Ce confortable condo Gulf avant a une vue fantastique sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique depuis le salon et les deux chambres. Ce spacieux condo a un décor traditionnel de la cuisine entièrement équipée et un grand salon. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit king ou queen vues de lit de taille de la plage. Votre condo a des carreaux dans une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage, ainsi qu'un service Internet ADSL gratuit.

Directement en bord de mer sur la plage de Madère et à proximité de tout se trouve le Trillium. Ce complexe de condos est un petit bâtiment avec accès direct à la plage avec piscine chauffée. Les condos ont de grands balcons avec vue directe sur le golfe… c'est parfait pour les amoureux de la plage !! Plusieurs restaurants proposant des spectacles en direct sont accessibles à pied, ainsi qu'un Dunkin Donuts, une épicerie Winn-Dixie, un golf miniature et plus encore. Vous trouverez le village de John’s Pass à environ 1,5 km au sud, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, d’activités nautiques et de divertissements pour tous. July 4th week

Definitely a crazy week to be there and super crowded beach the first few days. The rental was nice and had great access to the beach, a plus for us.

Great Condo and Location

This was the perfect quick get away from the cold and snow. Unit was very clean, roomy, bright and cheerful. Only a 1mi walk to Johns Pass. We’ll be back next year!

Best View and only steps to the beach!

Bright Beach Condo

A nice rental. Decorated nicely. Furniture is new, beds comfy! Building is older, and that shows some in the condo (cabinet drawers stick, ceilings are lower, master bath is small). But overall is great! And it’s right on the beach, there’s no dunes in between you and the water.

The view and beach access was amazing. The ice maker did not work. The check in to get the key from another location was a problem since we used Uber from the airport. Overall, the unit was good and I would rent from there again.

Great location

The location was great and the condo is very nicely decorated. It could have been a little cleaner for our liking, but it wasn’t filthy or anything. Both tubs were draining very slowly when we first showered, but they came and fixed them the same day I notified them. The master bath is kind of awkward the way it’s set up, but it serves the purpose. Overall it’s a pretty nice condo.

Beach Views!

This location has great views of the beach and the proximity to the water is super! The building itself is very old, smelly and run down. The photos of the unit show the remodeling but it is masking a lot. The furniture was nice, beds were comfy. The fridge and all appliances are yellowing and old. The master bathroom is so very tiny it's difficult for one person to fit comfortably. The shower tub is old and moldy and the shower curtain rail is rusted. Each and every bath towel was stained and moldy. Gross! The shower curtain had stains on it too. Each and every closet door was broken (falling off rails; knobs not attached). All kitchen utensils are old and not of any quality. There were 3 beach chairs and some sand toys for kids. There were two beach umbrellas, a beach wagon and a small cooler which was helpful. There are no beach towels provided, nor is there any dish soap or a sponge. There is minimum toilet paper and only a few trash bags provided.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was overdue time to decompress from the craziness of life. The place was perfect and the bed was the best bed for any place I have ever stayed before. The room, pool and beach was a great location for this much needed trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo overall was very nice. Location was perfect. Condo needs some serious attention!!. Master bedroom mattress should have been replaced a very long time ago. Springs popping out, nothing left to it. woke up with backache everyday. I agree with previous reviews this has been a problem for years and nothing has been done to correct the problem. Sofa bed needs replacing also. Slider doors are very difficult to open. Because of these issues I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great location but…

We had a good time on our trip. The location was great and it was convenient having family in the same building. However, the bed in the master bedroom was one of the worst things I’ve ever slept on. I ended up sleeping on the couch because the bed was so uncomfortable. The neighbors also made things annoying, but that’s not the fault of the property. The patio furniture was very uncomfortable as well. Like I said. Great location but lousy place to sleep.

The mattresses in both bedrooms were the worst we've ever slept on. Over all look of the unit was ok, furniture was dated to old, but clean. Lots of small maintenance issues, front door knob, master bath tub faucet, closet doors, all sliders and blinds and weird "pads" glued to bottom of balcony furniture. Quick response to malfunctioning air conditioning. Very inconvenient key pick up and drop off, most everywhere else we've rented have an on site box and email you a code to open on arrival. More than two keys for the beach gate/complex are needed for a two bedroom unit.
