Ce condo est situé directement sur les rives du golfe du Mexique à la belle plage de Madère, 1. 5 miles au nord de la célèbre col Boardwalk John, où se trouvent des boutiques et des restaurants. La première chose qu'un visiteur voit en marchant dans cette 3ème étage condo est une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. La porte de la piscine de la vie privée ouvre directement sur votre plage privée. L'eau cristalline du golfe du Mexique est un 150 pieds de la propriété. Les portes coulissantes en verre de la salle de séjour et la chambre principale ouverte sur le balcon avec une vue complète du Golfe.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well-stocked, just as advertised. Several great restaurants within walkimg distance. The pool was quiet and the beach was beautiful! An awesome place for family vacation!

Wonderful stay

Had a nice and relaxing stay in this nice apartment. Our demands were completely fulfilled. Located at a wonderful beach, supermarket and shops are nearby.

"Mature" Girl's Week

Condo was great!! Clean and comfortable. Not many units to the condo building so it was quiet. Basically, had the pool to ourselves..lovely! Would return...definitely!

Excellent renter to work with.

We were so excited to stay in this beautiful condo. Unfortunately, hurricane Helene had different plans for us. Both the owner and property manager were excellent and timely with communication. Knowing the extent of storm damage to the area, they gave a full refund. We will book with him again!

Book this Condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Wonderful views, clean and very well stocked! We had the best time! The location is perfect. The beach out front is not very crowed and did I mention the views?! Beach access right in front of the condo and about a mile or so away from John’s Pass with plenty of restaurants and things to do. This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we loved it and we will absolutely stay here again! Thanks for the perfect vacation spot!

Great Spring Break!

This condo was very clean! We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, toys and board games! We were definitely set up for the week without any additional items to purchase which makes it really nice when traveling by plane! The owner John was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had! The location is great with a lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Would recommend especially if traveling with kids!

Perfect Beach Spot!!!

My family and I stayed in August. The condo looked exactly as it did online and was very clean! The location was perfect!! On the beach and pool access, and some of the most gorgeous sunsets I've ever seen. There are also restaurants within walking distance, and shopping/activies just a short drive away. John, the owner, was very responsive to questions. Thank you for sharing your awesome place with us! We can't wait to return!

Perfect location and getaway

Beach vacation

My husband and I stayed here by ourselves last year and it was great. This year we came back and rented with another couple. For the pros: the view, the screened balcony, the pool and did I say the view? For the cons: We gave the other couple the master bedroom and I have to say the second bedroom had a lot to be desired. The full size bed was terrible, very lumpy and the edge of the mattress, all the way around had a hard ridge. The carpet is nasty and needs to be replaced. The blinds don’t fully close so there was so much light coming in, it was hard to sleep. Overall, I would consider staying again if it’s just the 2 of us, but would never expect anyone to use the second bedroom.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as posted and I have never stayed in a condo that was so well stocked! The beach is right outside your door and the view is amazing. It is in a great area and so convenient to everything you may need. The beds were super comfortable and lots of towels and extras. Communication with management and owner was quick and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I wish the heat for the pool had been turned off. At first I thought it was so warm just because of the outside temp but it was always the same temp. even at dawn. We still did enjoy it, it just would have been nice had it been more refreshing.. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful time and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful week and lots of memories made!! Sandee Davison

Very nice, clean condo

Condo was just as advertised and very clean. Close proximity to the beach and the pool and beach was never too crowded. Did have a minor problem with check in, but it was fixed quickly. Overall a good experience.

Nice get away

The condo was very nice and clean. The owner left notes as reminders of where things needed to be placed and expectations for when we left, which was nice. The only drawback was the neighboring hotel, but we were told it will soon be torn down a high rise replacing it.

Excellent location and amenities

This was the perfect spot for enjoying the beach for our family! We loved having the view of the beach and the ease of just a few steps to a great beach spot. The pool was great as well. This is a small building, and so it never felt overly busy. We had some hiccups with the check-in process, so be sure to reach out ahead of time if you don't receive information about how to get in. There were a few quirks in the actual unit, but overall it had everything we needed including beach umbrellas and chairs and towels galore. Definitely recommend for the price and location!!

Ocean Would stay there again Our only drawback was one set of keys for the front door with our party it was hard to go 2 places and get back into the condo Front door lock should be a key pad access
