2025 PALISADES FIRE UPDATE: We are temporarily transitioning to month-plus rentals for this property. Access to the area requires proof of residency through a signed lease. The property withstood the recent Malibu fire and remains fully operational, though some light maintenance work is still ongoing. The neighborhood is showing positive signs of recovery, and we are working closely with local homeowners to support the community while ensuring a comfortable stay.

Welcome to Malibu Breeze, your luxurious beachfront escape!

This sleek, modern condo offers a serene and stylish retreat, with breathtaking ocean views and upscale touches to enhance your relaxation. Located on the second floor, Malibu Breeze features a spacious deck with mirrored accents that reflect the sparkling ocean, creating a truly stunning water view. Inside, the condo is a perfect blend of comfort and elegance:
* A queen-sized bed dressed in fine Quince linen, ensuring a cloud-like sleep experience.
* A fully renovated kitchen with high-end appliances, ready for you to prepare delicious meals.
* A contemporary living area that opens to the expansive deck, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or sunset dinner while taking in the sounds of the waves.
* As of April 2025, high-speed Starlink internet has been installed, offering a fast and reliable connection ideal for remote work, streaming, and video calls.


Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the tandem carport driveway, ensuring seamless parking off the Pacific Coast Highway. You can enjoy complete privacy, with no one else on the property unless previously arranged with you.

Located just minutes from Malibu’s finest dining, shopping, and iconic attractions, Malibu Breeze is the perfect base for your seaside getaway.

We also manage a one-bedroom unit in the same building, Breathe Malibu, located on the first floor and accommodating up to three guests. If you are interested in booking both units or would like more details about the additional space, feel free to reach out to us directly!

NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:

Located in the heart of Malibu, Malibu Breeze is close to renowned dining spots like Nobu Malibu, Geoffrey’s, and Malibu Farm Pier CafĂ©. Enjoy easy access to local gems like the Malibu Pier, Escondido Falls, and scenic wineries. This peaceful escape is just a short drive from Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

While this building remained unaffected by the 2025 Malibu / Palisades fires, please be aware that there is significant devastation in the surrounding area. We ask that all guests remain mindful and respectful of the local community during this challenging time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

Exceptional Stay: Clean, Convenient, and Unforgettable!

We were thrilled with our stay! The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which is so important to me. The view was stunning, and the on-site parking was protected from the elements, making everything so convenient. The location made it easy to access everything we wanted to do. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
