Wonderful location and property. The condo had everything you could ever need. Most beautiful sunrise every morning. However, it isn’t a true 1.5 bath. The main bath is a vanity and shower. The second bath is a vanity and toilet. Worked great for us though. We will stay again.

My daughter and I took a trip to CA for our annual mother daughter trip and stayed here to enjoy the Malibu beaches. This place was beautiful, incredible views to wake up to / eat dinner by etc. Loved hanging out in the "beach" area by the pool & relaxing in the hot tub at night. The place was very clean and check in / check out was very easy. Word of caution - finding a place to temporarily park while you get to the room to get the actual key is a bit of a challenge, but once you can get into the garage its super easy!

This property was clean and the beach and pool were dreamy. We absolutely loved the warm pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately, check-in was difficult. We weren’t given the proper code and it took nearly an hour to get into the unit. We also had ongoing issues with the door the entire stay. We never knew if it would open for us or lock when we wanted to leave. Also found the pictures of the ocean view to be misleading. Half our view was the wall of the unit across from us.

Very clean and well kept place. Some units have permanent residents. The “president of the HOA” told my kids and I we needed to quiet down at the pool - this was before dark. There are stated pool hours and quiet hours showing 10 pm and when I mentioned that he told me “quiet time begins when I say it does, I’m the building manager”. This was our first night there and it left us feeling like we were tip toeing around the place. Nice unit, nice spot on the beach but not what I would consider kid friendly.
