This stunning condo is situated on the world-renowned Carbon Beach (aka "Billionaire's Beach") in Malibu, right on the sandy shore. Unlike other beachfront properties in the area, this condo is shielded from the noise of the HWY, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.Enjoy the luxurious amenities including a heated pool, jacuzzi, private beach access to the public beach and free parking.

Please note that we strictly prohibit parties/events and smoking of any kind at this location.


This spacious condo includes a bedroom with a stunning ocean view, a modern bathroom, and a large living and dining area with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and provides the perfect space to cook meals during your stay.

Rest assured, the mattress in the bedroom is brand new, extremely comfortable, and thoroughly sanitized for every new guest. Additionally, we offer two comfortable queen-size air mattresses and extra bedding to accommodate additional guests.

Location is very great. Spectacular views and just stairs away from access to the beach.You can get a great view just sitting on the patio of the unit, or even just sitting in the living room.Where is central location to a lot of restaurants like Nobu or shopping centers like Whole Foods.It only comes with one bed and one blow up mattress.The pool is really wonderful because the ocean was too cold when I went. The pool was heated, but I wish it could have been warmer.

Santa Barbara-Malibu-Laguna Beach Trip

My family of 4 had a great stay at this condo. Check-in, communication with host, and parking were all very effortless. Melody, the host, was very responsive anytime I messaged her, typically within minutes. We typically ate out at restaurants but the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to serve up a meal. The condo was very clean, the water pressure was great, lots of hot water, towels were plentiful along with 4 new beach towels. The pool and hot tub were probably the best we’ve had access to in a long while. Very clean, spacious and relaxing. The location was amazing as the property is right on the ocean with direct access to the beach. Hearing the waves throughout the day and night added to the relaxation of the trip. The location of the condo was about a mile, give or take, to the outdoor mall that had places to eat, Starbucks, shops, Wholefoods, about a 5 min drive. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to enjoy the beach, pool , hot tube, beautiful views, this is the place for you. The only negative I can think of is no air conditioning, unless I missed the controls or didn’t know how to set the AC but I understand AC is hit or miss in California. I keep my house at 68 year round so I notice things like that, but it wasn’t that bad and the ceiling fans helped keep the temps at a comfortable level. For reference my wife and I slept in the bedroom and my daughter and friend, 17 year olds , slept on the sofa.

Loved this place. The view is phenomenal and the beach and pool were so much fun. Great location. Even though it’s a one bedroom it felt spacious with the furnishing and the mirrors. Manager is really responsive.

Most affordable and convenient place to stay in Carbon Beach, Mailu, CA

The location is perfectly located near the Nobu restaurant and right on the beach, the views of the sunrise in the mornings are amazing. This little 1 bedroom is perfect for someone looking to enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing against the beach all day long, and enjoy a peaceful walk along the beach in the mornings. There is a very clean pool, hot tub, and proper security, along with parking. The host is very responsive and accommodating, we will define stay here again.

Oceanfront Dream!

Beautiful Malibu condo with unprecedented views of the ocean right on the beach. Close proximity to great restaurants, very central yet. Secluded when you’re inside. Would definitely stay again when we return.

Great Location

Beautiful condo and property. Carbon beach is wonderful. Condo was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave. The unit does not have air conditioning which we were aware of but when we arrived it was 94 degrees inside. It would have helped if the shades had been drawn and the ceiling fans on before our arrival . That’s the only reason for 4 stars. I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could.

Our Best Vacation Spot—Will Definitely Be Back!

I wish I could give them a hundred stars! We truly enjoyed our stay—the ocean was right below us, and the condo was modern and spotless. The beach was pristine, and you could literally stroll past celebrities' homes. Everything you’d want to enjoy in Malibu was within walking distance. The host was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this place and have already suggested it to a friend who will be staying here in August.

**Neat** **Well-stocked with essentials** **Amazing location** **Fascinating host** This place was outstanding in every way. It was impeccably clean—so much so that you could feel the freshness everywhere, especially in the bed, which I care about the most. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shops, the pier, great coffee spots, restaurants, and Pepperdine University, which was the reason for our stay. The host was exceptional—very professional and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Amazing family vacation

Very impressed with the condo, it’s just as the pictures and listing describe. The ocean view is simply stunning, and you can’t beat the location. The check in process was seamless and the instructions provided by Melody were clear. We had everything we needed for our stay for a few days. Would recommend this place to others and we will plan on coming back again!!!

Blissful stay

I came to visit my daughter who lives nearby, and this Malibu retreat was perfect for the two of us. We had a lovely time soaking in the spectacular views from the balcony, taking morning beach walks, and enjoying the pool area. It’s very centrally located as well, close to all that Malibu and Santa Monica have to offer. Very private and safe. I would stay here again when I’m back in the area.

A+ Experience

This place is amazing—clean, bright, and well-designed, with an incredible host. The host provided detailed check-in information, and we had no issues with the process; she was available to provide additional details when needed. The sound of ocean waves is audible right from the condo, and the ocean is literally beneath the unit. The private beach was also a fantastic bonus.

Meticulously Clean- BEST HOST EVER

This place was meticulously clean—impressively exceeding my expectations. As someone particularly sensitive about cleanliness, I can confidently say it reached a level of hygiene comparable to 5+ hotels, a standard I haven't experienced in any other short-term rental. Melody, our host, was truly exceptional—professional, friendly, and she contributed significantly to making our stay even more enjoyable. The unbeatable view from the unit, coupled with the absence of highway noise, made this experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place and will undoubtedly return in the future.
