Vous pourrez vous détendre dans le salon spacieux situé au 2ème étage tout en profitant de la vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique à travers les grandes fenêtres donnant sur la plage et l'océan. La salle à manger et la cuisine sont également situées au 2ème étage et disposent d'un concept à aire ouverte agréable offrant suffisamment de place pour les personnes. Au deuxième étage, les clients trouveront deux chambres spacieuses qui partagent une salle de bains avec douche et jill.

Cette maison offre un deuxième salon et lieu de rencontre en bas qui est également un point d’accès à la piscine privée dans la cour arrière. Une chambre d'amis est située au 1er étage et est très pratique pour les personnes désirant être juste à côté de la piscine! Le troisième étage comprend un joli palier menant à l’immense chambre des maîtres offrant une vue directe sur l’océan. La chambre a un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain principale est énorme! Les clients peuvent accéder à leur balcon au 3ème étage de cette pièce, et c'est un endroit idéal pour regarder les levers de soleil!

Gorgeous Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s on the beach in a gated community with round the clock security. The home is wonderful with plenty of amenities. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Two complaints 1) zero water pressure if the washer is going and someone is trying to shower. The water in the master bedroom shower literally turned off to nothing and I had to wait until someone could go down and turn off the washer 2) the main floor stayed at 76 or higher the whole time with the front bedroom easily 80 most days. Lowe’s and upper floors were fine but the main floor is where the largest sitting place is and kitchen and dining are located.

Gorgeous views and house

Let’s start with the positive. The house was gorgeous, views were beautiful, everything you need in the kitchen, and the property was as described in pictures. The security at the complex is very good. There are a few things within walking distanceWould be nice if you didn’t have to use a rental credit to get beach chairs and gear and instead it was included with the property, at least a few pool floats.At the price point and this type of house, things should be tip top.The negative…water pressure was horrible especially on the third floor. There was black mold in the ground floor and third floor master showers. The ground floor had a bath mat and it and the shower floor were both caked with hair. The 2nd floor jack n Jill toilet barely flushed down anything. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor were so hot we had to use a fan to blow cool air into the rooms. The third floor balcony didn’t have any chairs. The dryer took forever to dry clothes. The ground floor bedroom carpet was stained and disgusting. There is a big hole in the 3rd floor toilet room where an access panel doesn’t cover the whole thing. The grill and griddle combo was really dirty and it looked like the grease trap hadn’t been emptied.The pool company came at 1 in the afternoon while we were trying to use the pool, had to wait a 1/2 hour before the kids could get back in. They should be scheduled in the morning not the middle of the day.A little disappointed the the cleanliness and condition of the house.

Excellent Vacation

We had 6 in our family and it was perfect! So much space and great balconies.. Exactly as described. Beds & bedding were great! We loved the warm pool and hot tub The views are amazing and house layout worked out for our teens to stay on bottom floor next to pool. It was nice to be close to Clayton’s and restaurants in walking distance on the beach. We will definitely rent this house again!

Amazing!

House was amazing! We loved walking on the beach. And we even saw a Space X launch! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything we could possibly want was provided. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great time! Highly recommend!

SPI Beach House

We had a wonderful time. The location was great. The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach walks and fishing and dolphins all great. Couple suggestions: more paper supplies, kitchen towels and washcloths needed, shower levers need work. They did not stay put when trying to use big shower heads. The terrible sewer smell in top floor bathroom. The grill outside was so filthy we could not use it, bummed about that. Could use a couple throw blankets for hanging out in the family room. But nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Thanks for a good time.

Would love to come back!

The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! We had lots of room for our group to spread out, and the location was great, with super easy access to the beach and both the north and south sides of the island. There were a lot of strict warnings and rules about the HOA, but we didn't run into any issues. Seems like they're really just trying to keep partiers out. If you're respectful, you won't have any issues. Loved the easy access to the beach, and the fact that we could reach a few bars and restaurants directly from the house, via a quick beach walk. Overall, a great property and would love to come back!

Wonderful

2 things off the top of my head. One, the pool area needs some landscaping love. There are weeds growing up between the stones all over the patio and along the sides. The pool area was so beautiful, but those weeds were a take away from the beauty. Also, the master balcony should have some furniture, no place to sit up there and enjoy the view. Oh, I almost forgot, the dishwasher could probably use an upgrade, it did not clean the dishes very well. Just a couple things, not major issues. Loved the house, the view, the pool! The location was AMAZING! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Home

We stayed six weeks in this beautiful home. Ocean front was wonderful. Although we were informed that the pool and hit tub were not heated, we were assured that the neighborhood pool was. I called on this the first week and was told to check with homeowners association, which I did. The pool is never heated except for a couple holidays a year when the owners request. I called to request a correction at SPI twice. Both times was told they would get back to me. They have not. Would have been a higher rating if the had been responsive.

Girls trip to Padre Isalnd

We are friends from different parts of the US and we get together once a year to catch up. We were surprised when we got to this beautiful home on So Padre Island and were told there was no heater for the hot tub and pool! That plus an unpaid electricity bill left us without power for 5 hours our first morning - not pleasant. But once all these problems were resolved by a very responsive staff at SPI we had a nice stay.

The house is spectacular! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and the en suite bathrooms are an added plus. Our family enjoyed everything the house has to offer. Will definitely be back!

Outstanding!

Perfect spot with waterfront views AND private pool! Size was perfect for family reunion with 10 adults. In a great location with restaurants and bars walkable from the beach. There was really nothing to not love about this home, except maybe not being able to use the elevator if you are traveling with older adults. Would not hesitate to book again!
