Great place to stay

The condo is very well kept and clean. The building is a small complex which is wonderful when you're looking for a quiet place to stay. The only down side is the check in office being 7 miles away and one very rude employee at the check in office.

A wonderful vacation dolphin watching daily from balcony

The area is amazing the views are the best ever. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative was the refrigerator needs updating or replacing.

Great view. Felt like home.

The condo was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable I actually slept.Only suggestion is maybe a few little items like salt and pepper, more dish soap, a few spices. Nothing major but it would have made it easier. OH, first beach rental that actually had beach toys to use. Thank you for that. Had a great time.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter ongoing issues like the boarded-up lobby door, broken elevator, and non-functioning pool. Unfortunately, recovery from the recent hurricane has taken longer than anticipated, and while progress is being made, some areas are still under repair. That said, the current state of these amenities is not the experience we aim to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience it caused during your visit. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at Trillium, but our first in this unit. All units are wonderful as was this one. Fully furnished and even had chairs, umbrellas and noodles for ocean and pool. Only thing it didn't have were baking sheets, cards, games...but no biggie. We would stay there again.

Please feel free to call us at the office if you are missing anything in the way of kitchen items; we keep a number of supplies here that we are more than happy to get your way if you are needing them such as those baking sheets! Wonderful property. Poor management company

Picked up keys at property managemt lockbox on Sunday day of check in. Drove to the condo. No key to get into lobby. Called three times and left messages. No return call. Fortunately another resident showed us keypad and gave us code. Went to unit on 5th floor. Contractors were gutting the unit beside. Once inside condo the unit was very nice. Master bed and furnishings very comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were in front closest! The view is amazing from balcony. Unfortunately, we couldn't go out to beach as the key for lobby also needed to be used to open gate. Monday AM we were woken by contactors next door sawing, drilling and hammering. And the elevator was out of order. Five flights of stairs and I gave bad knee. I finally was able to get in touch with management co. The lady was very unprofessional, and stated she had personally put lobby key on the fobs...almost insinuating we had taken them off. I had to drive 20 min back to their office to get 2 sets of keys. While there I told her we were very disappointed that remodel was being done in the adjacent condo. When choosing this unit, we had decided against two others in the area that were offering significant discounts due to nearby construction. Her response was we don't lease all the units so they dont know. Other lady there agreed they should. Told about elevator which another tenant said had called. Didnt know about it. Wont use this management company in future.

Unit is the perfect size with great amenities; just needs a few updates...window blinds in bedrooms are difficult to operate; shower control in small bathroom needs to be replaced; need a few more glasses to replace those that are cracked; need instructions to operate TVcontrols (we never did figure out the TV's in the bedrooms). Just love the Madeira Beach area!

Facility is very nice - had some cleanliness issues... could always use some minor furniture upgrades to match the higher quality of the location --> but in the big scheme of things - it's all small stuff! #beachlife

Waking up and having coffee and breakfast on the balcony in the morning, listening to the waves and watching dolphins swim by was everything! Beautiful sunsets every night. Heated pool and steps from the beach. Walking distance to almost everything. The condo is spacious and comfortable, well equipped. Cleaning service could definitely do a better job cleaning though. Couple things the owner could have is beach towels and maybe newer blankets. The one negative thing is that you have to pick-up and drop off the key to the resort rentals office. It's very inconvenient for people that fly in and don't rent a car like we did. To the office and back took about 30 minutes in traffic on the bridge and costed $36 in uber to just get the key. And then we had to drop it off before getting to the airport at 6 am and it's not even on the way to Tampa. There was many lockboxes on the side of the building for other units, so I don't understand why resort rentals cannot simply place a lockbox there as well. Very inconvenient. That's the only negative thing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Too many things broken or missing...won't rent this particular one again. Refrigerator missing handle to open.Air Conditioner on but not cooling very well.MB had squirley handles and no where to put your things.

the good and the bad

the place was clean and very nice but the master bedroom let way to much light in and the room seem to stay hotter than the rest of the condo. loved the location and could walk to get diner

my stay 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice. Was glad to see there had been some updates since my last visit. the only problem was the bed in Master bedroom was horrible. a deflated sleep number with a remote that did not work. woke up daily with major back pain. Not comfortable at all
