street is just 4–5 blocks away if you take a left out the front door. Cross the street and you’ll be at the base of Peets Hill, where a little footbridge leads to a trail map and miles of open-space hiking.
There are also Streamline and Skyline bus stops nearby if you'd rather ride than walk—perfect for exploring further or heading to Bridger Bowl or Big Sky.
Driving? No problem. You’ve got free 24-hour parking options:
– In the alleyway to the left of the carport (first come, first served)
– Across the street only (⚠️ do not park on the same side as the house—you may get ticketed)
– In the Peets Hill public parking lot right across the street
