Wow! Loved the condo.

Great stay! We had such a wonderful time. It was wonderful having a place on the beach. Also, great places to eat nearby.

Overall it’s a great place and location! The check in and checkout is the only downside. You have to go to a different location to pickup and drop off keys

We loved staying here! Walkable to John’s pass and caddy’s. Everything was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were given two keys and we had three adults and we needed keys to get in and out of every door. We would definitely stay again!

great location

The condo is located next to everything you might need. Johns pass, restaurants, stores, and right next to the beach. little annoying having to pick up and drop of keys at a different location. The property itself was sufficient, the beds are the most comfortable. All in all, based on the location its well worth the stay.

Nice location

The condo location was very nice. Overall, the place was good. The rental company was responsive to our needs when we reached out. It would definitely be nice if the gate keys were at the condo location rather than having to drive to the rental office to pickup and drop off the keys.

Beach time

Our stay was great we had the best weather for that week it was amazing! The only complaints I have was the condo had no beach towels and no beach chairs and the other thing it’s inconvenient to have to drive down to pick up the key at a different location and then come back to the condo and then drop the key off on the way out when other condos in the same building, have lockboxes hanging up with codes to access to make it easier just a thought you might want to try that

Great Place, great location

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Very clean unit. However the closet where the airconditioning unit is could have been vacuumed. Lots of dust on the doors, very noticeable. Perhaps it was just an oversight from the cleaning staff. Otherwise the unit was great and very clean, the beach and surrounding property was fantastic.

Property was spectacular. Elevator was out of service until Thursday. We were made aware of this before our arrival. Spring Break 2023

The unit was very nice and well equipped with the only exception being only 1 kitchen cloth and towel. The master bed was extremely comfortable! Would love to know what mattress pad is on the bed so I can purchase for my own bed. Loved that fans were provided (although I was told by the property management company there were not any so did end up bringing my own unnecessarily). We would absolutely stay at this property/unit again.

How important information is

Beds are very bad ,TVs in bedrooms are for gaming only , package at office did not have address or directions to building, did not receive number to enter condo and when leaving did not receive were to leave keys

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We use Resort Rentals every year to book a place to stay. They have a great variety of places to rent. This was our first time at Villa Maderia. This is a great location to restaurants and the a great proximity to the beach! The condo was nice. I honestly would have liked it a little cleaner. But the extras that were there made the condo. ( beach chairs, garbage bags, cleaning supplies) I would stay here again.
