We had the best stay here. I took three boys skiing and this adorable house had everything we needed. It was super close to the ski mountain and to the plaza. Will definitely stay here again.
We truly enjoyed our week stay. The casita (felt more like a home) was clean & beautifully decorated along w/having comfy beds and comfy living room sofas. Kitchen was furnished to be able to cook meals in. Sitting outside on the patio was enjoyable...morning/evening. Neighborhood was quiet. Close drive to downtown to shop and eat & location good for day trips to Bandalier Nat'l Monument, Los Almos, Tent Rocks, Petroglyph Nat'l Monument, RioGrande Gorge, Jemez hot springs and more. Best meal was at LaChoza and Cowgirl BBQ.
My husband and I loved this casita, it was so comfortable. This casita is like being at home. Beautifully remodeled and decorated and so clean. We especially enjoyed the sunsets in the evening on the back patio. The neighborhood was very quiet and walking distance to the plaza. This casita is so secure as well. We certainly look forward to staying at this casita when we return to Santa
Fe.
Nice, clean property but with room for improvement
The property itself is very nice, particularly the outdoor spaces. Very clean, great contemporary design. However, we had a few issues:
1) the wi-fi was extremely spotty. It worked at times, but it was difficult to connect to on a regular basis making working from the property very difficult.
2) the property is located on a gravel road about halfway up a moderately sloped hill. While we were there, it rained substantially which eroded the street particularly where it met the edge of the driveway. That rut was difficult to drive over, particularly in a sedan.
3) while the property is technically within walking distance to the plaza, it is on the other side of Paseo de Peralta which is difficult to cross as a pedestrian.
The house is in a very quiet street and we felt very safe there. It is great for a family of four with small kids. The place was very relaxing and we enjoyed it.
This casita is adorable and looks brand new. 2 very comfortable beds and full kitchen, with a snack pack awaiting us. Manager was in contact before, during and after our stay. EASY walk into plaza area for food and fun. Wonderful covered patio out back where we enjoyed morning coffees. Will definitely book again when we return.
