Lumière, lumineux et confortable décrit ce golfe condo avant. Et, il a un million de vues fantastiques en dollars de la plage et le golfe du Mexique à partir de chaque chambre, ainsi que le balcon. La cuisine remolded est entièrement équipée. Ce condo en bord de mer a un lit King dans la chambre principale et 2 lits queen dans la chambre d'amis. Votre condo a des carreaux partout, 3 télévisions à écran plat et un service internet wifi gratuit.

Wonderful time with my daughter, her husband and 2 Autistic grandchildren! They Loved watching the beach as much as we did. Unit was beautiful and made us feel right at home.

The condo is perfect. We did Not use the second room, we just shut the door. The main room is super spacious the king bed was fine to us. Two full bathrooms were great to have even though it was just me and my husband. The kitchen has 2 coffee makers toaster great pots plates etc. I would definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was very clean. The beach view is exceptional which is one of our biggest priorities when visiting Madeira Beach. The grounds have been restored since the past hurricanes and are beautiful and the best on the beach. Beach chair rentals are right outside the gates. Our trip was wonderful and we will be back!

Amazing location and lovely condo

We loved our stay! The condo overlooking the beach is just what we were looking for. Parking was easy, location was great. Word to the wise - be sure to bring absolutely everything you need, including trash bags. We had to go buy our own so maybe pack a few. And the coffee maker is a cup version, not a cone, so bring your filters as well. Loved the place, would definitely stay again.

Quiet beach close to fun

If you want to just walk right out onto a quiet beach that is not packed but close to fun things to do then this is the spot. The place is built solid so you can’t even really hear the neighbors. You are able to walk to many places to eat or have a drink. We drove to Clearwater which was fun but so busy that we came back after only a few hours because our beach was nice and quiet. The house was very comfortable and clean but I would agree with other reviews that the mattress on the king bed is not comfy. The sunsets every night were amazing. We plan to come back and stay here again

Great Getaway!

Love this Condo the Trillium, this property is really nice. The Condo we had was 2B very nice, but really needed a lot of updates. We left a comment with the lady’s at Blind Past Road. We will stay again.

Beautiful place!!

Our stay was wonderful. It is a very comfortable unit with fantastic views. It is very well equipped but keyless entry would be an improvement. A very spacious condo with a nice balcony.

If you're looking for a spacious, well appointed, beach front condo, this is it. Convenient to stores and restaurants...be sure to visit Sweet Brewnette's for breakfast. We will stay here again!

However, condo needs some TLC. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced...two chairs have rips and tears in them. The coffee maker leaks. The toaster doesn't toast. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn't work. The screen on the living room slider to the deck had a broken glide wheel making it difficult to open & close. Called to have GIF in master bath checked as popped off and had trouble staying depressed. Maintenance checked and said was still good so wouldn't replace; however, popped again twice after that and had to use outlets in bedroom for hair dryer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and has a great beach view. The unit could have been cleaner. When we arrived (after our 3:00 pm check-in time) the cleaning company was still there as the previous occupants left the bathrooms a mess. I appreciate them taking the extra time to make sure the bathrooms were properly cleaned, but they kitchen and living room floors looked like they hadn’t been touched. There was food on the kitchen floor and sand all over the couch. The furniture could use some updating as some spots looked very worn and the throw rugs looked dirty. There was a throw pillow from one of the beds in the second bedroom that had what looked like dried blood all over it. That was pretty gross. The kitchen could use some additional forks. There were two beach chairs to use but one was completely broken. The pool is small and the sides of the pool have a slimy black film - it needs a good cleaning. We come to Madeira 1-2 times a year as we have family that lives in the area. This was our first time staying in the building/unit and it is my least favorite of all the places we have stayed. We probably won’t stay here again.
